Oh sorry then. So no need for humiliating each other any longer But as for me being biased, I disagree. Though in the first place its unfair that Kakashi got a huge powerup, that now he can spam kamui and its instant now...but still...If they both make clones, Itachi wins again. But you say you know it so end of debate on my part.
Want your thoughts guys. This is IF they both have knowledge on eachother. Kakashi has Kamui, and we've seen the speed that it warps people. Itachi doesn't have the speed to dodge it. Kakashi is also able to spam it quite a few times. Itachi has Tsukuyomi but that won't work if they both have knowledge on eachother. Amaterasu is his only other oneshot in this match, since Kakashi is fast enough to dodge Totsuka. Amaterasu didn't kill the Samurai and Karin wasn't badly hurt by it. It will not end Kakashi immediately but Kamui will end Itachi straight away. Kakashi also has more stamina than Itachi; Itachi got a 2.5 in the databooks whereas Kakashi got a 3, and we all know Kakashi's stamina has gone up since then. I think Kakashi would win this.

Itachi is better in genjutsu.
They seem to be about equal in taijutsu.

I think their base abilities are very balanced, with main difference in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu usage.
Now, if we talk about MS fight, the victory would theoretically come to whoever used his MS first - if Kakashi uses his first, then it's game over. Itachi will lose unless he himself uses some fast lethal MS technique - the only choice here being Amaterasu. Kakashi is well aware of Tsukyomi and getting him to fall for this will be difficult for Itachi. Susanoo, on the other hand, is too slow - before Itachi will pull it out and attack with it, he will already be warped.
So, it's either Amaterasu or Kamui.
If Kakashi uses Kamui before Itachi's Amaterasu, then Kakashi wins, because Kamui is instant.
If Itachi uses Amaterasu before Kakashi kamui, then Kakashi will start burning, yet Amaterasu is not an instant kill and Kakashi will still have time to use Kamui on Itachi before dying.
That's why I think it's either Kakashi's victory or a double KO and a draw.
Itachi would have chances of winning if he used Tsukyomi instead of Amaterasu, but then Kakashi's chances of winning increase as well.

First fight: Kakashi was keeping up with Itachi before Itachi resorted to Tsukyomi. Kisame himself said Kakashi was keeping up with Itachi. Therefore, even in Part I when Kakashi was much weaker than currently, Kakashi was keeping up with base Itachi.
And if Itachi could defeat Kakashi without resorting to MS, what do you think, wouldn't he do it? Itachi is a smart one, he doesn't spam MS when it's unnecessary, only when it's the only way. Either he wouldn't defeat Kakashi while in base or it would take very long. Both possibilities prove Kakashi was enough to tire base Itachi. In part I.
Second fight: First, I hate when people say "1/3 Itachi". It was Itachi with 30% of his chakra, NOT Itachi with only 30% of his power. Know the difference, because the only difference there was here was that Itachi could not use MS. Again, this was a base Itachi vs base Kakashi fight.
And in this fight Itachi got outsmarted, immobilized and defeated.
You will probably say that it was Naruto who landed the Rasengan, not Kakashi. Well, that's because there were still fights ahead and Kakashi wanted to conserve as much chakra as possible. Do you seriously think he couldn't just charge with Raikiri instead of sending Naruto? He could.
And don't start with "Itachi didn't want to fight seriously" stuff. Because if he wasn't serious, he wouldn't:
1) Use MS.

I see, not only fanboys overestimate a lot kakashi but Kakashi overestimate himself too. He had beaten badly when fought itachi. The second time fights a clone of itachi (with 30% of his power) with naruto s help. It doesn t count.

Lol, Kabuto was about to kill Sasuke, until Kakashi arrived. Then his only option was to run and Kakashi didn't even use his Sharingan.
And I can't believe you say Kakashi is just as strong as he was in Part I.
First of all, Kakashi used in single fight more Raikiris than he said he was able to in Part I.
Second of all, he's got MS.
Third of all, his base Sharingan does not tire him one bit like it did VS Zabuza.
That's just some of stuff proving he got better since Part I to the beginning of Part II.
