Madara and his younger brother both had light skin. In the recent episode, you can see Tobi's face is DARK. In the manga, that part of the face wasnt even shaded. Hes most likely not Madara's clone and he is not his brother. End of story.

The Kages are fighting Madara to make up for the bad things they did in the past. If Sasuke fights Madara, then the Five Kages' fight with Madara will mean nothing..the peace they are working for will have no more value if Sasuke interferes.

Getting Rinnegan is Madara's style. Sasuke favors EMS, not Rinnegan. Why would Kishi give two Uchiha's the same Rinnegan? Theres no Senju DNA for Sasuke guys. Sorry to break it for ya..but EMS is Sasuke's style, burning people. Rinnegan is Madara's fighting style.
