I think the best way for me to do that would be more RP wise. Unless that's what you mean xD

I stand before a large oak tree, I cock my right arm back and jolt it forward, throwing my weight into the punch as I turn my body to the left to add more momentum to the punch as well as making it easier to gain my balance. I strike the tree as I extend my right foot out a little to catch my self completely so that I don't lose my balance. As I plant my right foot on the ground, I use the body weight and momentum that I have launched forward as I had turned to the left to aid my next movement which is that as soon as I am planting my right foot on the ground I jump with my left leg, using the rotation of me going left, I keep the rotation going into a spin and with my body weight aiding me I do a complete spin and kick the tree with my left foot. This happens all in one motion. After I plant my foot to the tree, I let gravity allow me to let my upper body fall down as I push off the tree with my foot, landing on my two back hands. Then with the momentum from me jumping back, I use my arms as springs to jolt me forward, slanted upwards to sort of, upper-cut the tree with my right foot, and then pushing off the tree with my left foot to do a back flip that flips me onto me feet where I land.

Well to some extent that has some, however i wanna try and see what actual knowledge you have over the human body and its functions and also another part would be center of gravity and thus do you have any knowledge regarding that?

Well, I'm not completely sure about functions however, I know that with your center of gravity, you can use it to work with your movement to add force or allow you move a part of your body easier that you couldn't normally without as much effort. You can use the opponents center of gravity against them to make them off balance and extend their openings.

Good center of gravity is also higher the taller you are, so if your facing a taller opponent then you can bring them down easier where as its harder to take someone smaller than you down because they have better center of gravity.

As for functions thats more to do with how a particular body part works for example the wrist, it is a socket joint so it allows for full rotation, same with the shoulder that allows you to do circular motion and the hip/leg socket. The elbow and Knees however are restricted in a single motion of bending and dont have much manouverability thus where the combination of movement of multiple joints comes in effect to provide efficient movement, understand better now ?

Ahh, so with knowing functions you can out wit the opponent with strikes that works against their functions.

Indeed, understanding function allows you to know the limitations of movement and to catch them of gaurd and also allows you to know how to appropriately select your counters and plan ahead with movements and attacks

Now can you think of how to exploit certain joints and movement like say for with a punch

Well, when someone punches you, lets say with their left hand, you can strike from the left side of their arm (Their left) Where their elbow is facing out of. Using this, you can deflect their punch on that side gaining a more pure opening on their left side for you to strike. Or, you can damage their arm by deflecting their arm with a quick, but forceful chop to their elbow.

yep and then there is also like what we covered before where you can force pressure on a joint but this time, for example the arm, if you grab the wrist and twist the arm to lock their movement, or there is a particulary useful one to know about which is the wrist. if you twist the wrist to the outside the human body has a natural instinct to follow the twist so it naturally causes the body to flip and turn around with the twisting and therefore you gain the chance for an opening to attack whilst the opponent is on the floor.

I really love that instinct xD

Now apply some knowledge to a kick how would you exploit the joints

Well if it's a straight forward kick. You can kick their inner thigh, damaging their leg pretty good to the point of them not being able to use it as well due to pain. If you time it right, you can slam your foot down just below their knee as they swing their leg or do a straight forward kick and break their leg depending on the distance between you two.

Good though minimal detail xD the inner thigh is more about pressure points which we can get to abit later, though the other part is good, you can also again grab hold the leg and then punch the knee which will basically cause alot of damage and can in some cases put the knee out of place with enough force which will prevent them from walking on that leg. Then their is also a pelvis strike with basically aimed for attacking the leg joint and causing stress on the musles that helps the legs movements.

Wow, very enthusiastic with your responces and keeness to find more information xD now then lets go onto abit more on the human body such as pressure points, one pressure point we actually already covered is the wrist twisting method that is an actual pessure point, and also the inner thigh is one can you name any others ?

lmao xD

Hmmm. There's one at the back of the neck that can paralyze the opponent from the neck down if struck properly. The armpits I believe. The throat. The stomach. The groin if you're a male xD. One on both sides of the jaw (behind the jaw). Both sides of the head beside the eyes which can cause great paio\n, make you pass out and pop the eyes out. And that's all I can think of.

Fairly obvious ones though knowledge is there, for the one behind the neck there is another that by placing a needle one can induce a coma like state and only by removing can one render the state nullified. The ones beside the eyes on the side the heads are the temple which can ultimately kill someone by pressing there with enough force. The eyes themselves are also pressure points. There are various pressure points in the arms and the kidney's are pressure points. There is a pressure point in the foot by the inside above the knuckle.

What would be the best way to strike a pressure pint such as the one at the neck or eyes without leaving yourself too open?

Well ideally for the eyes ranged tools that way it leaves you from being struck with a retaliation punch or kick and as for the (pint ;) pour me one lol ) pressure point on the neck you would attack them from behind in the best means though you would have to also try and read their body movement to try avoid any kicks or counters should you fail to connect with the neck, or you can get them in a arm lock and using that advantage to strike

Thank you for that. I plan on trying to use pressure points more.
