or you can do what Guy did against Itachi and not look at his eyes. KA is type of dojutsu so i am going on the assumption that you need to make some sort of eye contact but anyways yeah no Shisui is good but not the best

Danzou could fight and take a damn eye from him and that´s before danzou had the ten sharingans/izanagi and before he had shisuis eye and yet sasuke beat him so that makes shisui fodder.

No danzou took it while he was alive, shisui then gave his remaining eye to itachi and faked destroying his two eyes so in the future people dont fight over his eyes and then he erased his existence.

Does anyone truly know if Danzo was using KA? Like, did they state it in the manga?
One might think that Shisui was just a pro at simple genjutsu. Although - the recharge time may be a big hint.. Idk though.

Chapter 459, Ao says that he is controlling mifune and says that it is his eye that saw through the genjutsu placed on yagura so it was somewhat a similar genjutsu tobi puts on yagura, another evidence that KA can put perfect jinchurikis under genjutsu.

Good point i didnt notice that but remember mifune did look at the bandage so somehow he got eye contact of somewhat i belive thats how he controlled him. Also itachis crow with shisuis eye put itachi under genjutsu and freed him from edo tensei by eye contact.
