Ending the War the Way the Show Started

Since Obito is the strongest shinobi in the battlefield, why can't someone like Minato or Kakashi just transform into Rin.
Im pretty sure that Kishi will end the war with the very first jutsu introduced, which I think was the transformation jutsu.

So, since Obito is the new Sage.. Could he use that. .Ying-Yang release, create something from nothing technique? If he can.. Could he make a new Rin?
