Is Kakashi now stronger than Itachi?

all characters in naruto become stronger not only kakashi. The biggest increase in strength have naruto, sasuke and gaara. deal with it.

Personally i always thought that Gaara with Shukaku was stronger. Now Gaara lost the raw power of Shukaku that he had before, so no, i don't see where Gaara improved that much, if he even improved, when there is a great wank about Kamui saying that "no technique can compete against this one". Whether you like it or not, it's your problem. Blame Kishi for giving him this technique

Part1 Kakashi, not part2. Part2 Kakashi is on a whole other level. It's Gaara who is at part1 Kabuto level maybe lower

We have no reason to believe Itachi is stronger than he was in Part I. And it's Itachi and Kakashi that are main points of focus in this thread. Deal with it.

From what we've seen Kamui is the most OP technique ever. And now Kakashi can use it as he pleases.

I admit kamui is a strong attack. Tha doesn t mean he can beat the kages.

Exactly my thoughts. He would need Kamui only against A and Oonoki.

tsukiyomi and other genjutsu are still very much effective if the enemy has knowledge. look at raikage against madara. it can be used as a diversion for physical attacks as well

Because when Tsunade was named as Hokage, Kakashi wasn't as strong as he is now. Tsunade was probably stronger

Also, there are certain things that are awaited for a kage, not only power. The kage is the one who is one of the strongest(not necessarly the strongest) in a village, has a great reputation all over the world, the one who is one of the most experimented, and the one who can protect his village efficiently. Tsunade was better for the job. She is much more experimented than Kakashi, respected as one of the 3legendary sannin, has a great medical ninjutsu what she can use to heal and protect everyone in the village thanks to Katsuyu which can split itself in multiple parts, and also when she was named as Kage, she was probably around Kakashis level or a bit stronger

Remember that even when Kakashi was about to be Kage, they hesitated by saying "he is too young", etc And kakashi himself said that Tsunade was better for the post. Jiraya himself who was about to be a kage said that Tsunade was better than him for the post, but that doesn't mean she was stronger than Jiraya, right?

The same goes for Bee for example. He is stronger than A, but he is not Kage

This is interesting.

With both having knowledge on one another, I would say Itachi's intellect takes this. It took Kakashi several chapters to develop a "hunch" of how he thinks Tobi's Space-Time Migration Jutsu works. With Itachi he seemingly understands the properties of how a jutsu works as soon as he looks at them similar to how Minato does.

It doesn't help either that unlike Kakashi, Itachi is a full-blooded Uchiha. Remsincising of their first encounter plays into my mind. It may not appear to be a big deal, but the sustention of Kakashi most devastating abilities can only be used with the Sharingan for but a period of time. However Itachi can use it more due to being a full blooded Uchiha.

All in all, there several factors that are favoring Itachi's victory if he were to battle Kakashi.

....and to be honest, going on allllll the past naruto chapters, I would think one or the other (or both) would pull some justsu we've never seen them use before to win the fight oohhhhhhh

...the point is...we never know who would win in these, because all Kishi has to do is come up with a way for the guy HE wants to win to overcome...its like a soap opera..you think you know what'll happen, but there's always a surprise oooohhhhhhhhh

....sometimes it's even the weaker ninja who wins..so I really love how people get all heated over their opinions..giving reasons why this or that person would win.....OOOOHHHHHHH?!?!?!?


PostScript- I agree that Naruto and Sasuke will always be equal power level...so says Kishi...but to compare anyone else with anyone else is soooo redundant ooohhhhhhh!!!
