When did Hagaromo become the Juubi jin?

I only ask this question, because according to the latest translations of the 4th Databook, Hagaromo and Hamura performed the Six Paths/Rikudo Chibaku tensei to seal Kaguya/The Juubi away into the moon.(basically what Naruto/Sasuke did). If so, when did Hagaromo became the Jinchuriki of the Juubi, since according to Kurama he still had the Gedo Mazo inside of his body, which enabled him to survive the extraction of the bijuu.

After defeating Kaguya, Hagoromo sealed the 10 tails inside of him. Kaguya, who was seperated from the 10-tails, was sealed into the moon. So with the 10 tails inside of him, Hagoromo created Ninshuu.

Time passes, and he becomes inspired by his son Ashuras way of life. He decides to then seperate the 10 tails inside of him to 9 parts, and grows weak afterwards. He survives, however, by having the Gedo Mazou inside of him (still a strong life force.)

EDIT: After reading the post again, I noticed you want to know WHEN. Exactly WHEN he became the Jinchuriki is unclear, but I would say sometime right after the fight with 10 tails.

But how can the Gedo be sealed in the moon if he still had the gedo inside of him? And when he extraced it, did he create a new moon? Since Gedo was in the moon when madara summoned it.

When the Sage of Six Paths seperated all the beasts, he had the Gedo inside of him.

He was weak, and before he died he spoke with all the beasts (remember the famous panel of him speaking to baby beasts.)

Before death, the Gedo was sealed into the moon with Kaguya, and Hagoromo dies. Madara later in the future summons it.

Remember we later got confirmation that the Jyubi =\= the God Tree, prior to that we all assumed that the Jyubi=the Shinju, but as an incarnation.

It is quite possible that they sealed the god tree into the moon, and Kaguya/Jyubi into Hagoromo, to later split up the chakra of the Jyubi and seal the empty husk (Gedo Statue/Kaguya body) along with the God Tree, which is already in the moon.
