If I were to make a Kakashi Hatake bio (pre Kakashi Gaiden) without a sharingan and it was approved, could I resubmit the bio with an older version of Kakashi with a sharingan once I get to 1500 posts?

I was thinking.... Why didn't Oro just revive a powerful dead shinobi and inhabit it's body? He woiuld be indestructable, and could revive (almost) any shinobi he wanted. Is there anything wrong with my logic?
