No. But the power output of Naruto/Sasuke's chakra constructs are far greater than Hashirama's.

Let's just say that straight after Hashirama killed Madara at the VOTE, him and Tobirama had decided to cremate the corpse instead of burying it(after apparently studying it.) Would Madara's izanagi have activated in time to save him from the cremation, or would he have burnt forever?
