ok...so... if i understand the concept... i create a vortex with me at the center and it is both offensive and defensive... after i defend i split it off into sythes that attack. ok...

So...
Molds Mass of Chakra
forms about 100 sythes of wind... and makes them start spinning around me
*creates the vortex... Hmm its getting pretty easy to create a standard vortex...*

infuses my own chakra into the vortex to make it a defensive wall...

*Breaks the vortex but only about 5 sythes fly foreward...*
How do i control it so that all the sythes dont get dispersed like that?

You need to have total control over it just like you have to have control over thes cythes once they seperate. Itll be harder since there are more than one though.

part of the wind..itll help if you think of yourself as that way. When shinobi uses an element effectively they use it like another body part, not a tool. If you learn how to become PART of the wind you will be able to master it.

If you think this is hard wait till i teach you one of my S Rank jutsus.

And id say this is an a rank.
