Yea like the guy above said. Use Gimp or Photoshop. Personally I use Gimp, mainly b/c I'm a newbie to making sigs and avas so start out with Gimp first then improve your skills more on Photoshop. They both have many How-To tuts so it won't take you too long to learn the ropes.

Kakashi can't funnel two different chakra types with both of his hands at the same time like Yamato or Mei so a new kekkei genkai element and kekkei touta are outta the picture. He's only been shown to do one element at a time. And plus if he had dust release the ninja world would be doomed lol.
