BS, Minato would have wrecked everyone there in that fight. He had alot of chakra, better summons, was faster, better at sealing jutsu (which guess what is one of the best ways to take out IWR ninjas and Oro), and had ST jutsus.
So show me how Minato wasn't better equipped to fight that fight than Hiruzen and I'll show you a fanboy with no logic. (maybe you if you have the audacity to argue this because it would be illogical and have no grounds to stand on).
you speak of logic, but i see none :lili:
Obviously, minato would have been better equipped to fight that fight, since he was much younger than sarutobi, who was 68 years old.Minato would have possessed more chakra,he would have been quicker to react than a old guy(regardless of his natural speed/reaction advantages)
As a sidenote Minato probably can take out all of the other Hokages. Not at the same time of course but individually they have nothing to stop him with. Tobirama has the best chance because he is also a ST user although he wasn't as advanced as Minato according to the manga. His combination of unparalleled speed, intelligence, and awesome jutsu make him near unbeatable..
you call the other guy a fanboy, when you are obviously hyping up minato to the extreme, while analyzing tobirama and harishima, whose abilities we literally don't know much about.I could turn it around and say that minato had problems with a crippled madara, who was a shell of his former self, while harishima spanked the strongest uchiha who has ever lived(at his best).Harishima and tobirama were from the strongest clan in history, and they defeated their rivals the uchihas(ems,ms,sharingan). So, obviously a guy like harishima knows more that "wood" right? It shows again how biased you are...
Even the mighty itachi couldn't defeat madara. He wouldn't have made the deal with him when he knew of madara's plans with konoha, and especially when madara had the tools/knowledge to break sasuke, and make him into a mental patient.
I can only see three ninjas with the ability to take him on successfully and they are Nagato (only if he is using the 6 paths), Itachi (only because of his MS abilities), and Madara (because he steals other people's abilities gat dam him). And Minato has a solid chance against all of these people, other than Madara I can see Minato coming out even with both Itachi and Nagato. Which is more impressive given that he does not have an OP Kekkei genkai like the others or 2 insane KG like Madara (who has to steal them!).
again this is your opinion, and you have a right to it as long as you know that it's pure speculation, although, minato was an all time great and he would have put up afight against anybody.People could make a case for him being the strongest.
EDIT: I love how people say Hiruzen is the best because he fought the first and second and "won" although he didn't win at all all he did was reach a stalemate. First off Oro did nothing in that fight. Oro could have killed him like 100 times in that fight but instead was just taunting Hiruzen. Secondly the IWR's were under Oro's direct control so they could only do stuff that he made them do. Hiruzen should have been dead in the very beginning but Oro wanted to mess with him. I mean Oro had a kunai to his neck, and then stabbed it into his hand instead because he didn't want to kill Hiruzen that fast. Oro wanted Hiruzen to know what he was and what he had become and why he was doing this.
Actually, the third hokage did win, since orochimaru's objection was to take over konoha and he failed.Sure, hiruzen died in the process, but he still protected konoha by sealing not only the two first hokages, but more importantly oro's arms.Let me remind you again he was 68 years old,and kishi made it clear through the commentary of the fight, sarutobi was a shell of his former self(oro, anbu, enma).Still his chakra was so strong that he and oro messed up the roof.
You can't change the facts, and fact was that oro failed.Danzo should have killed sasuke when he had him frozen, kakuzu shouldn't have been fooled by the naruto clone, neji deactivated his byakugan,etc... I think you get the picture....
And I am 100% sure that Minato would have won that fight much easier than Hiruzen(even though Hiruzen didn't win) and Tobirama could have won, with the only one I see maybe pulling a draw at worst is Hashirama because he doesn't have sealing like Minato and doesn't have IWR like Tobirama.
Lol, are you kishi's right hand man? Unless you are a psychic i really doubt you can ever be a 100% sure

Obviously, it would have been a different battle since its a new opponent, so orochimaru would have made a different gameplan...duh
As i said earlier, we don't know much about the abilities of the former kages so your point is not valid.
Hiruzen is easily one of the most overrated characters in the manga. All we hear about him is hype but all that we have seen from him is not that awesome. He had no special abilities, what he was known for was mastering the basic jutsu of only his village. He was strong but I would be loath to put him in my top ten strongest. He probably is top 15.
So,the author himself overrates his own character? You are the one who are determined to underrate the third hokage when it has been stated that he was the strongest kage in his prime(databooks,interviews,manga...fact).Not saying you can't make a case for the others, but it would be ignorant to ignore the facts.
Please tell where i can read that hiruzen only mastered the basic jutsus of his village

?He has 5 in taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu....
Hiruzen was taught by harishima and tobirama, he produced the legendary sannin, known as both the professor and the god of shinobi, and he was the kage with longest peace period in konoha's history.Nobody else was strong enough to take over the kage position when minato died, and the most impressive thing is he did this without any overpowered KG.
Finally, The 68 years old man we saw had troubles making clones, and you are crying about seeing nothing from him, lol, i could understand if you saw a gaiden and then wasn't impressed with what he had to offer.
