Notice how Kabuto saves sasuke with the 2nds advice? Me thinks the 2nd knows/suspects how Madara survived the fight with Hashirama. I highly doubt it was as simple as injecting Senju cells into him, as Kabuto wouldn't need anyones advice to do that...
