None. I'd say I was most shocked with Neji's from the standpoint of it happening so quickly. But the others weren't all that unexpected or surprising. In any case, a death in the manga doesn't make me sad. Having to wait for each subsequent chapter does though xd

Minato. Mostly because I wanted to see more of his abilities. That said, if he lived, then the whole story would be completely different. So I guess my second entry would be Jiraiya. He was an overall badass and if he lived it would not have affected the story too much.
