Well, excluding Luffy Robin can actualy kill everyone who ain't Logia type... So I gues she's the strongest.

Except Zorro and Franky. Zorro would be too fast for her, he would slice her hands as soon as they would appear on his body and if she still manages to grab him, I doubt she has enough power to crush his bones. It would be like an armwrestling match between a kid and adult.
Franky is made out of steel. Unless she can bend steel I doubt she could do anything to him.

Chopper might be problem but I guess she could make those giants hands now. Brook can dislocate his bones as much as he wants she will still crush them one by one.
I was just applying the same logic you did. So let's try again:
Robin can use Manos grandos to smash Franky
Robin can sprout hands to take away Zoro's swords.
You can't compare fighters the way you do. I'm pretty sure Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Franky and maybe Brook all can beat Robin but not for any of the reasons listed above.

In a real fight, Usopp and Nami would die in seconds. Brook, probably too. Franky is too hard to be affected by Robin's attacks. Zorro is to fast and too strong for her. Sanji's kicks are hardcore but I am not sure if all of his body is this strong. Chopper's Guard Point and Monster point might be problem too.

We aren't talking about pre timeskip here. And Franky wouldn't stand and wait to be stomped by a huge foot.
man i haven't read the mangas, but having brook so up in the ranking list and ussop so low, some really interesting things happen there... :/ , i am really frustrated that ussop even after timeskip is ranked in the weekling trio

Outside of Luffy, it's Zoro by far. It's debatable after that Sanji, Robin, Franky, and Chopper all have their strengths and weaknesses.

No he still didn't join. I'm not being technical, I'm being realistic.
Remember Vivi? By the end of the Arabasta arc, everyone thought she would join. She had been called her nakama by Luffy twice, and had been offered to leave with them by Luffy and Nami. She was seen dreaming of that moment, and talking with Carue about it the night before the SH depart. And then in the last minute, she stays in Arabasta. Everyone assumed she was leaving when Igaram showed up in that dress, but no, she didn't.
What I'm saying here is, you never know what Oda will come up with. He presents so many twists... and that's one of the aspects I love the most about One Piece. You never know what will come up next. It's not that I don't want him to join, I simply don't get my hopes high, I won't assume Jimbei is a SH until I see him set sail with them out of Fishman Island.

Vivi was different, she had to make a choice to either sail with the crew and risk becoming a criminal and as the princess risk her country.
She chose to stay behind and fullfil her duty as princess.
Jinbei said that he had to do something and that he would catch up with them the moment he was done if at that time they still want him to join and luffy said "ofcourse we want you to join" or something like that which shows that jinbei is already a part of the crew, now if he dies that´s a different story but he didn´t refuse like Vivi.
Vivi made her final decision but there is nothing that´s bothering jinbei of that sort except for what he has to do before joining, his final decision was yes, Vivi´s final decision was no.

The thing is, we don't know what he has to do yet. It may be a little task like re-building the defenses of FI, or it could be some sort of plan that could take a year.
Vivi didn't refuse at first, the night before the SH left Luffy told her to come with them. She stood up all night with Carue wondering if she should follow them or stayed. She was expected to join when Igaram showed up with her dress. The whole crew looked expectantly when she showed up at that cliff. She hadn't refused until the last moment, when she shouted it from that cliff. What I mean by bringing up the Vivi thing is, you never know with Oda. Try listing all the twists he brought us so far. Just look at the latest chapters! xd I mean, we can't count him as a SH yet, let's wait until he sets sail with them and stuff. Then we can count him in.
