New Hokage Needed. ( spoilers )

Shikaku, Shizune, Yamato or Anko (if they live), Ibiki or that purpe hair Kunoichi from ANBU
Shikamaru is way to young to be a Hokage
he wouldnt be made Hokage before he was at least 30 if not more, only extremely powerful ninjas could be younger (like Minaot or Hiruzen I asume, even Hiruzen was only because Tobirama died)

I think Tsunade sucks as a Hokage anyway so I would be happy if she was booted from the position. In this case I think the position should go to Yamato or Guy.Picture this... The 4th Great Ninja War is over.
During the battle Tsunade has fallen, and the Leaf is in need of a new Hokage.
Naruto has said he is not ready to be Hokage, after seeing the war, so he turns it down.
During the battle, Kakashi has also fallen.
( I'm only saying this to rule Kakashi out of the available choices. This is because nearly everyone, myself included, would pick Kakashi as the next Hokage, and I want to see some variety in this thread. )
Let me know who you think would make a good choice for a new Hokage and why...

Shikamaru would be an awesome choice.

Ah, that's my bad. Thanks for the catch. It looks like most people have agreed that Shikaku would make the best Hokage if Kakashi dies and Naruto declines.

i think yamato would be a great hokage with hid wood release and the ability to control the tail beast is like getting the 1st hokage all over again
Except for Kakashi and Naruto obviously, I think Gai, Shikaku or Yamato would become Hokage. It has been proven that you don't need to be OP to become Hokage, any of these qualifies if you ask me. But then again, one of the elders would probably be nominated as well.
If I had to choose between the three, I would say Shikaku first (Kakashi himself said he could have become Hokage instead of him when Kakashi was right about to become the new Hokage), then Gai and Yamato as third choice (All of this depends of the outcome of the war and how they are holding up then. For all we know, Yamato and Gai might be dead by then:-/).
As a final choice if all else fails, Edo Tensei Itachi could probably do it, but have no idea on how it would be like, if it would work and how things will turn out with him now (I have a feeling he won't be resurrected for good and live on his life again, but who knows the mind of Kishimoto).

Me! After the other villages crushed Madara, i take my hidden army and overwhelm them. Afterwards whole Ninja World is mine! And then I'm gonna use Kabuto as my secretary, of course i have to pay him with sasu-gays eyes, no prob. And ill put Naruto in a cage for the circus or tell him sasuke is still alive and let him do cruel missions to "save him" 
Everyone from Konoha 13 except team 7 cant become the Hokage because they are too young, Minato was the youngest Hokage and none of them can even begin to compare to him, a young Hokage is a special case only ppl like Minato, Hiruzen or Itachi fit it
