If Itachi felt where the source was coming from, why cant Madara? i think he'll drop a meteorite on Kabuto so Kabuto cant control him later, so he'd be free and the final villain

Madara and his younger brother both had light skin. In the recent episode, you can see Tobi's face is DARK. In the manga, that part of the face wasnt even shaded. Hes most likely not Madara's clone and he is not his brother. End of story.
