i agree completely. Im saying rp needs some kind of a change, a small one at first will suffice as long as its some sort of progress. Not every custom needs to be checked just the ones that surface and are deemed to be op maybe by a vote by the senseis? this may take some work off the mods hands and perhaps even some regular members could help

Yes...I did decline a cj like that...more actually... They blocked your opponents sensation of pain making it an unreleasable genjutsu. This one blocks your own sense of pain...not your opponents... :sy:


And mig, sorry if I'm harsh but this tech and all the NB gen techs weren't made to serve us. They were made for the RP. If i leave NB now, they stay here. They aren't mine. You are talking as if they are. What about EIG? CM? Sage Mode? the 7SM swords? Following your reasoning all of those need to be removed and/or reworded.

i didn't want to make it sound personally, but still, i am just saying that + 1 rank to every technique you have is nothing simple and that restriction of A-rank and above techniques after it's effects stop is from my point of view small restrictions, i know it is for NB and not you, but i am just saying that technique like this needs higher restriction, from my point of view, this technique makes look for example CM look like a joke, and sry, i sort of exploded as well

there are changes coming, theres a kage summit over a few right now, and a larger rp update on the way

thats what i keep saying, people are too quick to flame and moan without realising the rp is an ever changing thing and what might be op now might be obsolete in the future

There was once a time I could just fall back on my own personal knowledge of the RPers themselves to decide whether they were worthy of having a certain specialty or not. As I result I rarely approved kenjutsu as a specialty because it was not true or at least not proven. Akiza, Keotsu, Zen...those were some of the few people I acknowledged as kenjutsu specialists, but these days everyone is a 'swordsman'. Everyone make a custom weapon and everyone has weapons. Most of the people who now have kenjutsu stated as specialty are probably no real ones like Keotsu. The only reason as why I'm forced to approve and tolerate such things is that otherwise people are going to complain, say it's unfair and it would take too much time for them to 'prove' they're worthy. I mean there are people who have mastered a single element and instantly say that they can use it with a single handseal or people who say they are specialized in 2T Sharingan...that's BS, that's a load crap.

About that...

If you want to become specialized in something you must show your use of it through the battles you've used the certain element. These fights must be embedded into your bio. And once your bio has a specialty you cannot switch it for 2 months.

I know it would take more time while checking bios but in the end it kinda would be worth it. Don't you guys think?

Hum... I'll revise the restrictions and try and make it more of a last resort technique if needed. I'll talk to the others.

According to the description of the false despair, you pretty much put yourself in a genjutsu. So, according to scorps, layering genjutsu is impossible. So what would happen if you put scorpseh in a genjutsu? The effects of the first genjutsu will wear off right?

its been 4 months.. sue me i'm 1 month late, when ive had rather large real life issues delaying it

and the changes are coming

the large update will be finished hopefully by the end of this month, be open for testing by the senseis after that and we'll see where it goes

smaller updates being discussed atm might be implemented soon once the village kages agree on how we implement them ^_^

I myself as a constant bio switcher dont really care about abilites as the most i ever use where Sensory and Sharingan.Anyway Im a mid generation roleplayer(between new and old) and dont really care about oped cj and CE or what ever as it can actually be helpful to help members adapt new counters to stop them,thus you can list it as oped right?Im not the best fighter or best rpler on base but there alot of stuff i want NB Gen,Tai Weights,CE,Sound etc but do i moan about it? Nope i ask but i get declined and dont rant about cause I know im not qulified to learn them as yet.I wanna be a Shisous but I cant why? Im not fit for it yet but i dont rant,but im still aiming to it by what? Earining it.I still wont end using half of cause sometimes i feel like i wasted time trying to get it.Im 3/10 rated roleplayer but i get soft remarks from like Dan on my rain test"you shown skill with yada and tada" but im still not good at it but im not hunting for more power and complaining about cj being oped but there is still counters to it.Sound is oped but there is a counter right?EIG is oped right? but its restricted to great tai users like LOK or Goro.Im saying this as a noob yes a noob cause im noting compared to people like Keotsu or Hazama even Jacob Morre but im roleplaying spike the fact im a noob but not ranting.If you think its oped make cj that counters simple! anyway my 2 cents on this though its abit off but its to show im not ready but someday ill get there to Earn them.
