Ah thats right, he can control it. Can sasuke use Tsukuyomi? I think he could and has. If he hasn't, then that means one of his eyes controls Amaterasu while the other ignites the fire (I think). So I guess MS abilities might have similarities/ the same abilities between family members?

What about Sasuke and Itachi's eyes? Also in the sharingan abilities section it says this about Tsukuyomi: In there it says Itachi was the most powerful with Tsukuyomi, more than any of his other clan members who came before him.
