Preta path is able to absorb chakra and ninjutsu with contact. We just saw Sasuke use preta path in this weeks chapter, so we can infer that he can absorb ninjutsu as well.

Now throughout the fight I've noticed something. Whenever we see panels of the statues being worn down by the ensuing battle, we only get shots of Hashirama's statue crumbling. As we all know Hashirama represents Naruto/Ashura while Madara represents Sasuke/Indra. Reread all the fight chapters...
