Finally someone who can debate/argue with common sense...
1. You said is rape justifiable after the abortion, well how about this. If someone robbed you and stole everything, is it justifiable if he served his time. Or rather if he served the time for the crime ahead of time, can we allow him to commit the crime?
2. Now this makes more sense lol. No it isn't justifiable.
3. Agreed.
4. You didn't understand my answer...I said it isn't even considered because it can't be asked the question. The fetus won't understand the question so we won't be able to get the answer from it. What if the fetus actually wanted to die?
Ok in your example it is not justifiable if the robber served time for his crime. Justifiable means something that is wrong is right because of the circumstances. A robber serving time for the crime doesnt make what he did right, its just him being punished and rightfully so.
Something justified is like, im in an alleyway attacked by a guy with a gun, i steal his gun, shoot him and kill him, all while he tried to attack me. I killed him. Am i wrong? Yes cuz murder is wrong. Am i justified? Hell yea cuz the bastard trie to kill me. This is called self defense (lol duh).
So question 1 is like does killing the baby rights the wrong done by the rapist? No it doesnt. And if anybody is to be punished it is the rapist, not the baby.
2. I agree killing you would not justify attacking ya mom.
3 skip lol
4 what if the fetus wanted to die? Lol thats a whole other arguement itslef to but there is no way to be sure of that. The best thing is to asdume it wants to love than to assume it wants to die. A baby that wanted to live but was killed- that robs the baby of the infite oppurtunities in life. But a baby who wants to die but lives can still die in the future, and its garunteed to die in the future since we all die.
But i think i understood your answer. A baby doesnt have a choice cuz it cant Is incapable of answering right? It can say "yes" or "no". But its right to live? Does a baby have a right to live even if it cant vocally say it wants to or not?
Quote me and tell me where I BS around your questions. I never asked you a yes or no question. I asked you a question. Unlike you, I never wrote "Yes or No".
If you keep indirectly insulting my intelligence, weather right or wrong, I will report you because what I say does not go through your head and it's starting to really annoy me. Stop being condescending.
Woah bro relax. You remind me of a girl i once like who was easily offended..... Anyways if you felt insulted or belittle just please forgive me man
Do yes or no questions offend you?!? Ma bad
Im not trying to offend anyone. But it seems like you cant handle this topic so theres no need for me to continue this any further.
It was good while it lasted man.
Oh and it would be too much trouble to quote you sorry but theres no reason to continue this with you.
