I have to go with Itachi still. While I like Madara for his nonchalant way of battling (xd), Itachi is just awesome. Probably because he's a good guy but also an insanely powerful Uchiha. :)

I would do mostly the same except Genjutsu: 3 Stamina: 4 Seal: 5 So a total of: 36

Lightning > Water Lightning < Earth Mokuton = Water + Earth So it'd be fairly even. Although the scale of Mokuton might be a bit much for the Raikage - it'd be better if he just dodged and went for Madara. No sense in countering an attack if you can just step to the side xd
