There maybe only 3 original members + 1 dodgy associate all that is remnant of the infamous Akatsuki (not to mention 100:000 zetsus) but they still have Sasuke to deal with. I have a feeling we are heading towards the Mother of all Ninja mash ups.

Man good points, Madara and Kabuto have understimated each other. Hopefully kabuto don't become a proof that somebody without sharingan can't kill a Uchiha, i dont want to see Orochimaru story again...

My prediction for chapter 513.
Chapter 513: Slave of Duty
Kabuto prepares to head after Naruto and Killer Bee.
Madara: Bring them back alive.
Kabuto: But of course. If both of us are lucky, I might get to kill some Kage on the way. If not, you can at least expect to have the Eight and Nine-Tails in your hands by the time I'm back; that's when we'll see each other, Madara.
The clay bird on which Kabuto and Deidara are standing on disappears out of sight.
Zetsu: We shouldn't have let him go. I don't like his motives - he's planning something against us, Tobi.
Madara: I'm aware. But his decision to go after the final two hosts is an advantage to us whether he succeeds or fails. If he comes back with Naruto and Killer Bee, the last two pieces to the puzzle will fall into place...if he fails, he'll have to shoulder that burden of falling short.
Madara: Not to mention, it'll keep him preoccupied from Sasuke for a while. Speaking of which, let's see how his new eyes are suiting him.
Madara teleports to the area Sasuke is located, and his presence is immediately sensed with Sasuke's new eyes.
Sasuke: What do you want?
Madara: Heading to Konoha?
Sasuke: I've had enough of waiting; you nor any of those Senju dogs will stop me.
Sasuke turns around, and his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is revealed.
Madara (in thought): If you knew the path your brother has chosen to go down, what would you say now, Itachi?
The scene switches to the Shinobi Alliance headquarters.
Raikage: So that's your idea, is it, Hokage? I suppose we can allow it. Kazekage! Make sure to do as the Slug Princess says, and go with him!
Gaara: Understood.
The scene switches to Kabuto and Deidara, who are flying in the air atop a clay bird.
Kabuto: That must be the island. Time to go stir up some trouble.
The clay bird descends down in the general direction of the island.
The scene switches to the island. Naruto has a contemplative look on his face.
Yamato: Something the matter, Naruto?
Naruto: No. I just feel a bit...uneasy.
Yamato: Well, you should. Anyone in your situation would; let's just focus on getting out of here for now.
Naruto remains silent.
The scene switches back to Akatsuki's base. Madara is underground once more, farther down than last time, and he is gazing upon something that is not immediately seen.
Madara: The Shinobi Alliance doesn't stand a chance. Your powers are what helped me create this second army.
Madara is talking to a figure chained to the wall. His face is not visible, as his head appears to indicate he is sleeping.
We see 100,000 dark Zetsu clones, each standing side by side.
Madara: This is the beginning of it all.

Good spot! Hashirama's right eye seemed to be missing. Which is weird because Madara's right eye is the sharingan, I wonder where it is.
The other's are all good observations as well but the first one caught my eye, I'm sure the other points are valid as well.

Zetsu can steal and absorb chakra from enemies, even the enemies wont know their chakra is being stolen. Plus he can turn into other shinobi and use their abilities. So it's a good choice.

Yea zetsu is going to be a tuff fight for whoever lol. Personally I would like to see sasuke's EMS but i'll settle for deidara vs gaara rd.2 or kabuto vs 8tails & naruto. Everybody is going to end up fighting when kabuto does Edo Tensin.

Yeah, it could be either or neither of our predictions, there are just too much possibilities for things to fall in place
I've only got one minor correction - Madara will give a Zetsu to Kabuto if he brings him the Kyuubi

maybe kabuto wont even fight naruto and be ... as we know he works against madara, since he " allowed " konoah ninjas to track him and madara
maybe he will try to bring naruto and be to the hideout so they can defeat madara, zetsu and sasuke. in that case they could defeat madara ,,, maybe ,,,

Of all the Akatsuki members Oro was the most cunning, Kabuto knowing all the info about Madara and then Madara saying that "Orochimaru that bastard was sniffing around" shows that even when when he was in Akatsuki Oro looked to find about Akatsuki and its true purpose rather than the rest of the guys. Man I want to see Oro come back most probably if it happens it will happen when Kabuto is in a losing battle and Oro's cell take control of Kabuto's body and then he will rise again but highly unlikely.

Thank you! I was wondering why only the white Zetsu clones were featured, when "Zetsu" as we know it, has two parts to him. That made me think the dark part of him is somewhere out there. And if Madara used a clone of Hashirama Senju to create the white Zetsu legion, then he used somebody else as a guinea pig to create the dark Zetsu army. Who it is, though, is a mystery, if it even exists.
