He has a ruin on his hand which was placed when he was summoned by his lover Louise into the ninja world (in this current version of the bio, the ruin is for nothing but looks). Saito is seen with his sword named "Derflinger" in a scabbard strapped on his back.
Personality
Saito can be a little perverted at times. He finds himself staring at women's chests sometimes, being harshly punished by Louise afterwards. He is a very kind person whom makes friends very easily. It takes much more than what an average person can take to make him give up. Saito is known for being a "funny guy" at times as well.

History:
Saito Hiraga's birthplace is unknown to himself and to anyone else, he seemed to lost that sole memory when he was summoned by a ninja named Louise de la Valliere to Amegakure, where she placed a ruin on his hand. He has been living in Amegakure ever since, training to use things like water and fire. Satio has attempted to have Louise send him back in the past, but she more or less can only blow stuff up with her ninjutsu. She has no idea how she was able to summon him in the first place without an explosion occurring instead.

Saito is an expert at video games, and is very skilled with weapons.
Saito carries around kunai, shuriken, his sword Derflinger on his back, smoke bombs, flashbangs, a lighter (for techniques) and many other things.
He carries around the umbrella which many Amegakurians use.
