As expected, the translation is better and some of the questions caused by the lousy Mangapanda translation are cleared.

Hamura is finally shown clearly with Byakugan, which clearly suggests he is the ancestor of the Hyuga clan. Previously Hagaromo's son Indra was shown as the ancestor as the Uchia. Now look at these panels, which are presumably are Kaguya flashbacks in her mind. It really looks like Kishimoto...

Though it was the culmination of a longer battle (obito, ten tails, Madara, etc.), it just seems Kaguya was beaten too easily. Personally I think Kishimoto has something up his sleeve.

Chapter 689 ended just before Kaguya got sealed. I would bet that it fails next chapter and the fight continues. I am basing this on the appearance of Hagaromo and his confab with the EDO kages. There must be something Kishimoto has planned for them, a role for them to play in the fight. So if...
