You have to have chakra from Ashura and Indra to get the rinnegan. Sasuke got chakra from Hashirama, but Hashirama is dead. So that means that Ashura already transmigrated to Naruto, which means that Ashura's chakra is no longer associated with Hashirama. Wouldn't Sasuke have to get Naruto's...
