stealing custom jutsu is just wrong because they put so much hard work into thinking of these and someone just takes it without asking.

there should be some safety lock on custom jutsu like you have to get a cert from who made this jutsu to even see their jutsu page.

Just make another one but ask a Admin to make it into a poll to be voted on.
