I think this should happen:

1. Sasuke vs Itachi, Sasuke wins
2. Sasuke kills Kabuto (Didn't release Edo Tensei)
3. Naruto beats Tobi, but spares him (peaceful)
4. Sasuke kills Tobi and fights Naruto
5. Naruto saves Sasuke

After all of this..Naruto and Sasuke need to team up.
Naruto (All 9 Bijuu)
Sasuke (EMS and Blaze Release)

Only these two powers can defeat Edo Madara.
