Re: ±±Custom Jutsu Submission±±
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will put a single hand in their side pouches filled with clay, and then release the clay from their palms. The thin thread of released clay will travel onto the user's back, where it will then begin to rapidly sprout two complete, large and muscular pairs of arms. After the arms complete their formation, the user does not have to continually manipulate the arms. These clay arms have a full reach of two meters, and a single clay arm is powerful enough to hold the entirety of the user's weight off of the ground. At the end of each clay arm is an explosive clay hand that is capable of being individually detonated with the performance of a single hand seal. The explosion has the force of a single c1 bomb. These hands can also then regenerate from the present explosive clay at the base of the arms. The clay arms have a variety of uses, from accurately throwing multiple kunai or other projectiles, to engaging the enemy in close combat.
Note: Can only be taught by Selendrile
Note: Usable three times per battle; Arms last three turns
Note: No clay techniques above A-rank the same turn
Just a note, but clay cant be detonated by anyone except for myself. o_o

(Doton: Chikyū Ningyo no Ishi Suisō)- Earth Release: The Earth Mermaid's Stone Aquarium
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user first will perform the required hand seals, Dragon → Boar → Snake. They then will direct their chakra into the ground, in the necassary location. After the opponent releases a technique toward the user, the user will manipulate the earth in the technique's line of travel. The user will mold the appropriate creature, and cause it to "leap" out from the ground, where the creature opens its mouth and swallows the opponent's technique. Using the hardest minerals found in the ground, the inside of the creature's body is lined in it, allowing it to swallow techniques without breaking apart due to the force. After the creature enters the ground once its first leap is finished, it performs another leap, spitting the opponent's technique back at them, mixed with sharp pieces of pebbles and rocks. The creature then returns underground and disperses back into earth/rock. The earth pebbles and rocks released by the creature are equal to C-rank. However, due to the opponent's technique being swallowed and returned, the technique loses a single rank once released back at the opponent (Ex: S-rank water is returned as A-rank water + C-rank earth). The user is capable of creating any sea creature desired depending on the size of the opponent's technique.
Note: Can only be taught by Selendrile
Note: Usable twice per battle
Note: No S-rank or higher earth on the same, or next turn

±± Declined ±± That this can block a technique, I agree. But spitting it back requires fuuin or dark release or something of the sort. Also, the part i colored needs explanation. I won't approve something you can activate at any time after you perform the technique and you need a size. Mainly because it may work on a small technique and not against a big one, regardless of rank.

±± Declined ±± How long do they last? And are you sure you want to have 2 giant bombs strapped to your back? Because they are still explosive clay and as such they can still be detonated by tons of customs out there.
