Shisui is without a doubt the best Shinobi

I wasn't contesting the the Shisui is the best shinobi, he clearly isn't

What I'm contesting is people saying genjutsu fails to work on a perfect host. Sasuke's Tsukuyomi failed to work against Bee. With that being said, Danzo put Yagura and Bee in the same category when he said they were "maybe" perfect hosts. With that being said, Tobi, who used a genjustu that strongly resembled KA (according to Mei) was able to control Yagura, who is on par with Bee for his control over his tailed beat

So it would seem that KA would be able to control somewhat perfect hosts, like Yagura. I was only speculating that Tobi could have KA based on what we've seen and from what Mei and Ao said

I just wanted to clear up "KA can't control perfect hosts" not the "Shisui is the best shinobi" statement, I disagree with that

I somewhat agree but what u shd consider is the individual tail beasts. I believe certain tail beast are more shrewd and powerful to withstand KA. 1 tail for eg is a maniac who will probably ignore his host but 8 tails might sense a change in emotion in KB, sense exterior chakra and dispel it. About madara yugura. My personal theory is madara/tobi found a way to control the beast itself(maybe decieving it) and ending relationship with its host

The fact that it takes 10 years to use again is the most glaring weakness. If you could spam it like Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi, Shisui would be the most powerful person in the manga; Kishi obviously didn't want that though. Even if you have Hashirama's cells, it takes hours to use again. As demostrated by the Sasuke vs Danzo battle, the user may need it sooner than in a couple of hours. That is why he isn't the most powerful person in the manga

tbh i think yagura wasn't as on good terms with his beast, and he just overpowered it's will through his own sheer willpower, now even though he can perfectly use the beast chakra, the beast wouldn't give a rats ass about yagura, so when he was caught in the genjutsu, the beast simply didn't care, imagine if a small country had a prison that was cruel to the inmates and they forcibly sent them out as laborers.

Now if this country was invaded, do you think these guyz would fight to defend it with their lives, or say to hell with it and just let whatever happens happen? I think they wouldn't really care, and would rather just roll over and take it, it's not like if they defend the country they'll be set free.

This is my opinion on why Yagura was genjutsu'd and unable to break it despite being a "perfect" Jinchuuriki

Does anyone truly know if Danzo was using KA? Like, did they state it in the manga?
One might think that Shisui was just a pro at simple genjutsu. Although - the recharge time may be a big hint.. Idk though.

Shisui can use KA anytime he wants jxt like Itachi can use his tsukiyomi..Its jxt that since Itachi isnt the original owner of shisui's eye, he [Itachi] can only activate KA only 10 years. Shisui can activate KA anytime he wants since its his eye and jutsu.

You are right about that.but do you think that it`s the same with KA? I am still not sure about that.because a person isnt aware of the effect of KA,so what if the tailed beast inside the jinchuuriki also isnt aware that it is affected by genjutsu?or do you think that tailed beast automatically feels the disruption of their chakra??:shrug:
