Just my guess for timing of what is to come:

• Skip one week
• 2 to 3 chapters for the fan service fight (Kishimoto and publishers will mill the money for a bit)
• 2 to 3 chapters to wrap up Shippuden
• 5 to 6 week time lag
• Start of the New Era (i.e. in December opening with The Last)
• New Era chapter not until early January

No, not the manga, just Shippuden. It is just a guess. It is possible they will run Shippuden right up until the movie is released in Japan in early December.
