In a face off itachi would win if he uses Tsukuyomi but I think that kamui is more dangerous because if someone uses tsukuyomi on you, you still have a chance to survive if you get caught with kamui you're fucked.

i would say Kamui simply because your only defensive option is to continually move and dodge which would limit offense. The problem with tsukiyomi is that you need eye contact which someone who has experience fighting against sharingan users (Guy) then they can avoid looking at their opponent's eyes

Tsukuyomi, because an eye contact is enough to end the fight. Unlike Kamui, which can be avoid with simply high speed, it's to difficult for a human to avoid direct eye contact during a (exhausting) battle. It's just the nature of people to look into each others eyes.

Let's examine the facts. I know it would be hard to think that kakashi visual powers is better than itachi bt let's face it!!

Keep your eyes pasted on itachi chest and u won't get caught, at least there's a slight chance u won't get caught.

As opposed to kakashi u'de have to evade kakashi range of vision, so it's safe to say

That's a really bad situation to use Kamui... Kamui is much more effective at killing people since no visual contact is necessay and it's perfect for long-distance attacks and if used proficiently, it's nearly impossible to dodge! Whereas, Itachi has to make eye-contact to use Tsukuyomi... they are both extremely powerful s/t jutsus though!

kamui can be activated without looking at itachi's eyes.... kakashi can look at itachi's feet and use kamui and not be affected by tsukiyomi :shrug:
