Shisui is without a doubt the best Shinobi

Well since theres a thread on Shisui I just wanted to ask if there was any solid proof that it actually took Shisui 10 years between each KA?

It would make sense that it didn't. Owners of inborn jutsu seem to fare better than those who jack em.

Shisui is a powerful shinobi but only when his KA is up. That means he will only have that powerful ability once every ten years and thats really not giving him much. One good battle against a high level shinobi and thats about it. Then Shisui will have to depend on his regular Sharingan doujutsu and techniques.

So in actuality he is not as good as you say he is. A powerful weapon for one fight will not equate to victory against someone with powerful weapons that last more than one fight.

Shisui is like a combination of itachi and minato.
His 2 nicknames alone should tell you that he mustve been a formidable opponent. He was hailed as the best genjutsu user of the uchiha. Personally i believe itachi has surpassed him. Secondly many of the extremely fast ninja's user shunshin in base. Examples are minato, itachi, A, sasuke and shisui got a nickname for being the best shunshin user.

2 nicknames which suggests that he mustve been very special and tbh since it was said that he was like an older brother to itachi, it would make sense to say that thats where itachi gained his genjutsu prowess from.

Anyway 2 hyped up nicknames along with 3 ms techniques. One which is so op that not only did kishi put a 10 year ban so to speak on it, he also made sure that danzo didnt have this when he fought sasuke. Funny enough its so op that both eyes were destroyed for precaution. Id like to know more about his other 2 ms techniques, but also why he got his 2 nicknames.

Also danzou didnt take his eyes. From what ive read it would make sense to say he gave danzo one eye, no different to how he gave itachi the other. Shisui i believe was part of anbu and basically believed an d had the same ideology of danzo which is to protect the village from the shadows therefore it makes sense that he would give his superior one eye. Also lets be serious danzo before he gained all those shairgans was nothing special, shisui's hype would wipe the floor with him. Secondly if danzo reall beat him, he would take both eyes, and not just one. Its obvious that he gave one to danzo, the same way he gave the other to itachi. Both in the aim of protecting the village

NANI??? Where does it say that he could use it more frequently?? It may be his own but it's only speculation that he'd be able to use it frequently...You can't assume he's was able to use it more than just than what was said even if it was his....everybody has a limit....

Wrong....We cannot assume Itachi was any smarter, or better in any way. Itachi couldn't have KA if it was Itachi vs Shisui anyways, and we still don't know if Shisui had Susano'o unlocked, either. Everything is unknown. As for KA > Everything, Jinchuuriki aren't included.

I wasn't contesting the the Shisui is the best shinobi, he clearly isn't

What I'm contesting is people saying genjutsu fails to work on a perfect host. Sasuke's Tsukuyomi failed to work against Bee. With that being said, Danzo put Yagura and Bee in the same category when he said they were "maybe" perfect hosts. With that being said, Tobi, who used a genjustu that strongly resembled KA (according to Mei) was able to control Yagura, who is on par with Bee for his control over his tailed beat

So it would seem that KA would be able to control somewhat perfect hosts, like Yagura. I was only speculating that Tobi could have KA based on what we've seen and from what Mei and Ao said

I just wanted to clear up "KA can't control perfect hosts" not the "Shisui is the best shinobi" statement, I disagree with that

Danzo put them in the same category but Tobi didn't.There isn't any maybe with Killer Bee, he's a perfect Jinchuriki.Yagura on the otherhand is an unknown.

KA is not effective against people who can break genjutsu i.e. Naruto, Bee, anyone with someone standing next to them. Nice try.

yup genjutsu is not good on some person
like guy and lee,they can distrub there chakra flow thorught opening gates,or closing gates
thats how they r immmune to genjutsu(i think they r immune,i dont knw about others)
