Zoro is the strongest excluding Luffy. Though Sanji is not far behind him and maybe just just little weak by him, but currently i don't think Usopp has a chance on making the Monster Trio to go on to Monster Quadro or something like that.

I doubt Nami could have taken on Luffy....
Oda pretty much discarded the whole "weak trio" thing due to Usopp, Nami and Chopper being fearless in battle now.

I'm pretty sure about the groups: Strong, mid, weaker but I'm having a hard time giving Brook and Robin a place in this ranking.

Jinbei comes after Luffy, he could take on mihawk even though he lost, zoro is still not up to mihawks lvl yet so i say it´s a tie between him and jinbei.

I agree with this ranking in almost everything. I would rank Brook on top of Robin and Franky after the timeskip, his fight against Zeo showed us a lot of his badassness and new powers. But even so, it's really hard to rank these three. :S
