Confusion- Couple of Questions

Hello, I have a couple of questions about the recent Naruto chapters.
1. Has it not been 15 minutes in manga time?
2. Who did 10Tails see in Naruto, sage of six path, or Asura?
3. Is the Sage of Six Path from earth? what about his mother?

2. The sage of six path, I don't think asura battled the ten tailed beast.
3. According to last chapter; no his mother is not from "around here" maybe from the spiritual part of the world or dimension or something. Since the sage and his bro was given birth to on earth I would say yes he is from earth, he was a "god among men".

2. He definitely saw Sage of the six paths since the character had rinnegan. It's probably because of the chakra Naruto gathered from the tailed beasts.

3. Most likely, however I doubt they are part of the great 5 nations. Maybe some unknown lands

1. Manga time is probably post 15 minutes. With Obito's defeat, the time limit was broken.

2. Hagoromo. It was sealed before meeting Asura.

3. Both are from Earth, but are simply from outside the Narutoverse's mainland (The Major villages and such). It could be compared to Temujin from the second Naruto Movie... he comes from a distant continent (with a seemingly European theme).
