Can you create a bio and submit it for reaproval with changes

If I were to make a Kakashi Hatake bio (pre Kakashi Gaiden) without a sharingan and it was approved, could I resubmit the bio with an older version of Kakashi with a sharingan once I get to 1500 posts?

Yep, you can. ^_^ You can update your bio whenever you want, except not one or two days after it was approved.

You can update your bio once every month. There's no need to update it every day. It's not like you're going to have something to change.
