*I set up a dummy, slap a picture of Scary Yamatos face on it and walk away from it until I'm at mid range from it. I begin to concentrate my Raiton chakra into both my hands and I begin to generate my Raiton chakra. When it is visible in my hands I whip it at the dummy twice doing quite a bit of damage to it.

Adv: Well I'm pretty sure this would work but double check it for me. If you're opponent is on water and I perform this jutsu I could 'whip' with one hand and aim for the water and 'whip' with the other hand and aim for him to do extra damage.

Dis adv: you generate the chakra in both hands so if your opponent comes up with an effective counter you're at a range capable of being hit by a powerful jutsu and you wouldn't have enough time to react.

Good enough, and as for usage with a water jutsu its a correct use, but you CANNOT channel two chakras at the same time or do two jutsus together with one another, unless you have ying yang, which is way high up there.

*Runs back over and grabs more dummies then I stand them up beside the Scary Yamato dummy. On the one to his right I slap a picture of Scorps on the dummy's head and on the other a picture of Emperor. I then run back to my previous positon and begin concentrating my Raiton chakra in my throat and allow it to travel up until it's at the back of my throat. I then release the built up chakra and form it into a spear. As the spear travels through the air it splits apart into three and puts three holes in three faces (two in SY's)*

Adv: Very basic but it can split into more spears to attack multiple enemies (would be useful against shadow clones who are gathering nature energy on the field of battle)

Dis Adv: I think it could be easily dodged or blocked at a long range without some sort of smoke screen for it to suddenly burst out of and alert the enemy.

Description of it in NB is quite vague, so read this too. It is from the guy Maroi in blood prison, the technique is also called "Lightning Release: Lightning Signal Fire", you will have a better understanding what this jutsu is with this name.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user points their hands towards a direction and triggers an electrical discharge, which then explodes in a specific form. When the hands are raised to the sky, this technique can be use as a signal flare.

This one is specifically used for windmill shurikens. Perform it, focus on manipulating shurikens freely in the air using a metal string.

*First off I stand at the ready 10 feet away from the boulders and begin to concentrate my Raiton chakra whilst I perform the following hand seals: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey. When I finish the hand seals I point my right palm down to the ground and place my left hand on my upper arm and tighten my grip. I concentrate very hard on channeling a huge amount of Raiton chakra to my right hand. As I concentrate harder and harder the amount of chakra I'm channeling begins to become visible in my right hand and after a while all that can be heard is thousands of birds chirping. Once I feel that I am ready I sprint forward charging at the rocks. Noticing how much faster I am I hold up my right hand which connects with the hard rock breaking it. Knowing that the next rock is more to my left as soon as I completely break through the first rock I alter my course and jump to the left and as fast as I can I plow through that rock too. As I break through that rock I keep running forward and break though the third rock.

Now the next rock is at a straight diagonal path to my right so when I break out of the previous rock I slide across the ground stopping myself for a moment but seconds later I'm off again sprinting towards the rock at full speed my Chidori at the ready. I break through that rock and do the same thing I did with the last rock in order to break through it. As soon as I break out of that last rock I stop my Chi Dori and jump straight forward at the last one head first and smack my head off it. My head leaves a tiny crack which begins to spread and cut the rock down the middle.*
