Kiba is too fast & powerful here, its really justa bad matchup 4 Kankuro...
Kiba literally plows thru any resistance in base. I don't see him needing to transform.

the poison argument seems improper in this case & even w/ sand scorpion puppet, kankuro would compete, but lose
