Yes it has happened. It's rather easy actually: 1) Have an interesting topic and contribute relevant points of discussion or 2) Mention any character with a large fanbase and accuse them of some atrocity.

Except if Sasuke wasn't warned he would have been toast. So it counts as saving ;) Nice try though. And I don't mean to knock Sasuke, but you have to realize that the Plot has saved both him and Naruto on various occasions. Which is good. Because we want the story to continue :)

I would say that, no, he didn't save Sasuke at that point. He started to use Kamui but stopped when Sasuke broke out of the bind by himself. That said, he did save him later on by warning him about Danzo's sealing tech. ;)
