What are the three white dots on the Black Zetsu forehead? If you see him in the latest chapter you can see it quite clearly

I see what you are saying, i think there is even one on his chin, which would make it four. I believe it may have something to do with what allows him to combine and separate with the white half. Or maybe not, just a thought.
