Description: The user forms a circle with one of his hands, which will place the target in a Genjutsu where time will seem to slow down as the hand moves, to finally stop completely when the circle is complete. As time seems to become slower and slower, the target will gradually become unable to move his body, to finally become totally paralyzed as the circle becomes complete. As the target gets captured in the Genjutsu, the user will appear in front of the target and place his hand in front of the targets eyes, which will place him in another Genjutsu where the target feels the users presence behind him. As the target gets captured in the second Genjutsu, the user gathers chakra in two fingers and thrusts them into the targets eyes with great force.

Description: The user performs a simple hand gesture, which immediately places the target in a Genjutsu, where he will feel nothing but absolute terror, fear and dread. First, the target will see the users hand begin to glow ominously, after which, the users body will disappear into a complete darkness and only his two hands will remain visible. The users two hands will immediately seem to form a box with the thumb, index and middle finger of each hand and as soon as the box is complete a glowing red eye will appear in the middle of the box and quickly begin to multiply. The target will feel as if thousands of glowing red eyes are racing past him with high speed. The Genjutsu will manipulate the targets brain into ignoring any sense of survival-instinct, the only feelings the target will be able to feel is fear, paranoia, sadness and hopelessness. In reality, the user simply focuses chakra into his feet and earth chakra into his hands. The user will then disappears in a blur of speed; he quickly reappears behind the enemy and delivers a devastating dual palm thrust to his spine.

Description: The user focuses wind chakra into his hands or into a weapon, this will causes the wind chakra to extend itself from the chosen object and thereby increase its range. The extended wind chakra is invisible to the naked eye. As the user focuses wind chakra, he performs a simple gesture with his hand or holds eye contact with the target, either one of these will cause the opponent to be trapped in a Genjutsu. Inside the Genjutsu, the target will see the user disappear in a blur of speed and feel his presence behind him a moment later, the feeling of having the user behind him will be extremely realistic and include both the smell, the sense of danger, etc. The second the target becomes captured in the Genjutsu, the user will dash towards him with incredible speed and perform two incredibly fast slashes with his weapon or hands. The attack will happen so fast that the body will take a few seconds to register the fatal damage. This technique is based on Asuma Sarutobi’s Hien (Flying Swallow)

Description: Blaze is a large crow that is slighty smaller than Gamabunta, he has yellow feathers on his chest area which he was born with but it makes invulnerable to fire techniques from B-rank and below, he was taught the fire element up to the A-rank but for him to use techniques that require handseals the user must be on top of Blaze's head and makes the handseals required for the fire technique that blaze is going to use, just like any other giant crow , he can use his wings and concentrate chakra into them blasting wind techniques away , by doing so he can blast up to S-rank wind techniques and below away with his wings but it's counts as one of the three moves per turn
- Can stay on the field for 5 turns
- Can blast Wind techniques away only 3 times per battle
- Must have signed the Crows contract
- Can only be used by ~Crow~

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on the back of his hand and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary fire crow, the fire crow is the same size as Gamabunta,what makes him special than other crows is the manipulation of the fire affinity, from his birth he was training to master the fire element and becomes more accustomed to it, therefore he can use the fire element up to S-rank techniques without the use of handseals inorder to perform the fire techniques, he has thick feathers that makes him immune to fire techniques from A-rank and below,whenever this crow performs a fire technique it gets enhanced by +20 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the fire technique required, being trained in the fire element from birth and being greatly accustomed to it, has the ability to transform himself completely in fire making fire surrounds all of his body while his body itself is turned into pure fire in order to be used in attacks or defence as well as increasing any fire technique he uses by +40 additional damage points and can fly in the air with a speed equivalent to the second gate but after this ability is used once he vanishes from the battlefield.

(Shizen Kaminari no Kyōka) Natural Lightning Enhancment

Description: The user, after forming the handseals for a lightning release ninjutsu, will then add a final handseal (unique from the common 12) and raise their dominant hand to the sky. A bolt of natural lightning will come down from the heavens, landing in the user's palm, and increase the jutsu by one rank (changing the rank, chakra cost, and damage points accordingly). The jutsu is performed the moment the lightning strike reaches the user's hand.
Note: ~If used on an A-rank and up jutsu, the user cannot use A-rank and above lightning jutsu in the same and next turns

~Declined: I like the fact that it's theatrical and all, but how do you plan on surviving getting hit by lightning? There's a difference between natural lightning and the one created with chakra, it was stated when Itacha fought with Sasuke. Right now, you're just electrocuting yourself. Also, I'd never allow this jutsu since it could boost S-rank to Forbidden and Forbidden to something higher.~

With use of this jutsu user's brain gains the ability to process all 300 fps.
*Since jutsu requires extreme precision with lightning chakra user can't use any other lightning jutsus while this one is in effect

Description: It is said this sword was once wielded by one of the family members of the Rokuddu Sage that possessed a ability to control temperature.Being constantly infused with that sages chakra,the sword actually inherited the ability.It is also said that the sword still has a small part of the Sages will left in it, so whenever someone who is not the weilder touches it, he get instantly ignited.The current and only weilder of this sword currently is Mugen who has the same ability as the Sage in the tales.(My CE)
The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.So each turn,once, the user has the choice of almost instantly canceling any fire,water or earth jutsu by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.

(Izou Bure-dos) - Legacy Blades

Description: The legacy blades are twin swords that were forged together many years ago. This ancient blades were forged in Mount Myōboku in a sacred forge. These two swords were forged from the same piece of metal and were coated in the sacred oil of the toads. This oil was polished into the blades with a sacred method known only to the toads, then a the blades would under go another special forging methods. The oil was poloshed into the blades as they are ment for sage mode users. These blades have the power to draw in sage chakra which can then be absorbed by the user of the blades. This is slower than when the user draws in natural energy by themselves, about half the speed, but it's meant for when the user is unable to remain still.

The 2 blades each have special abilities.

The first one is called Raijin. This sword has a few abilities:
  • Reduces the handseals needed for lightning jutsu by 2
  • Increases the damage of lightning jutsu by +10
  • The user can focus lightnin chakra into the blade turning the blade to a lightning blade that is equal to an A rank. This counts as one of the users 2 jutsu per turn.
The second blade is called Hojin. This sword has a few abilities:
  • Reduces the handseals needed for fire jutsu by 2
  • Increases the damage of fire jutsu by +10
  • The user can focus their fire chakra into hojin and the blade will turn to fire at will. This counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn and the flame is as strong as A rank fire.
These blades can only be held by sage/hawk mode users due to them drawing in natural energy, and if anyone else holds/touches them they will begin to turn into a toad statue. This two blades can be joined at the handle to make a special bow like so:

The user will then create a chakra string between the 2 points of the blades to form a bow. This bow can fire C rank strenth arrows made of the users chakra. These arrows can be made of fire chakra, lightning chakra, or sage chakra. This arrows will travel at extreme speeds but each arrow is classed as one of the 3 jutsu per turn. This bow can also fire basic weapons like kunai.
These swords are always drawing in natural energy that is released into the user disrupting there chakra flow aslong as they are in contact with the swords.

(Kaen Rai inferuno) - Blazing lightning inferno

Description: The user will clap their hands together performing one handseals. As they do so, they will release a large amount of chakra around them that takes the form of lightning spinning around the user at intense speeds. As the lightning spins it gets faster and faster. This lightning releases great heat which the user will take control of this using their chakra. This will create a an orb all around the user of rotating fire and lightning using shape manipulation. The user will be in the middle of the orb, and due to the pressure of the rotation will remain there. Then the user will thrust his hands out to his sides releasing the full force of the fire and lighting in all directions blasting everything up to long range within the orb shape. As soon as the user has user this they will fall to the floor hurt from exhaustion.

Note: Useable once
Note: This counts as 2 out of the 3 jutsu you can use in a turn
Note: The user takes 40 damage from the heat and exhaustion
Note: No fire or lightning jutsu in the next turn

Description: The legacy blades are twin swords that were forged together many years ago. This ancient blades were forged in Mount Myōboku in a sacred forge. These two swords were forged from the same piece of metal and were coated in the sacred oil of the toads. This oil was polished into the blades with a sacred method known only to the toads, then a the blades would under go another special forging methods. The oil was poloshed into the blades as they are ment for sage mode users. These blades have the power to draw in sage chakra which can then be absorbed by the user of the blades. This is slower than when the user draws in natural energy by themselves, about half the speed, but it's meant for when the user is unable to remain still. These two swords are know as Raiken and HokenThese swords give +10 damage to fire or lightning attacks.

These blades can only be held by sage/hawk mode users due to them drawing in natural energy, and if anyone else holds/touches them they will begin to turn into a toad statue. This two blades can be joined at the handle to make a special bow like so:

The user will then create a chakra string between the 2 points of the blades to form a bow. This bow can fire C rank strenth arrows made of the users chakra. These arrows can be made of fire chakra, lightning chakra, or sage chakra. This arrows will travel at extreme speeds but each arrow is classed as one of the 3 jutsu per turn. This bow can also fire basic weapons like kunai.
These swords are always drawing in natural energy that is released into the user disrupting there chakra flow aslong as they are in contact with the swords.

This lightning releases great heat which the user will take control of this using their chakra. This will create a an orb all around the user of rotating fire and lightning using shape manipulation. The user will be in the middle of the orb, and due to the pressure of the rotation will remain there. Then the user will thrust his hands out to his sides releasing the full force of the fire and lighting in all directions blasting everything up to mid range within the orb shape. As soon as the user has user this they will fall to the floor hurt from exhaustion.

The second sword is Nill'yn and is blessed with the power of an ancient Wind Sage and can cut through any Wind technique and can be used to release any wind jutsu by the user through the blade.
Due to being wielded simultaneously very often the two swords are able to perform fire/wind combos.

-Can only be wielded by Professor Sarutobi.
-Can't cut through Forbidden rank Wind or Fire.
-Can't be used to release Forbidden rank Wind or Fire.
-Twice per battle (once each sword) the user can tap into the power of one sword and coat their body in the sage's ancient chakra to use it as barrier from that element making them immune to wind or Fire for the rest of that turn. (depending on which sword is used)
-Tapping into a sword counts as one of the user's 3 moves.
-The swords are carried on the user's waist until needed, can still be tapped into when on the waist.

Description: This sword is one of two swords and was named "seiryoku" Meaning "Might". The twin swords belonged to Lord Sendo and aided Lord Sendo through many battles in the great Condor war. Lord Sendo passed his swords down to the holder of the Condor contract to aid anyone who has signed the Condor contract in battle. This is but one of the twin swords. Lord Sendo being the condor of lightning, stored lightning chakra into this sword on a daily basis for years. The chakra was stored into the handle of the sword and the user can use a small portion of it to increase his or her lightning jutsu power by one rank.
The user will have to use some of their chakra to wield the sword and the sword recognizes different chakra types so that only the summoner can wield it. If someone else tries to wield this sword, they will be shocked with enough current to cause enough pain to drop the sword. Because of this, the sword can tell if the wielders chakra is disrupted and will send a shock to them which instantly breaks the genjutsu due to pain while allowing them to still wield the sword and not drop it since it's that quick.
It can recognize chakra of those who have signed the Condor contract tho.


So the abilities are:

- +1 Rank to all Raiton jutsu.
- Reduce handseals required for lightning jutsu by 2
- Break free of genjutsu instantly (Takes exactly 1 second)


Notes:

*User must give -10 chakra in the first turn they touch the sword in order to wield it.

Any jutsu that is aimed at the user that is lightning base will be attracted to the sword making this sword exactly like a lightning rod. With every bit of lightning that this sword absorbs, it can be fired back at the opponent. This sword can also help on the user's own Raiton techniques by adding the lightning it absorbs into the jutsu that is performed. While sword fighting, the lightning that has been absorbed can also be easily channeled through the blade making cutting and piercing and also making the slashes lightning fast, very easily.

It looks like a girrafe but have strips like that of zebra .well due to its long legs it travels first on the ground and has a natural affinity towards lightning and can use it up to B rank jutsu, and it can also be as a way of travelling in battels like sai uses his lions.

Description: After performing a series of five hand seals, the user will concentrate all of his/her doton chakra and slam their hands onto the ground. By doing so the Straw Hat Pirates’ full size ship the “Going Merry” will be created made completely of earth from the ground itself. As long as the user is aboard the ship his/her earth style techniques will require three less hand seals to perform. The ship itself is able to float in water sources(The ship will not turn into mud unless it is on that water source for longer than two turns) and mud itself (for ex. Swamp of the underworld). Depending on the elemental advantages the ship can block B-Rank and below techniques but the part that was hit will crumble afterward. If any attacks are coming from above, the user can walk inside the “meeting room” of the ship for cover. The unique ability of the ship is that it can shoot A-Ranked cannon balls made of earth from the ships main cannon in the front. The ship has a stock of five cannon balls. Every cannon ball has multiple explosive tags attached to them that can be detonated with the use of a single hand seal.

Description: The user will make a single hand sign causing several brown Kanji signs to appear over his whole body which then begins to glow with a brownish aura. As the Kanjis appear they will begin to draw in natural chakra from the earth, causing the user to enter a state called Ancient Earth Mode, which makes him able to ultlize a stronger form for earth release, it's more hardened and faster than ever. Only the most high ranked and skilled Earth users have been able to get acces to this state.

Ability which the user gains:
-The users durability, stamina, strenght and speed inceases drastically.
-The user gains mastery over the Earth Element which makes him able to mold/use earth techniques without the need of hand signs.
-The users Earth techniques will get boosted by +25 and +10 Taijutsu.
-The user will be able to sense anything which contains chakra, that touches the ground.
Drawbacks:
-The Kanjis on the users body will remain glowing brownish for five turns after entering the mode, when the five turns end, the kanjis will loose their glow and the user will return to normal.
-The user cannot use any elemental ninjutsu execpt for for earth release, mainly because of the high amount of earth chakra within his body. Though non-elemental ninjutsu may still be taken in use in this mode.
-When the five turns end and the Kanjis loose their glow the user will return to normal with a heavily strain on their body and heavy breathing which leaves him pretty much open for attacks(The strain will be equaling to 20 damage on the user.)
-The user aswell will only be capable of using two jutsus per turn for 3 turns after he exits this mode.

Description: The user will make a single hand sign causing several brown Kanji signs to appear over his whole body which then begins to glow with a brownish aura. As the Kanjis appear they will begin to draw in natural chakra from the earth, causing the user to enter a state called Ancient Earth Mode, which makes him able to ultlize a stronger form for earth release, it's more hardened and faster than ever. Only the most high ranked and skilled Earth users have been able to get acces to this state.

Ability which the user gains:
-The users durability, stamina, strenght and speed inceases drastically.
-The user gains mastery over the Earth Element which makes him capable of performing jutsus without the need of hand signs.
-The users Earth techniques will get boosted by +15 and +10 Taijutsu.
-The user will be able to sense anything which contains chakra, that touches the ground.
Drawbacks:
-The Kanjis on the users body will remain glowing brownish for five turns after entering the mode, when the five turns end (too long), the kanjis will loose their glow and the user will return to normal.
-The user cannot use any elemental ninjutsu execpt for for earth release, mainly because of the high amount of earth chakra within his body. Though non-elemental ninjutsu may still be taken in use in this mode.
-When the five turns end and the Kanjis loose their glow the user will return to normal with a heavily strain on their body and heavy breathing which leaves him pretty much open for attacks(The strain will be equaling to 20 damage on the user.)

(I Hope changing the boosts did it more acceptable. .-.)

Whilist the dust gets spread up into the air, several (5) barely seeable balls gets shot through the dust and hits the opponent with penetrating damage.
-The balls can be easily detected by a Dōjutsu user
-Can only be used 4 times per match

Description: The user will forcibly clap his palms together and spits out a great volume of soft earth/dirt from their mouth, which would be enough the field up a ocean. This will create waves of soft earth which will crush any person who stands underneath the wave with it's weight, the user will be capable of riding any of these waves if he wishes. This technique is similiar to Kisame's Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave.

~Declined: Spitting enough dirt to fill an ocean? The Pacific Ocean is 714 410 cubic kilometer of water. I think it's safe to say your jutsu is a bit unrealistic~

From the description of your jutsu, it could be classified as Forbidden. Hence, you need to specify how you protect yourself from the fire. Layer of chakra maybe...~

Mori isnt wearing a white coat, he thinks that it doesnt fit him. Mori is very patient and he almost never argues.
Note: Must have signed the White Lion summonig contract.

Description:The Blade was created when Daiki started his Fuuton training, Favouring the element he created a sword that could boost his wind attacks him.The sword itself is very long,the Hilt reaches his head and the blade runs down his back to his legs although its not large in width.The sword has a few abilities requireing alot of chakra to perform.It is made of the strongest Metals found by Daiki making the sword Hardy. It can be used in offencive or defencive manorisms as with most other weapons. The sword is beholds a special ability allowing it to creating a Slicing Cresent Moon wind attack which is able to slice through B-rank Rock And A-rank lightning.The Cresent moon attack can slice through normal water although does not have a big enough surface area to affect large area of effect water jutsus.It has powerful affects on lightning being able to destroy even high ranking attacks and as elements go would have no advantage against fire due to the wind feeding to fire This may only be used 5 time in battle.Due to the sword being infused with pure Fuuton, it gives other Fuuton +10 damage and reduces the handseals needed for Fuuton jutsu by 1.
~The sword decreases the amount of handseals needed for a Fuuton jutsu by 2
