Sasuke did not target kabuto directly with amaterasu, he only put it arround him. Kabuto cant dodge a direct amaterasu attac.
I think sasuke would win but it could be very close. I admit that Kabuto has a lot of impressive techs many of which sasuke has not some across but your forgetting the reoccurring theme in the manga that sasuke is very talented and though maybe not on the genius levels of Minato, Itachi or even maybe Kakashi he is certainly superior to kabuto who relies on the techniques he has implanted and his belief in his own victory. I am most certain that sasuke would come up with a counter which is simple but well executedwhich is his speciality(for example Fight against Danzo, fight against Deidara, fight against Itachi, chunin exam after his curse seal and some others that I can't think of right now).
The main battle in the manga is talent vs hardwork and kabuto has neither. If naruto could wipe the floor of Kabuto then so can sasuke otherwise the balance would not be right. In addition people say that most of sasukes techs are nullified by kabutos abilities but I will counter that by saying he would create the condition for his techs to hit and that's why kabuto will lose.

The fight already begun when Sasuke said that and he was ready for the kill, so yes. EMS-Sasuke was aiming to kill Kabuto and he knew Kabuto won't die easily.

That's right Sasuke was not doing a great job at that fight because it's not Sasuke's style to hold back and another thing did Sasuke uses any Lighting Jutsu against Kabuto because DSM Kabuto had both Water and Earth and it's Lighting>Water and Earth and did Sasuke used his final Susanoo against Kabuto the one he used against white Zetsu Clones?

It is Sasuke's style to aim for the kill to disable, he already said that when fighting Killer Bee.

It's because you keep on saying some imaginary Jutsu from Sasuke, we are talking about WHAT IF Sasuke fought Kabuto without Edo-Itachi, NOT IF SASUKE FOUGHT WITH HIS IMAGINARY JUTSU FROM HIS FANBOYS.
And again, you read it from Sasuke's statements, KABUTO WO'NT DIE EASILY, MEANING HE WASN'T HOLDING BACK. So, where are your proofs that Sasuke is holding back? NONE.

Sasuke was holding back n not trying to kill kabuto because of the edo tensei but if sasuke had the intention to kill kabuto he would have burned him to a crisp but spaming amaterasu n arrows
