Basically the method envolves holding your arms out infront of you and with your hands overlapping together to make a strong firm defence, that you then raise up when a punch or kick comes at you and knocking it upwards to throw the opponent off gaurd and making them open or knocking the attack down by using both your palms again leaving them open for attack. understand this ?

Oh yes, Paint the fence. xD Useful indeed.

Well yes that method would be the same though my referance was the new karate kid where he practices hang up a coat.

Now then lets proceed to the next basic taijutsu of a kick, a kick is coming at you simply a thrusting kick which is a forward kick how would you deal with it?

I would use my left hand in a "Paint the fence/Hang the coat" motion, swinging it down quickly and straight, knocking the kick down with my left palm. In unison of me moving my arm, I move my right arm forward aiming my fist at the opponents stomach. Half way through the arm motion of my left arm, I turn my body to facing the left side, that way I keep my center of gravity while still adding force to the punch as well as making it faster by shortening the distance between the punch and the target. In unison of me punching the targets stomach, I would bring my left arm back up, to defend my mid section with my forearm.

Good though other methods would be to merely grab the kick with both hands and then rotate the leg causing the opponent to spin around and then from there attack them in their vulnerability. You can also allow the kick to come but side step at the right point to catch the leg with your arm pitt and locking the leg in place and then using your elbow strike the thigh to cause damage and possibly breaking his leg hitting in the crucial area and applying enough pressure.

Hmm, I could take a step back, let my hand catch it at the ankle and quickly twist it breaking the ankle while I am out of reach of their fists and kicking range. I could step back, grab, swoop their other leg making them fall to the ground where they are vulnerable, as they fall and as they are on the ground.

To step back out of their striking range, catch it and strike the side of their knee with my free hand causing it to break. Other than that, not much that I can think of.

Well other than stepping out the range you could duck allowing the strike to pass over you and in the split moment it passes strike their leg or body, yuou could even block with your arm and the kick the inner thigh sending them flying

I would say it's the act of movement, what you move with that movement, how your body reacts along with each movement.

Indeed its the methods of movement in every literal way, joints, muscles center of gravity which is the basis for balance and control[ and are advanced and important aspects to improving ones skills and knowledge in taijutsu

Because understanding how the human body functions allows you to understand what is best methods of countering or attacking or moving out the way of attacks

Now lets test your knowledge abit, give me some examples regarding human mechanics

I think the best way for me to do that would be more RP wise. Unless that's what you mean xD

I stand before a large oak tree, I cock my right arm back and jolt it forward, throwing my weight into the punch as I turn my body to the left to add more momentum to the punch as well as making it easier to gain my balance. I strike the tree as I extend my right foot out a little to catch my self completely so that I don't lose my balance. As I plant my right foot on the ground, I use the body weight and momentum that I have launched forward as I had turned to the left to aid my next movement which is that as soon as I am planting my right foot on the ground I jump with my left leg, using the rotation of me going left, I keep the rotation going into a spin and with my body weight aiding me I do a complete spin and kick the tree with my left foot. This happens all in one motion. After I plant my foot to the tree, I let gravity allow me to let my upper body fall down as I push off the tree with my foot, landing on my two back hands. Then with the momentum from me jumping back, I use my arms as springs to jolt me forward, slanted upwards to sort of, upper-cut the tree with my right foot, and then pushing off the tree with my left foot to do a back flip that flips me onto me feet where I land.
