I think that Obito cant use Kamui because in order to use it, he basically needs to transport himself and the jubbi since he's the the ten-tails jin, and it puts too much strain on the eye to transport something that powerful,(naruto said jubbi's chakra is limitless).

Judging from what I've read in the last chapter, Obito could easily just put Madara to sleep. First of all, Madara is busy fighting Hashirama, and Obito's new move will make Edo Madara vulnerable.
