Re:
Custom Jutsu Submission
(Shinkirō) - Mirage
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Self
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: Legendary skill said to cause "movement without moving". Concept of this technique revolves around moving your chakra along with your body. The easiest way to explain this extraordinary skill would be by equating it to a glass full of water. If you move the water inside the glass you would inevitably move the glass, with glass full of water representing a human body full of chakra in reality. This allows the user to attain double speed for a short amount of time. However, it's legendary description ("movement without moving"), stems from the fact that user can, with this technique, move without any physical movement.
*Can be used for a maximum of three times per battle
*Each use lasts for one turn
~Declined~ Your description is false. Water inside a class of water can move without the glass moving, it's called the Vorticity of a fluid (fluid dynamics). Also, for it to have any impact on the class, the force exerted on the axis parallel to the base of the glass need to be greater then it's inertia (static friction multiplied by the normal force).
(Kinzoku-sei no Hando) – Strong Metal Hand
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: A technique where practitioner infuses his own hand with chakra in order to be able to even rip through steel with it. Some, more talented, practitioners were seen to even add a small coating of chakra to technique when facing armed opponents (for obvious reason of not getting cut by the weapon). Although regarded as one of the most destructive taijutsu techniques, it has rather big flaw. Technique cannot be sustained for too long due to strain to nerves and tendons in hands. If overused, one's hand can remain crippled forever.
*Cannot be sustained for more than two turns
*There has to be one turn window between two usages

(Tamashī o Hasai Sutoraiku) – Soul-Crushing Strike
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique in which the practitioner circulates chakra through his body, and releases it through his fist at the same time he extends his hand. Releasing chakra too late will cause technique to fail, while releasing too early can cause severe damage to the hand. Technique has got it's name by the way it damages the opponent. Although it can shatter a rock with ease, when used against a human it shatters very bones. The way it shatters them is the interesting part. Once the punch connects it does no apparent damage on the outside. However, the bones on the inside fracture beyond repair.
*Can be used for a maximum of three times per hand (e.g. if I use the technique with my left hand, there won't be any strain on my right. That is why the separated maximum usage count)
*If used for more than three times technique will fail and hand will be rendered useless for the rest of the match due to strain.

(Jinwongak) – Focus Stomp
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The practitioner uses one leg to stomp the ground. First he raises his knee to match a desired angle and then moves his shin right to the half of knee's angle. After that, he concentrates his chakra on the sole of his foot and brings it down on target. The technique is capable of crushing concrete and literally cut flesh and bone.
