When you put someone in a genjutsu you change the world around them and they may perceive it to be real. Except Kaguya's is actually real. I think that's what he meant.

It's slow atm, but it's only 4 chapters in. The author's style is to build stuff up then makes the plot explode after a while. But you have to read the original manga first to understand anything.

Short girls with thick girl features are the best. Skinnny girls are nice too but they HAVE to have a great face and a cute personality or else there's not much to go for.
