Tool is only as strong as its user. Madara with EMS was stronger than Nagato with Rinnegan. If EMS Sasuke will have comparable power to EMS Madara, it should be enough to match Naruto, even if he gets the other half of Kyuubis chakra. Sasuke will only need Rinnegan, if Naruto will combine BM...

Rinnegan isnt needed at all, mastering his EMS should be enough, even if Naruto will get the other half of Kyuubis chakra.
