Sasuke with EMS which includes amatrasu, susano, flame arrows (which are almost impossible to avoid btw) puts him at a way higher rank than B. Amaterasu is a short ranged attack and can be dodged. It burns slower then it shows. Susanoo is can be broken by A high level Wind Release. I give you that his Susanoo is stronger now, due to his ability to hatred he as which why Susanoo evolves. The flame arrows are avoidable, they are only dangerous because of the Amatersau coating like Susanoo. His Ems is strong but we dont know it its Full extent.
I feel you should rate the Ninja's by how they show to use them, and not just by a base opinion on them. Sasuke is strong but not as strong people feel he is.

If you think about it he would of never even of made it to A or danzo if it wasnt for karin. How many times did she save his life, not to mention his team. 1. Databook is right. Just because we haven't seen stronger genjutsu from Oro doesn't mean he can't use stronger genjutsu.
2. The point of that confrontation wasn't to show that Sasuke was stronger than Oro, come on the guy was on his death bed. It was to show that Sasuke's will and sharingan were strong enough to resist being taken over.
3. The jutsu that Itachi used wasn't D rank it was A rank supplemented by his mastery of the sharingan and genjutsu (Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu) - Demonic Illusion :Shackling Stakes

4. Deidara didn't break the genjutsu, he saw through it. The illusion that Sasuke used just affected sight, and Deidara had trained his left eye for years to notice the subtle differences that come into effect with sharingan genjutsu. So that doesn't say anything about the level of Sasuke's genjutsu.
5. The only people that were able to ever dodge/keep up with A's taijutsu were Minato with FTG, Naruto KM, and Sasuke when he dodged an elbow attack. The only reason Sasuke was able to dodge that attack was because they were going in a straight line together. A is renowned for being fast so just because Sasuke wasn't able to dodge all of his attacks doesn't mean he is not adept at taijutsu. He has the sharingan, that is kind of a given.
6. The change in Danzo's chakra was extremely slight. Karin barely noticed it as he was activating Izanagi. You forget that Sasuke knew that Danzo was doing someting to himself and that is why he kept up a relentless assault.
7.Sasuke got away from Danzo's suicide jutsu himself. Tobi just phased through the ground. Without surgically implanting 15 or so sharingan into himself, Danzo would have lost in less than a minute. Even without knowing about his sharingan, Danzo was still considered a kage level ninja or else they wouldn't have chosen him. Sasuke won fair and square.
8. I believe Danzo used his extra sharingan to help see through Sasuke's genjutsu. Sasuke's MS gen isn't as strong as Itachi's but he was able to put B in it. B only broke out because of the Eight Tails in him. C was a genjutsu type ninja and he was still incapacitated by Sasuke's MS gen. It is powerful but not as good as Itachi's.
9. Sasuke saw through the entirety of C's gen. Juugo only knew C was using a jutsu. Sasuke obviously trusted Juugo and Suigetsu to cover him while he put C in a gen. That is called team work.
10. MS hasn't been stated to improve vison. It only grants strong techniques.
11. Amaterasu burns slowly but cannot be put out. Gaara didn't use the sand that was burning and that is why A had to cut off his arm or else the fire would have spread on his skin and killed him.
Other comments: Sasuke's Susanoo ribs have been able to take several major attacks from A that were said to kill anybody else he used them on. It only broke a piece off with the powerbomb and it melted because of concentrated acidic mist from Mizukage. These were extremely high level attacks and either barely broke through just the ribs or slowly melted them. Sasuke is a S rank criminal because he is a S rank ninja. He killed a S rank criminal Deidara, took out a Hokage, a sick Itachi who was still S rank (yea I know Itachi wanted him to win but he still had to fight for real), went head to head with A (who was going for the kill) and survived, and now has EMS (spam MS techs all day). The point of this thread was to compare sasuke against S class ninja's.
This thread was made for constructive criticism for sasuke and why he has fallen. And how he has forgotten the basics not to compare plot jutsu and compare him to naruto. The comparison part isn't towards u but to other people.
Being S class means you really don't need help from a Team and that you are able to solo anyone without the help of anyone else, and to be able to hold your own against a group/Village as everyone of these ninjas in akatski has done except for Sasuke. That crow has been stored inside naruto for a long time, and itachi had it there, because he knew the moons eye plan, so that was plot no jutsu with reason not without reason as it is done most of the time with naruto.

Kakashi can beat sasuke, whether you say sasuke got to sakura. It was sasuke vs kakashi exclusive of sakura. Sasuke went blind, because he abused his MS. Itachi never abused his tech most battles he used tomoe 3 and sasuke knew the risk. From what we seen you cant train the MS, and itachi could form amaterasu he made a shruiken out of it. Guy, lee if he can do daytime tiger would go through his shield, Shino, because he absorbs chakra. He can deflect amaterasu with wind/ air style attacks like how teimari took the soldiers armour off. And if Sasuke goes in close to fight taijutsu he'll block his chakra points and he wont be able to form chidori.

First he was nowhere close to killing itachi, if his eyes weren't good enough to fool deidara they aren't good enough to fool itachi. Two, deidara was cocky, and he was training for itachi to break his genjutsu. Itachi hit deidara with a regular genjutsu not a tsukyiomi so Itachi would of got deidara again if he used tsukyiomi.
Kishi wanted to up sasuke's appearance by making him seem better, by setting him against someone he could absolutely win against, because he wanted sasuke to seem like a bad ass. He did a good job but in your heart of heart, where does it show oro/sasuke having a S/T jutsu to avoid the 30km explosion in any case its a draw.
S class ninja's maintain their cool analyze the situation and draw out their opponents abilities and find weaknesses. WHen was the last time you saw sasuke use taijutsu last time it was seriously used was versus gaara, and NEJI LEE TEN TEN HINATA KIBA SHINO NARUTO, SAKURA, GAI, basically Konoha 11 all stepped there taijutsu game up. The only time you see sasuke use taijutsu now is if he's gonna chidori, which is nin-tai, and we saw what an S class nin-tai can do ie A vs Sasuke.
Sasuke's base speed isn't that great either.
Also sasuke's baton jutsu's are all C ranked. Most of the Katon users combine wind and fire style now. IE kakuzu for a scorch style, which is combined jutsu stronger than fire alone. Look at it on Databook and wiki.
Ok tobi didn't train sasuke, all he did was tell him some half truth's about itachi. What tobi mainly did was implant the itachi's eyes into sasuke's giving him EMS. And how is that dumb sasuke doesn't know any med ninjutsu, or anyone with that capability besides sakura to do that its a simple as this. Powered up or not, susano in V3 was shown being weak lightning. It can be inferred stronger tech's don't lose there weaknesses like a strong lightning tech is still weak to wind, just as a weaker variation is weak to

The battle wasn't full length at all was mostly talk 1 attack by sasuke that failed and kakashi hit sasuke once, he was blind and uchiha without eye is dead meat. Naruto's rasengan is linear and it wasn't aimed to kill like sasuke's just meant to see sasuke's power. Other wise it would of been a senjutsu rasengan tech, or a rasenshuriken. Itachi only used MS under life threatening abilities like escaping jariay's tech other than that, he used it to show his brother the abilities. That is how MS is suppose to be used. Database shows aptitude towards it, if manga doesn't show the tech/ability, which is just theory, but i wouldn't say all of it is accurate, because if you look at kakashi he should be a pretty good genjutsu teacher, and have gen techs like sasuke, and apply it but he doesn't, since they have the same genj ranking.
This affects his taijutsu and skills all around.
According to Bio he has B+ rank stamina. B+ rank taijutsu. B+ rank intel. C+ rank power, and A rank speed. all play a part in taijutsu

C isn't a genjutsu user read his bio, Sasuke should know that genjutsu shouldn't work on jinchurriki's because he's been tapped out before, and kakashi taught them basics of it with the genjutsu release tech. It's a visual tech its based on him looking in his eyes, and those eyes were on his arm not in his eye and shisui's eye wasn't able to be used yet. He broke it fair those eyes were specifically for inzanagi.

Was not Deidara geared towards sasuke with his lightning defusing his bombs, was not his S/T that kishi gave him that wasnt taught that he doesn't know given miracously its a fake win, but a win kishi divine intervention for deidara.
Danzo didn't have use of shishui's eye because he used at summit if he did sasuke be toast. Best genjutsu thats unavoidable good enough to work on itachi good enough for sasuke. Tobi saved sasuke read the manga links posted plz =D.
