The element is based on: Water + Fire + Yin + Fuinjutsu
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In order to prove the existence of Lust Release is rather simplistic. Due to Lust Release taking the form of a vapor, it’s been in multiple instances that chakra-based vapor exists. The first was first seen in Water Style: Hidden Mist Jutsu, which allows the user to produce water vapor that is thick in density to obscure the vision of others. In another instance is with the Boil Release Kekkai Genkai owned by Mei and Han, which in the case of the former can create corrosive vapor from her body. In Han’s case, it creates superheated steam that burned on contact to those who touched it. This proves that vapor in the Narutoverse is capable of having unique characteristics to them.

In the case of Yin Release, it can be seen with “Yin Release: Change Into Heaven” that one can embed a technique with any sort of reasonable characteristic, only limited by one’s imagination. Next is “Yin Release: Hungry Ghost” which demonstrates the creation of spiritual parasites capable of absorbing chakra but also the degeneration of opponent’s spiritual nature. Last but not least, with the “Yin Release: Hands of Sloth” provides evidence that yin release can inflict those affected by it with certain conditions based on abstract concepts such as the nature of sloth onto the opponent. While last but not least, the fuinjutsu barriers and the likes having the ability to pinpoint the location of foreign chakra – allowing one to sense.

It should be noted too that one's chakra is capable of leaving, for the lack of a better word, imprints of an individual. It's common throughout the manga and anime that those who are of sensory type can sense individual things such as the negative and positive nature of one's chakra, as shown with Karin sensing how "dark and cold" Saskue's chakra is. Another instance is when Tobirama was ressurected with Edo Tensei, he was shown to know one's clan heritage simply by their chakra. It's not farfetched to say one isn't capable to identify a person's biological gender via one's chakra as well.

How it works:

Lust Release is a combination of Fire, Water, Yin and with the application of barrier ninjutsu all mixed into one. Upon mixing those components together; one is capable of producing a normally
(though can be any shades of red, pink or even purple). This vapor is unique in that while at first glance might appear simply as vapor but is actually comprised of thousands of microscopic spiritual parasites – acting in unison similar to a hive mind. These parasites flow and move similar to the vapor seen in Mei’s Boil Release but of course differs in their own way, this namely due to the inclusion of Yin Release. This plays a huge part in the mix, as these parasites are created with the “Sin of Lust” applied to them all. In other words, the Sin of Lust in this element grants an inherent desire to seek out the opposite gender in chakra, becoming inherently "attracted" to it. This can be summed up to being similar to how magnetic work, with the south pole being immediately pulled/attrached to the north pole of another magnet etc.

In other words, in terms of chakra – the vapor is attracted to foreign chakra sources, immediately locking onto it via the sensory barrier produced around them which is then amplified by yin release’s own chakra detecting nature. However once making contact with said chakra source, the Sin of Lust takes its course, that upon contact with said chakra will essentially analyze the imprint within it. The imprint it seeks is the “gender” of the opposing chakra. The way this is established is rather simple, should the opposing opponent be born male, their chakra is then registered as male and vice versa for females. This also works based on the user’s own chakra too – establishing the element’s “gender” via their own. In terms of interaction however, the user’s chakra when interacting with the opposite “gender” will be more attracted; causing more devasting effects as opposed to interacting with chakra of the same gender. This can range in various different ways such as the vapor absorbing more chakra on contact with the opposite as opposed to the same gender etc. These effects are to be outlined when submitting techniques but in general are normally spiritually degrading or effects such as restraining of one’s chakra due to the parasites within absorbing immense amount of chakra etc though can also inflict physical effects as well such as petrifying the opposite gender. The user however can also use the vapor for more positive purposes as well, such as using the vapor to absorb foreign chakra from allies to break them from illusions etc as well.

Lust Release Vapor however can also be controlled to behave like a traditional element as well, such as forming solid constructs of the element capable of piercing or even dealing blunt damage etc. This is of course attributed to one’s use of Yin Release as well, allowing the spiritual parasitic vapor to easily interact with opposing techniques. The imprint reading of one’s chakra is naturally inherent to the element occurring passively upon the vapor touching foreign chakra or direct contact with the opponent, immediately applying it’s unique detection ability. The element can be formed directly from the user’s body (by excreting it or exhaling it out), through the moisture in the air or even water sources nearby. Being in short range of the element also allows one to smell its scent, giving off a perfumed scent (which can be any sort of fragrance, this simply being a cosmetic feature).

In the case of foreign chakra that’s imprint cant be detected (i.e against Bijuu chakra, raw sage energy or even techniques from animals) the user can pick which effect is applied (the amped up version of “gender” opposites or the weaker variant of having same gender).

Declined, DNR. First off, you're confusing biological *** and gender. Gender isn't biological, it is identity. *** is what you're born with. Second, assuming this all worked it just adds so many unnecessary complexities to chakra that we don't need in the RP. Third, from your example techniques I see you have no intent on actually thematically making this element work as it should in a world where it actually worked. You'd think if there is a same-gender clash that the technique would just outright fail since the entire element is based on opposites. Instead you just fall back into a neutral clash that really doesn't limit or punish you.

I do appreciate the attempt to be creative. But not all gambles succeed, and this one sorta fell on its face. Though I'm not sure which bathroom it would have fallen in.

The vapor is naturally attracted to foreign chakra sources, immediately locking onto it via the miniature sensory barriers produced around the element, which is then amplified by yin release’s own chakra detecting nature. However once making contact with said chakra source, the parasites takes its course, immediately consuming it. This consumption causes the vapor to naturally latch onto the source of chakra, in which it immediately creates a spiritual tether between the victim and the vapor. Once established, the vapor will naturally cause debilitating spiritual effects; ranging from spiritual restraining, illusions, and much more (to be outlined in custom element technique). However the vapor will then constantly seek out the host of this chakra source as well, akin to a heat seeking missile while the tether is created. Another unique aspect of the element also comes into play; in which with utilizing the yin chakra used in the element, it causes techniques that come into contact with it to forcefully be turned, immediately breaking down into the same vapor and essentially joining the hive mind. This affect only works on techniques with chakra lower than it, winning the clash regardless of damage. Techniques that are of higher chakra amount will simply win the clash between techniques; while also techniques that carry chakra cannot be used to create the spiritual tether as well, with the tethering only working on techniques of lower chakra. Techniques of equal amounts simply cause the technique to disperse into harmless vapor that cannot be further manipulated.

Declined: So reading over this a couple of times. This reads like a boil release technique that has Yin infusion. Or just a Mist based water technique infused with Yin. Nothing about this makes it it's own unique element as a lot of the effects can be straight up replicated by another Yin user. (This should be evident to you because this element borrows a lot of concepts you and some others already have as Yin CJ .) You essentially created a vapor that allows you to do things that you can do with just Yin release using just water vapor as a vector. It also seems that you didn't complete writing the CE as a whole (check the colored bolded section). Lastly, I am having trouble finding the Fuuinjutsu aspect of this CE because the chakra detection can't possibly be it. Ultimately, this seems like a lot of loose concepts thrown together. - Daemon

The element is based on:
Fire Release + Water Release + Lightning Release + Medical Chakra

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Epidotes Rirīsu, otherwise known as Purification Release, is an element composed of the Fire, Water, and Lightning Release natures working in tandem with the user's Medical chakra skills. Its elemental components are all related to purity in one fashion or the other, enabling its combination with Medical Chakra skills to achieve an element that carries both purifying and healing qualities appearing in the form of an energy element of a turquoise color. This can be compared to that of the Medical Mode being utilized with elemental natures to achieve a weaponized energy that can purify in both harmful and harmless manners.

How it works:
Epidotes is an element achieved by the simultaneous combination of the Fire, Water, and Lightning elemental natures alongside Medicinal chakra, wherein the purifying qualities of the elements are refined through medical chakra, allowing it to function both in destructive and healing capacities up to the user's discretion. The element can be produced from the user's body, channeled through the terrain, or even be made to materialize through the air. Its air/remote application can be performed through manipulating pre-existing sources or water, fire, or lightning, wherein the user can purify the elements and change their composition to that of Epidotes Release.

Epidotes' main characteristic of purifying can be applied in both combat and non-combat fashions, allowing the user's to be able to both purify hostile entities in a harmful manner wherein the combat capabilities of its Fire and Lightning elements are fully displayed, while also utilizing the healing and tranquil qualities of Water and Medical chakra to harmlessly aid the user. This is not be confused with each component working alone, but rather in tandem and in most cases interchanging depending on the technique used and functions desired. This is attributed to Fire & Lightning themselves being used to heal, melt, close cuts, or evaporate substances in order to heal, while Water & Medical chakra can be used to achieve deliberating effects such as those displayed in the Medical Ninjutsu: Strong Beam technique and various water natured attacks such as the Mist Rain and Grudge Rain techniques.

When interacting against individuals and being with chakra, Epidotes can have one of two main effects, with the first being the harmless purification that can be used to heal and aid those individuals in battle, with the sensation being described as an energizing one. These effects can range from simple healing to sapping away harmful chakra similar to a variety of medical and elemental techniques. The other manner is utilizing the element's harmful capabilities wherein the afflicted targets would feel an intense burning and shocking effect coursing through their body as they get hit. In regards to clashes against elements, Epidotes' qualities are fully in the display, specifically against composite attacks. The element's properties would allow it to purify and destabilize elements at their core, removing their bonds and weakening them as a result. This is particularly effective against combination attacks that aren't an element of their own for instance, such as a wind and fire combo attack, or even techniques that manipulate existing terrain to accomplish amalgamated structures. As for elements themselves, Epidotes purifying qualities allow it to be superior in interactions with energy-based elements barring wind release itself, as Wind on its own typically is just that, whereas fire and lightning are composed of multiple inner components that can be separated through Epidotes giving it it's superiority in clashes. Earth itself is naturally composed of a multitude of substances, making it the easiest element to purify, whereas Water itself is harder to purify despite its composite nature due to the water typically requiring high temperature and vaporization to be purified.

Declined, this is a DNR for a few reason, the most notable being this is almost a copy of a scaled down Yang; starting with the Proof section, this doesn't actually prove anything and is full of things that you yourself created as your proof. Neither Fire nor Lightning have "purifying" properties or qualities. In fact, the only Fire that does have this is the unique ability of a CC, which by defaults borders on a Custom Rip. Even if we ignore this, you never even provide the proof of how this works. What does Purify and purity even mean in the context of this CE? Because using it interchangeably for healing makes little sense and even Medical Mode doesn't mention this anywhere. The How it Works section is just as wrong and is where the larger issues come into play. The entire first paragraph makes little sense and does little to actually explain how it works, given the issues with the use of "purify" as pointed out above. So far, it reads as just "This is an element of fire and lightning that creates energy the user manipulates"

This is where it falls apart now; the second and third paragraph attempts to describe this energy and what purifying means when in use but fails completely at this. It's description is, simplified into "This is an energy that is both superheated and causes shocks and burns on contact with enemies while being used to heal and aid allies while combatting elements regularly." This is almost exactly the general description of Yang Release without the boosted effects and life granting properties, though it can be argued even that is present on a scaled down level given the Med influence used to heal and rejuvenate allies. In short, you've created Great Value Yang Release who's only notable difference is it's much less versatile. The concept of an element that heals is not restricted to just Yang and can be accomplished by anyone as long as it is truly unique enough to stand on it's own. This is not.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Elemental techniques can be imbued with different additional properties and one we have seen is to use water to carry medial chakra to heal internal injuries in the body. On top of this, additionally the Water Mosquito technique works along the same property.
Further evidence is provided by the fact that advanced ninjutsu such as fuuinjutsu can create different properties or use elements as their medium for their ninjutsu. Wind has shown to carry different kinds of properties depending on how its shaped, whether its physically blunt, or sharp and slicing. The gaseous nature of wind gives it this advantage, and using chakra, it can be changed and altered to suit different properties.

How it works:
By using chakra as the medium, the user creates medical chakra, dependant on what the technique is. (eg healing or destructive). After this, the user manipulates the shape similar to Wind release, using the same shape manipulation to wind, to create an identical shape and motion to wind, whether its something like a breeze, a fog, a tornado etc. As this is technically a manipulation of medical chakra, in the shape of wind, this element becomes neutral to elements, as it is shaped and advanced chakra, however has the same weakness to canon Dark release.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Elemental techniques can be imbued with different additional properties and one we have seen is to use water to carry medial chakra to heal internal injuries in the body. On top of this, additionally the Water Mosquito technique works along the same property.
Further evidence is provided by the fact that advanced ninjutsu such as fuuinjutsu can create different properties or use elements as their medium for their ninjutsu. Wind has shown to carry different kinds of properties depending on how its shaped, whether its physically blunt, or sharp and slicing. The gaseous nature of wind gives it this advantage, and using chakra, it can be changed and altered to suit different properties. When Wind chakra is mixed with Water, it can create a mist like element, giving a more versatile and unique element that can additionally be manipulated into a liquid like state.

How it works:
By first manipulating the users chakra into medical chakra, (whether aggressive destructive chakra or healing medical chakra) the user then manipulates the chakra to be combined with the two elements of Wind and Water. This then uses the properties of both elements to allow the chakra nature to be flexible in its shape, being able to exist in a gaseous and a liquid form, in the usage of a mist.
When Jade Wind is created, medical chakra uses both wind nature and water nature to create a new element which is a mist that is capable of either healing or causing injury based on the type of medical chakra used to create the base of the element. Naturally, this new element causes injury not by burning or by blunt damage, but by specifically killing cells by removing their chakra. The mist works on two levels, first because its a physical gas like substance, it can fit and form into any shape allowing the element to move through pores of a body and to affect on a cellular level. Secondly, because of its form it also affects cells via osmosis, the ability to diffuse through cell walls. Alternatively, the healing side of this element heals the user by using the medical chakra side to repair cellular damage, while using the nature of the elements to move through cells into the smallest gaps.
Jade Wind is a chakra based element that works on a neutral reaction to other elements, causing it to not interact specifically with any strength or weakness to the other elements.

Declined, this still has some of the same problems present in previous checks with more issues due to the newly added parts. Thouggh you've now tried to create a Wind CE out of this, it's still not approvable; this 100% is not going to be able to "move through pores of a body and to affect on a cellular level." No CE has any chance of stating that you can enter someone's pores and effect them on such a level, even if it's the intent of the Medjutsu. No canon Medjutsu operate on such a level that the mere use of it can enter the skin of an opponent and effect them on such a level. Even the justification of it being a mist doesn't allow this to happen as neither Wind, Water or canon/custom Mist based techniques grant it this ability. Because this is a mist, how does it not have any strength or weaknesses? There is nothing actually here to suggest that it would be neutral to anything; it's a Wind based element who's only unique properties are that it can heal the user. Nothing about that suggests it wouldn't be capable of being neutral to anything. This is typically reserved for elements that have more logical reasonings behind them. The strength against biological beings also makes little sense as it implies Medical abilities are augmented when interacting with people and they aren't. This as it stands is a Mist that can heal, which can basically be done with Water Med customs already.

Custom element English name: Firmament Release

The element is based on: Yin + Water

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): This element is based on Yin’s ability to change the properties of the elements, as described in the (Inton: Ten ni henkō) - Yin Release: Change into Heaven and the Black Receivers, the black rods utilized by Rinnegan users, in both color and physicality. This is thus the inversion of some Water’s properties: It is solid when water is fluid, it is devoid of life when water is the giver of live, and it is impenetrable, when most things can be soluble in water.

Firmament is said to be the barrier that separates the water above from the waters bellow.

How it works: This element can be considered the anti-water, though, as a custom element, the user is capable of modulating this at will. It appears as a deeply black water, though incredibly solid to the touch. It is impenetrable and inflexible against exterior objects, but fluid and flexible like water through the user’s manipulation. This makes Firmament one of the greatest physical defence in its shape, while the heavily Yin infused element becomes the best spiritual defence. What this means is that, no Physical object nor Yin-Based/Chakra entity can penetrate it. Firmament becomes thus a near-perfect barrier against most elements, and spiritual-based techniques. It can't be cut, pierced, moved, phased, poisoned, corroded, decayed, corrupted or absorbed.

It is, though, an amazing vessel, as the user is capable of dissolving substances within the Firmament’s liquid body, to later unleash them, or infuse it with chakra, to later infect or transmit upon contact with the element, like Genjutsu or other Spiritual energies, in a similar manner as the Black Receivers. This is because Firmament is created with the user's chakra, and is fully controlled by him. It becomes both a perfect barrier and a perfect conductor of the user's techniques, potentially being used to chanel Genjutsu, Chakra Absorption techniques, Yin techniques and similar, or be used to carry poison and other harmful substances for offense or supplementary uses.

The downside of Firmament, though, is when it deals with high imputs of energy. Without any physicality to opose, Firmament will be unable to handle physical Energy. It will not conduct electricity, heat or radiation, but the energy output of those elements will break the Yin essence of Firmament, and essencially melt it down to a fluid. It could, for example, block an earth projectile, but melt around a fireball. It can constrict a body of water, but lose it's form against a bolt of lightning. It can block passive radiation, but a high imput of it will heat and melt it down. Pure energy outputs will break the element, so Firmament can't be used as a vessel to contain energies.

When it comes to Fire and Lightening and elements that utilize their properties to output energy, Firmament will be weaker. When it comes to Earth, Wind and Water and elements that utilize their properties, or Chakra, Yin and Spiritual techniques, Firmament will block them and be stronger. When it comes to elements that combine both physical elements and energy output elements, they can be either weak or neutral to Firmament.

Is weak to: High Energy Output Elements – As explained, they will essentialy melt the element. This include pure Fire and Lightning or Radiation elements. While it can block passive Radation, being hit by concentrated pure radiation will melt the element. Elements that combine these natures and make use of their energy output properties will be stronger than the Firmament if in energy form (Heat, Radiation, Plasma, etc ) and will be neutral if they have a high physical property ( Magma, Lava, etc ). Amateratsu is considered an advanced form of fire in it's properties, and so it is considered stronger than Firmament, despite being a spiritual/Yin based technique, and any technique of the sort will be the same, like the Yin infused Black Chidori.

Is strong against: Physical Elements – Solid Earth Elements ( Crystals, Metals, Soil, etc ), liquid and vaporized Water elements ( Pure Water, Perfume, etc ), and physical or semi-intangible Wind elements or focused on Cold ( Ice, Atmospheric Pressure, Empyrean Wind, Divine Wind, Heaven's Earth ) will be unable to push, cut, or otherwise overpower the Firmament's hardness and solidity. It is strong against Biological Elements (Wood, Mushroom, Plants,etc), or elements with properties of Corrusion or Decay ( Acid, Poison, Decay, etc ).

Spiritual Elements - Genjutsu, Yin-Yang Techniques, Chakra Transformation/Molded techniques and otherwise intangible techniques without a high energy output are also weaker than the Firmament, with the exeption of the specific techniques mentioned above, clashing with the deep Yin nature of the Firmament and failing to phase through it as they would other physical objects with their inherent intangibility.

Declined: You have to give a reason as to why the elements that you put in allow for the properties you wanna give to it. Solid Water(which can be done without Yin) itself is fine but why can't this be absorbed, moved etc? Nothing about your element really backs these things up its kind of just thrown in there. You barely give a reason or logic as to why spiritual techniques cannot penetrate it- Daemon

Neptunian Water is the equivalent of Superionic Water, in RL, which is a theoretical state of water that is believed to existed in the core of large gas planets like Uranus and Neptune, as those have the necessary pressure and temperature conditions. At extreme levels of pressure, and thus, heat, water breaks down into hidrogen and oxygen ions, and as the pressure increases, the oxygen ions start forming a solid lattice, while the hydrogen ions flow freely around it, giving water properties of both a fluid and a solid.​
Neptunian Water is based on the canon aspect of the village hidden in Waterfall's water technique, Water Slicing Blade, where water is compressed to such an extent that it becomes sharp and almost crystaline in structure in combination with pressuring chakra, a concept explored in the Earth element through Earth Spear, manipulating earthen materials’ density and weight, while Neptunian Water gives such properties to water’s molecules. I believe that both through the concept of its creation and the properties exhibited (Density, Mater State) there is a clear difference between Basic Water techniques and Neptunian Water, which would separate it from Basic Element to Advanced Element.​
How it works:
Neptunian Chakra is created by continuously increasing the density of water past it’s solid point, while enveloping it in layer upon layer of chakra, to re-create the planetary forces required to make this element. Through this process, the user will produce Neptunian Water surrounded by a thick layer of Neptunian Water Chakra, giving this element the aspect of great geometric constructs with a slightly opaque hue, and a bright cyan core (personalized to the user), which is Neptunian Water itself, similar to the appearance of Dust Release constructs, though the thickness of the chakra layer that coats the Neptunian water can vary, and so can the flexibility and range of shapes that the element can produce, fitting it’s fluid-solid state.​
Neptunian water exists in excess pressures of 0,5 MBars, and stabilizes at around 1Mbar, a highly dense, thick and strong fluid-solid like material. Through specific techniques, the user is capable of producing higher or lower pressures. Neptunian water has a face-centered cuboid crystal structure and is believed to be harder than steel, as well as glow cyan (personalized in the rp to any cosmetic preference by the user, barring “transparent” and other “colors” that would mess with the obvious visual detection of this element). This allows it to have a powerful ability to withstand physical impacts/manipulation and to cut or punch through solid elements. The density and amount of water mass squeezed into Neptunian Water constructs allows it to efficiently combat Gravity manipulations by overpowering it with greater mass than it can repel or attract, increasing this defensive property according to normal S&W rules and obviously the strength of the chakra/rank input. This does not mean that a Neptunian Water construct can manipulate gravity or matter in that sense, it’s density only allows it to overpower gravity’s pull and manipulation, allowing the Neptunian Water construct or those coated and protected by it to remain in place against a Gravity manipulation. This prevents overpowering the technique, as in, moving forward/backward while protecting from Gravity manipulation, but allows for the damage to be nullified when pinnacle techniques such as Full Shinra Tensei are used, as long as the rank is equal.​
While the chakra layer reproduces the necessary conditions for Neptunian Water to exists within the context of a battle, as in, under Earth's atmospheric pressure, once the layer is released, Neptunian Water will violently expand in an explosive burst of energy and mater. This explosion can be used as an instant complete output of damage, and is greater the higher the technique. This serves as one of Neptunian water greatest weaknesses, as the extreme physicality of its defence can be countered by chakra-corroding elements, such as Fire Release ( through the consumption/burning of the chakra layers, not heat ) or the intangibility and sharpness of Wind Release.​

Wind - Wind's semi-tangible sharpness will counteract Neptunian water's hardness and density, and is thus capable of slicing through it and breaching the compressive layer of chakra surrounding the element to explode it prematurely and break it’s stability. This extends to Sharpness based Elements that have an intangible aspect to it.​
Fire - At this state, Neptunian Water completely inverts Water's S&W. Fire will consume the protective chakra coating of Neptunian Water, causing the element to de-stabilize and exploding it prematurely. This extends to elements that have a consumption through flame as their main properties, rather than elements that elements that are merely hot, or elements with a Corrosive property, like Acid/Alkali Release.​
Is strong against:
Earth & Water - Through a combination of it's hardness and density, Neptunian Water constructs are capable of withstanding, pushing through and cutting through most Earth and Earth-based elements and Water and Water-based elements and its explosion will behave likewise. This extends to most physical elements such as Crystals, Metals, Molten Earth/Metal, Liquids, Poison, Toxins, Organic Elements, Vitality etc. With the exception of Acid and Corrosive Elements.​
Lightning & Energy - Neptunian Water is highly conductive, capable of absorbing lightning and electricity at a much greater extent than Basic Water. It is able to absorb Radiation and other microscopic properties such as Heat, Void, Fission, Entropy, Decay and Gravity, as it’s extreme squeezed mass allows it to combat it efficiently.​

The element is based on:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Vantablack is a very exotic type of color, and the closest proof to the existence that could provide probability to this element would be the cannon Ink release. There are also custom versions such as color release to support the probability means of Vantablack but the similarities stop there.
How it works:
Vantablack is a slow-pacing liquid(comparable to lava) created by elements found naturally in the earth's crust through the manipulation of earth and fire. The element is then absolute as lightning gets in the mix and perfects the chemical combination in order to produce the element. Visually, the element is as dark as anything could possibly get, far darker than natural shadows as the material absorbs nearly 100% of all light that bounces off of it, making it slightly hallucinating to look at. There are elemental interactions that are directly influenced by this property such as light release and other radioactive elements which have a damaging property due to its radiation. All radiation is being completely absorbed by the liquid and as a result, the liquid actually becomes very hot to the touch because it absorbs the light rather than having it bounced off of it. Since the element passively absorbs radiation and there is radiation everywhere it means that it itself is also slightly radioactive and exposure to vast amounts of it of course will cause radiation poisoning, this also means the element gets hotter and more radioactive the longer it is on the field especially during the day time. The element is really light as well and it is merely the chemical composition that makes it a very slow moving fluid. It is diamagnetic, meaning it cannot be controlled by magnetism. The element is, however rather brittle as it is light-weight and results in elements using a lot of weight or force to easily overcome Vantablack. Due to the fact that it reaches a scorching surface temperature, but almost completely lacks thermodynamic interactive properties, the heat never spreads to elements that are interacting with Vantablack even though it feels extremely warm to the touch and can severely damage skin on direct contact. The element doesn't naturally decompose or decay and can therefore lie dormant on the battlefield until it is destroyed without chakra input from the user. It also does not conduct electromagnetism or electricity which means it is a natural insulator against lightning techniques and others that are using this to pierce through elements such as storms. The user can also form the element from their body without a source needed(though jutsus might depend on this), typically but not limited to their mouth.

Water is much heavier than Vantablack and results in overcoming the element. Naturally, the Vantablack with it’s high surface temperature can cause mist to form.
Earth
A much more dense and heavier element than Vantablack's brittle fluid state. Earth can be used to shatter Vantablack or simply overcome it by its density.

Is strong against:
Lightning
Lightning is absorbed through the Vantablack liquid but fails to conduct through it and is therefore considered weak to Vantablack which essentially inhibits a natural shielding against lightning.
Fire
Vantablack absorbs the high temperatures of fire, similar to that of Lightning. What also has Vantablack at an upper hand in this interaction is the fact that Vantablack is already essentially hot and has an extremely high boiling temperature of several thousand degrees.
Wind
Even though Vantablack is a light-weight element, Wind release lacks the destructive density that is needed to break through Vantablacks liquid state and is essentially also absorbed through the material but to a lesser decree.
Radiation & Light
As mentioned before, radiation is being passively absorbed and rather just makes the Vantablack element inherit the dangerous particles that are blasted into it and instead places it on its surface. Light is also almost completely absorbed by the element.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Eridian Release is composed of Water and Yang Releases, as well as Fūinjutsu. The series has demonstrated on multiple occasions that Yang Release commands the user’s ability to grant life, vitality, and control physical energy. It is through this, as well as its combination with Water Release to grant Eridian’s basic shape and form, that Eridian gains its principle ability: the power over aging. The concept of aging is directly related to Yang Release. Through Yang one is able to give or take away physical vitality and can even cause one to age or age in reverse.

How it works:

Eridian Release is formed through the simultaneous combination of one’s Water Release chakra and Yang, with added characteristics of Fūinjutsu. The basic nature of Eridian Release, by the merit of its composition, is very similar to Water Release. Like with Suiton, Eridian Release is primarily formed in three ways: by directly expelling it from the user’s body, manipulating an existing source of water or Eridian Water, or by concentrating it in an area to take control of water molecules in the air. Eridian will typically manifest in a liquid state, much like Water Release. But it can, with proper manipulation, manifest as a vapor or mist.

In terms of its physical characteristics in either its liquid or vapor states, Eridian appears as a deep and magnificent cyan, giving it a much richer and blue appearance than even Water Release. Much like the other standard Water techniques, Eridian is very dense, sticky, and extremely cold to the touch. Extended contact with the element can induce hypothermia, which is often a side effect of the aging properties of the element. Eridian also lacks any discernable smell. Much like normal Water Release, Eridian is an effective conductor of electricity. This makes it useful in combinations that involve Lightning Release or other elements that are efficient conductors and currents.

Eridian Release’s principle property is based in the concept of aging. This concept is directly achieved through Yang Release, the skill that governs physical energy. The anatomical property of age is directly correlated with life, vitality, and physical energy. Through Yang Release the user of Eridian is afforded the ability to directly manipulate the ratio between physical and spiritual, either adding physical energy or removing it, in order to achieve either aging or reverse aging. This concept can be applied to the user, their allies, opponents, or even other techniques. By removing physical energy from a target the user can effectively increase their age, or achieve the opposite by adding physical energy.

Eridian Release classifies individual targets as living beings (humans, animals, and summonings), Edo Tensei, clones and their various Ninjutsu variants, and familiars created through Yin-Yang or Yang Releases. Against these targets the concept of aging takes on a much more literal definition, achieved by directly adding or removing physical energy and manipulating the target’s energy ratio. By removing physical energy the user increases the ratio of physical to spiritual in favor of the latter. This causes the target to age. The effects of aging vary per technique, and on the targets they strike. On those with physical anatomy, like flesh and blood (humans, animals, clones, creations, and other species), their anatomy is significantly weakened. This can create conditions like a weak heart, muscular atrophy, weakened neural capacity which can induce effects like dementia, lower oxygen capacity in the lungs, and so on. This can translate to effects like lowering the target’s maximum health, reducing their fighting capacity, reductions in speed, tracking, reaction time, chakra control, etc. Against sentient familiars, typically those augmented as such through Yang Release, though not possessing physical anatomy (like being formed from a specific element), the effect of aging can even tamper with the bond between creator and familiar, aging the technique.

Because of its relationship to Water Release, which can often act as a siphon for chakra, Eridian’s ability to remove physical energy can also create an alternate effect called Eridian Draining. This application allows the user to actively transfer physical energy from their target, in the case of removing it, to themselves. The reverse can also be applied.

By adding physical energy to an individual target, the user can effectively tip the balance in favor of their vitality. This effect applies aging, but in reverse. The effects of this are two-fold, essentially achieving the opposite of the aging effects. On its simplest level the effect of reverse aging can apply a sort of regenerative effect upon the user or their target. The increased ratio can heal the user, either over time or in bulk amounts, repair lost anatomy, and reversing the effects of spiritual techniques. At its strongest level the waters of Eridian can even return the user to a different point in time through reverse aging, similar to the Sea of Life’s ability to completely heal or restore its user through the Sea’s genetic memory.

Against other techniques (excluding clones, sentient Yin-Yang familiars, though including pseudo-sentient familiars), Eridian can either age or reverse age them. On its simplest level, through manipulation of physical energy, aging techniques through Eridian can achieve technique degradation. This is achieved by disrupting the energy ratio, tampering with or outright destroying the technique itself. For instance if an opponent creates a pillar of earth with no duration, then exposure to Eridian will cause it to decay, applying a turn limit and weakening it over time before it expires. For techniques with preexisting turn limits, including modes, turn limits can be reduced or outright ignored depending on the potency of the Eridian technique. Likewise, the reverse can be applied through reverse aging. However, this effect can only be applied to techniques with a chakra capacity (not including Perfect Sage Mode) like techniques given sentience through Change Into Hell.

As mentioned in its formation, Eridian Release also possesses characteristics of Fūinjutsu, achieved when the element is first created. These sealing properties give Eridian a unique asset called Water Memory, a trait derived from its combination of Fūinjutsu and Yang Release. In simple terms, the greater presence of physical energy within Eridian combined with intrinsic properties of Fūinjutsu allow for a special interaction with any substance and Eridian’s water molecules. Regardless of how diluted a substance becomes in Eridian the element is capable of committing that substance to memory by sealing it within the element. This is because even trace amounts of chakra, and its properties, are sealed within the sealing characteristics of Eridian Release. For instance, should the user’s Eridian Release interact with a poison – either by curing the user of one or by clashing with a Poison technique, Eridian Water can commit that poison to memory and allow the user’s techniques to take on those traits. Because of its unique relationship with Fūinjutsu, Eridian becomes resistant to techniques that seek to seal it. This does not convey an immunity to sealing techniques, but it does mean that sealing Eridian requires an additional ten chakra compared to its base value in each technique. In addition to this, Eridian can be used to age and reverse age the user’s or an opponent’s sealing techniques, body seals, and barriers.

As an element derived from Yang Release it holds neutrality with all natures, regardless of their relationship tangibility, state, or otherwise any characteristic of Eridian Release.

Eridian is also an element that reflects the user’s mastery over Yin-Yang Release. A basic level of mastery over Eridian is possible through mastery over Yin and Water Releases, because the premise of the element is simply adding or removing physical energy through the physical vessel of the element. But because the element, at its core, revolves around manipulating this balance, Yin-Yang Release masters are conferred even greater control. The benefits over Yin-Yang Mastery with Eridian Release begin simply by allowing one to manifest Eridian even in the absence of water on the field. This is because the user is able to apply their imagination and spiritual energy in manifesting the element. Yin-Yang Masters are also able to control the other half of the ratio manipulation, allowing them to use the changed spiritual energy to their advantage and apply even greater level of imaginative use over Eridian’s aging property.

We've seen elements created in the anime/manga that are using either Yin or Yang in complex mixtures with naturally occurring elements such as Typhoon, Blaze and Black lightning. Naturally these elements doesn't chemically or physically are allowed to exist but because that they are infused with aspects that are beyond our comprehension, Acewrath can be formed and have its core based in that of fire release and allow to be yielded unique properties that are described below.
How it works:
The element Acewrath is using natural fire chakra in combination with Yin to create formidable and otherwise unnatural attributes that comes with the element. Using fire as a base, Acewrath release will pertain a malleable and energetic kind of pure flames as the base of how the element works. It can be used to breathe out from the users mouth, they can channel it through their hands and feet as well and use all four of those focal points as release points. Acewrath release cannot be formed from thin air, it has to have the user as its point of origin, akin to that of fire release. Acewrath release has two major aesthetically differences to that of fire release. One being that it is a mixture of blue and crimson red in its color, which lets anyone distinguish the differences between the two. The pattern is often chaotic and random. Due to the fact the fire chakra is enhanced by the users Yin aspect, it will be considered neutral to all elemental interactions, but it can also be used with more chakra more consistently which usually can give Acewrath release an upper edge in elemental interactions. There are a few factors that makes Acewrath release stand out and explains why it is needed to be used with Yin mastery.

The flames are purely energetic but can, on the users command, pertain a completely intangible state. This usually costs a move and additional chakra depending on the technique. What is not depending on the technique and goes for all usages of this transformation, however, is that during its intangible state it can warp/phase through any obstacle but can at the same time deal no damage or spread or absorb chakra. It simply, briefly, cease to exist and cannot be tracked or can be seen by anyone or even be sensed by anyone. Through shape manipulation, the user can still manipulate the Acewrath release in this form.

The properties of the flames are unimaginable hot and carries a property that is speculated to exist in our universe, called a Kugelblitz. What one can take away from that is that due to the massive amounts of purity and intensity, the Acewrath release creates an attractive pull that can essentially "suck" chakra towards it and thus increases its size. This is also something that is references to once the element makes contact with a physical object, such as the ground or flesh. The fires doesn't simply spread like your average campfire, no, they will instead create a focal point where it directly hits and create a body of pure energy that will start to absorb chakra from techniques nearby it interacts with to it and consume it. The absorption pull gets more intense the more chakra the user inputs in the technique, but can be avoided by essentially getting out of its way or using non-chakra based techniques. If an element is infused with the same levels of chakra it does not get pulled into the Acewrath release but it can still be consumed by it. If it contains more, it doesn't get absorbed or affected at all. It is therefore technique dependent. Chakra absorption is also a property of Yin release and can be justified through that aspect. A technique can never absorb more chakra than that it consists of itself unless more chakra is input into the technique through external means, elevating the technique's total chakra output. It's also important to note that even though it absorbs chakra, it has no strength to energy elements but will simply absorb the chakra of all elements it comes in contact with. Consuming chakra does not increase the damage or chakra output of the technique either, it only increases its size.

The other unique property with Acewrath release is that upon hitting a target with a mind, a ninja, clone, summoning etc. The target will feel tremendous pain but the Acewrath release does not only burn a targets body but also their life force. The overflow of Yin will cause an unnatural unbalance to a targets naturally aligned Yin/Yang ratio and essentially it will consume the targets Yang ratio and burn away their life essence. This scales up to technique rank and can also be technique dependent but remains a fact for all of the Acewrath techniques that this is a property that comes with it. Due to this, a target will find themselves stripped from physical strength and in some cases also be stripped from using Yang/Healing in an effective way to counter potential damage they take. Naturally, this only affects living entities and has no affect on techniques but it can be considered when clashing with Yang infused elements that have healing properties, crippling them. The same can be said for medical techniques.

You just gonna delete 100 chakra from any jutsu that you hit? Even most YY techs do not have 100 chakra or higher, meaning this gonna be able to delete a good 90-95% of the entire RP's techniques with a swing - PER TURN. So I thought this was already a wild sentence to state but I held out hope, maybe the restrictions would slap enough that it works. But I forgot the actual how it works needs to actually work. Yours is achieved by basically replacing your chakra or replacing their chakra, idk how or which. But then you basically replace your chakra(???) with your chakra(?????) and the effects of whatever Gen related tech plaguing you are auto ended. Now, the damage taken helps this out a lot, ngl. But the HOW this works doesnt make sense. This entity is both erasing and replacing chakra? This doesnt logically work with every Yin and Gen related tech, especially most MS level Gens so Idk how this one would just do this.

I was like "He's done it, he's come up with a banger and not a ban". Then I got to the actual description and fam... You made Hayabusa Flames? "They're intangible, cant be interacted with by the opponent, cant even be SEEN or tracked or sensed by anyone. Oh but I can still control it btw" You smoking some Void Infused Dick if you think this being approved. Then you had the nerve, the audacity (I'm in shock) to basically give this a Black Hole as a passive ability. Deva Path doesn't need to be replicated bro, I promise you.

It automatically has a much higher base chakra input than other techniques before you even add chakra boosts and you trying to absorb anything of lower chakra? Then the kicker, the next paragraph basically detailing how this can cause so much damage and unbalancing of energy that not even Yang can heal it. Idk when you learned Yang but this is exactly what Yang is capable of, healing damage done and altering the balance of the body. The only way would be able to cause damage Yang cant heal is if the damage was spiritual and explicitly stated that it effected the mind like Genjutsu. This does not do that so... yeah.


Doujutsu:
Declined, honestly, this is still problematic. But the first two submissions were so bad, it makes this one look better. Like I legit told the others, Idk this one might be a hit. But even it has issues. Your way of explaining how things happen is poor because you just say "This has the ability to do this because it does and this is how it is." What about this actually causes the Yin soul draining effect? Not that this itself is a problem, but it's seemingly tacked on just to have it there. I also dont think this logically makes sense to even restrict access to things. At least in this technique. Yin to reduce access to Yang is......huh? You also tripping thinking this growing up to 6 times its size lmaoooo. A potential 15 meters wide sphere is not going to happen with this. Also these parts: "The target will also have a large portion of their chakra being drained from them by 100 chakra points per hit." "The user gains access to create any form they want from the spheres and enhances the total chakra outpu(+50)"

The element is based on: Sea of life + Fuuinjutsu

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): This element is based on the sea of life’s ability to alter living things on the genetic level, being an ability unique to the roleplay it’s difficult to prove this particularly ability in the manga context, however when combined with fuuinjutsu which is capable of absorbing chakra the ability of Chitinous Vestige becomes possible. Also chitin itself exists in the series as beetles and bugs exist, given the sea of lifes abilities to alter life modifying and altering afflicted organic matter in to corrupted chitin should be possible.

How it works: This element works similarly to the jutsu in the sea of life canon list, however this form unlike the canon variant is solid in nature, being many microscopic solid pieces that form lattice like designs, so while it can still have limited malleability it’s always in a solid state. This solid state allows the lattices to be formed as fuuinjutsu seals for the express purpose of absorbing chakra inside the chitinous shapes created by the element, unlike most custom elements however chitinous vestige is entirely defensive in nature so while this ability to absorb things is powerful it can never be used in an offensive way, only defensive and supplementary. This release will essentially create solid constructs that can clash with enemy techniques and absorb the chakra from them, they then remain on the field and using the absorbed chakra begin to convert the land around their location into more chitinous vestige at a set rate. Any living thing that remains in contact with this element, will be affected by the amino-geis at the standard rate outlined in the children of Tiamat rules. Despite its inability to cause damage Chitinous Vestige excels at terrain control and inhibiting adversaries, though it should be noted that unlike the regular sea of life the Chitinous Vestige can not be shifted in to different forms like the vile haze or the liquid standard form. Visually speaking the element appears like regular chitin in the real world, however this form is altered by the sea of life at a fundamental level, taking on a grey appearance with cracked glowing red lines throughout. Chakra absorbed by the element from opposing techniques is not returned to the user of the element, instead being stored directly in the chitinous vestige and spent to convert the surrounding area. Once the chakra stored in the object has been spent it will crumble to dust, however the ground it has converted will not revert to it's original state and will remain as chitinous vestige unless it is destroyed, converted terrain will always be considered S ranked in terms of durability.

Anything that comes into contact with the converted ground will be afflicted with the amino-geis.
Note: Each turn the dragons teeth uses ten chakra to convert the surrounding area, used directly from the reserves of chakra it absorbed from enemy techniques.

Declined. Reading through this a couple times I couldn't help but realize this was a really long winded and complicated way to just say you convert dirt into chitin. This isn't an ability that is particularly unique when it comes to the RP; Earth and Steel are the first two skills that come to mind when I think of that. But there is no need for Fuuinjutsu, or anything like that. So that just leads me to believe that this is just an attempt to make the Sea of Life affect things that aren't living - i.e. the terrain. So I'm not necessarily opposed to it, but doing it this way seems convoluted. The CE overall seems to lack an identity aside from just being solid Sea of Life.

The other major issue here is this one line: "Once the chakra stored in the object has been spent it will crumble to dust, however the ground it has converted will not revert to it's original state and will remain as chitinous vestige unless it is destroyed, converted terrain will always be considered S ranked in terms of durability." This has to go because it seems to me that you could make any technique of any rank just freely create something that is S-Rank.

Custom element English name: High Heaven Fire
The element is based on: Fire Release + Yin
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Takamabi is a Yin based Fire element, created to enhance the ability to a peak level unlike standard ways. This is very reminiscent of Amaterasu, an ability heavily linked to Yin through the Uchiha's affiliation with spiritual energy. Due to Amaterasu being considered canonically as a Fire Jutsu and not a novel element that is the product of two other natures ( Such as Wood or Lava ) it directly suggests the capability of creating an element without the need of a secondary nature while using chakra alone to enhance it.

With the introduction of the Second Mizukage, we were directly shown how Yin Release, and in his case more specifically, Genjutsu can influence and effect techniques to create what can be compared to living illusionary effects in conjunction with Ninjutsu. This suggests the possibility of being capable of infusing Genjutsu into Ninjutsu, and more broadly, the possibility of infusing Yin into techniques to create reality altering phenomenon that are illusionary in nature. These two examples combined create the groundwork for Takamabi.
How it works: Explained simply, Takamabi is created through the combination of Fire chakra with Yin energy. This mixture takes on most physical characteristics of it's parent element: an energic flame state that can be released through a multitude of ways from the user, which are shared by Fire Release's forms: Mainly actual flames or super heated combustive ash released through the user's body or around him. Its actual appearance is that of a near white flame, contradictory of the Yin influence coursing through the element. This can appears as a complex white to silver aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles of a crimson color (though the colorful ripples can be personalized to the user, all colors except Fluorine Yellow (transparent)).

In contrast with other Fire elements, Takamabi does not cause physically burning sensations; actually, the flames feel quite cool, comparable to holding an ice cube in your hand. Because of this, the flames do not pose a threat of burning flesh and living entities physically. However, this flame causes a severely damaging burn to one's spiritual energy and presence, inflicting the damage there. It is this secondary trait of the element that allows it essentially bypass physical damage immunities granted to bodies and deal full spiritual damage unless appropriate spiritual defenses exist.

The primary trait of this element lies in it's ability to alter reality in context of other techniques and even opponents. When the flames of Takamabi techniques are met with the surrounding environment, the reality altering nature of Yin energy is capable of augmenting and physically changing properties of substances, objects and even terrains it remains in contact with. While this is further explored in techniques, this represents itself in examples such as creating a fireball that, upon contact with the earth, creates an explosion of Takamabi flames that burn the terrain in a 5 meters radius, as the flames burn they turn the original grassy plain into a desert-like sand oasis, creating a pocket of reality where there is grass all around a burning ground zero that was turned into a desert. This example of terraforming is also capable of leaving behind illusions and hallucinogenic like dream worlds in areas affected when living entities enter the area of effect. This ability, known as Shinkai or World of the Kami, is the consequence of having a physical substance burn with the flames of Takamabi, and last as long as there is chakra to power the flames, similar to how Amateratsu burns for 7 days and nights, but is different than Takamabi's ability of dealing spiritual damage, as Shinkai will terraform reality but not damage it. Because these augmentations of Shinkai use Yin to literally change the world it's affecting, these "illusions" cannot be broken through chakra surges but through dissipation of the chakra left behind. This means that Takamabi techniques cannot solely be defeated but either absorbed or sealed to prevent the reality augmenting effects on the terrain. These changes will, however, never last forever and at the rate of 5 chakra dissipated per turn, techniques augmenting the field will cease after the chakra for them has dissipated as well, reverting the terraforming effect back to the original terrain. While the immediate changing environment should be a giveaway, Takamabi leaves behind a wispy cold mist like effect when Shikai is in use, like heatwaves rippling over the whole terraformed pocket of illusion, and the occasional crackle of color personal to the user, making it easily discernable from actual reality and non-damaging to the original terrain affected by Shinkai.

Shinkai's effects also extend to living entities, as noted above but in a different way; while these illusions and reality alterations literally change the world as they interact with them, these techniques do similar effects when interacting with a target, albeit while causing spiritual damage. These alterations occur to the target as essentially real illusions, comparable to, but more accurate in use of the term, than Kurama Clan members. This means, that when a Takamabi technique lands on or near the target, in addition to the risk of spiritual damage dealt, the target will experience their surroundings or their mental space ( Such as the area where the Bijuu are housed ) altered and seared into an illusion not unlike Genjutsu itself, yet resulting from the reality-altering and spiritual burning effects of Takamabi. When being "burnt" by the flames of Takamabi, the target will have their chakra system seared into a realistic illusion, where their senses are manipulated into illusion-like effects and hallucinations. This is called the Yomi effect, or World of Dead. While the effects of Shinkai are easily discernable because only the area of effect by the flames are terraformed, and there is a clear heatwave-like ripple around the altered pocket, the effects of Yomi happen when hit directly with the flames of Takamabi, and will have the whole person exude the same heatwave-like ripples in the air, but they won't notice it themselves, for they will be trapped within the illusion.

These illusions are more realistic and resilient due to Takamabi's Yin infusion and properties, and will affect an opponent for as long as there is chakra, dropping at a rate of 10 chakra per turn (Higher than Shinkai), and need to be combated by sealing or absorbing the chakra that is burning the system, or similarily healed by Yang energy, similar to Shinkai's effect on terrain. While they can affect most Genjutsu immunities, including Doujutsu and other Yin-based Genjutsu, the target can still combat the effects of Yomi by using a method 1 rank higher than the required for a same rank basic Genjutsu. For example, the user would be able to purge the Takamabi's searing chakra from a B rank technique by using an A rank Genjutsu Release technique, Full-Body Chakra surges must thus also be significantly higher, requiring an S rank body surge in the aforementioned case. The illusions from Takamabi's chakra can't be released through Pain.

The hallucinogenic illusions of Yomi can be modulated by the user's chakra, creating the desired altered reality to entrap their targets. When a third element physically or spiritually (By a spiritual technique link, or genjutsu, for example) touches those affected by Yomi, they will get burn by the flames of Takamabi, showcase the spreading effect of Fire. This burning by contact requires anyone wishing to help a victim of Takamabi to use the appropriate methods of sealing, absorbing or Yang healing in order to not be affected as well.

Description: The user creates a giant Takamabi Fireball, aimed at the target. Should impact be made, the Fireball is capable of terraforming it's surroundings up to 4 meters around it into a deep pool of water. Declined: This element is very creative and interesting but does run into some issues. I'll start at the first bolded section and move downward from here on out. First off, the production of this element as a super heated ash likely won't happen for two reasons. Firstly, the element is a cold flame that doesn't burn so releasing it from the body as superheated ash contradicts what you wrote later in the element. Secondly, I'd rather an element like this be a single "phase" sort of element so if you are gonna pick ash stick to ash or if you are gonna pick energy stick to energy (especially due to the SPM rules now). Second, bolded section the changes to reality should work on in a turn based fashion rather than a flat rate of chakra dissipation. Makes it easier for you to adjust the turn limits on illusions when making techniques. -5 per turn is too low anyway for reality warping flames in my opinion anyway. The prior comments apply to the 3rd bolded section as well. Looking at your Example technique, I hope the additional damage per turn until healed thing isn't going to be a mainstay in the CE because that isn't going to be okay since they already have to go the extra mile to break the illusion (can't break it by pain and can only be sealed or broken through stronger chakra surges). Lastly, this is general thing with the CE. What are the limits of the level of reality warping are you able to attain? Is it simply changing the terrain/putting the opponent under genjutsu like effects or can the reality warping get as wild as something like Izanagi? I would like to see mentions of the limitations of how much you can warp reality so that if this were to be approved future checkers would have an easier time drawing the line. - Daemon

The element is based on: Yang + Fire + Kinjutsu

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Throughout the series, we've seen mediums such as the soil/earth in Forbidden Earth Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil to be used to revive corpses as zombies as a form of reanimation. Yang Release in the context of the series has been shown to have life giving qualities so potent that it allowed Might Gai to defy death after the usage of the Eighth Gate. Eternal Flame aims to combine these two concepts using Life giving flames as a conduit for Kinjutsu usage.

How it works: Eternal Flame is a cross section between the life force manipulating powers of Yang Release, Fire Release, and the unholy powers of Kinjutsu. Naturally, this combination of elements and styles results in an energy based element, an aquamarine colored flame. Unlike normal flames, the Eternal Flame does not produce heat but yet can still "burn" the opponent on contact by filling the target up with intense amounts of Yang Energy causing an intense burning sensation that's characteristic of so many Yang Release Techniques. These flames are more concussive on impact, bursting through solid structures easily or combusting into a powerful explosion. However, the Eternal Flame has unique spin on this concept. When contacting with an opponent or target, the Flames of the Eternal Flame burn the opponent on contact by filling them with copius amounts of Yang Energy, this yang energy in reality is the essence of the Eternal Flame itself, leaving behind a "burning core" of Eternal Flame that lays dormant within the opponent/target, slowly "burning them" over time. This dormant "core" of Eternal Flame becomes active upon the death or KO of the opponent which ties into the next and main ability of the Eternal Flame. As stated before, Eternal Flame is known to "combust" resulting in an explosion of aquamarine flames. The embers resulting from the flame and the explosion can spread to other entities living or deceased, that eventually "grow" into Eternal Flame "cores". This is akin to the embers of a flame being capable of igniting other structures to set them ablaze. This property allows Eternal Flame into quickly spread and affect its targets. These embers contact an entity and "burn" them as mentioned before. Using the target's life energy and body as kindling for a flame, the effects of the ember grows into a fully fledged Eternal Flame "core". When brought into contact with a living target/opponent, this "core" can manipulate the life energy of the target itself, "burning" their life energy as kindling resulting in health drain. This is not damage but rather a continuous draining of the opponents health similar to vampirism to keep the cores going within their living opponents.

Eternal Flame as hinted at by its elemental composition is enhanced through Yang Release but rather than giving it sentience, the user is able to manipulate the life giving energies of Yang through the fire itself which comes into play in conjunction with the element's Kinjutsu affinity. Eternal Flame at it's most basic level is capable of reviving fallen enemies through the powers of Kinjutsu and Yang. It begins with the fundamental concept of Yang being able to manipulate vitality and the energy of life itself, The ability to give life to form. Through the Eternal Flame, the user is able to restore the life force to fallen victims, reviving them as zombie like husks of themselves that emanate a glowing Aquamarine flame from its body. The Eternal Flame invades the corpse of the fallen leaving a "core" of flame within the husk, this flame acts as an "engine" within the corpses body and powers them. The Kinjutsu aspect of Eternal Flame preserves the corpses as husks as well as work with the Yang aspect of this element to facilitate the reanimation and autonomy of the corpses. In combination with its Kinjutsu affinity, revived undead do not have their souls linked to the body and thus is able to have their entire personality suppressed. This results in two forms of resurrection: Incomplete and Perfect Resurrect. Through Incomplete Resurrection, the fallen entities will revive in a zombified state as a lifeless husk able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the flames within their body as a source. In Perfect Resurrection, the revived entity is under complete control of the user, able to use their Canon and Custom Clan techniques in addition to being able to use Eternal Flame themselves. Perfect Resurrections have their original health pools while Imperfect Resurrection will have health up to the rank of the Eternal Flame Technique used to revive them. The combination of Yang and Kinjutsu allows for the resurrection of fallen victims without the need for complicated set up. Logically, this revival property can be used on allies, enemies or even summons. In the case of summons, the flames taking over and giving life to the summoning's body without it reverse summoning upon death. This revival ability of Eternal Flame is known as "Rebirth". (Rebirth will be submitted as a custom outlining the restrictions and time limits on revived entities depending on the rank of the Eternal Flame technique). As stated formerly, opponents on contact with the Eternal Flame while still living will have an Eternal Flame "core" placed within them. This Eternal Flame core will trigger upon their death, reviving them through Perfect Resurrection. Imperfect Resurrection is typically used when the target has already deceased and the Eternal Flame was used on them after their death or KO.

At it's highest expression, Eternal Flame, through its "Rebirth" application can be applied to users of Eternal Flame as well. In this application, Eternal Flame can return life force back to the user's body and reanimate the user's corpse, using Yang energy to restore life to the body, restoring the user to their near prime condition similarly to Oral Rebirth (this application would be it's own standalone technique). In essence using a Perfect Resurrection on themselves. Which can be primarily be done by generating the Eternal Flame within ones body to have it activate upon a met criteria ex. death. Lastly, these unholy flames can be used as a conduit for Kinjutsu able to use Kinjutsu throughout the flames within reason. This allows users of Eternal Flame to for example use Oral Rebirth on an ally by having them interact with the flames. As well as a mechanism to counteract other forms of Kinjutsu. For example, if an Edo Tensei gets hit with an Eternal Flame technique, the Eternal Flame is capable of overriding the Edo Tensei contract between the Edo and its owner having the Edo Tensei come under the Eternal Flame user's control by placing an Eternal Flame "core" within the Edo.

Description: Rebirth is Eternal Flames' unique ability that allows the flames to restore and reanimate fallen enemies, allies, summons etc as zombies under the user's control. The users Eternal Flame manipulates the vital energy giving life to form through the use of its Yang compotent while the Kinjutsu aspect of Eternal Flame preserves the user's control over the beings, resurrecting them as zombies. The flames encompass their body and invade it putting the fallen entity under the user's control. The revived enemies, summons, allies etc will have flaming Aquamarine eyes as well as an ever present flame radiating throughout their body, acting similarly to an internal engine. Rebirth allows for two different forms of resurrection: Imperfect Resurrection and Perfect Resurrection. Imperfect Resurrection entails the user bringing back fallen entities as zombified husks with an internal burning core of the Eternal Flame. These husks have HP equivalent to the rank of the Eternal Flame technique used to bring them back. They are also capable of using Eternal Flame techniques using their internal Eternal Flame as a source. Perfect Resurrection entails the revived entities to be revived as more perfect versions of themselves. Unlike Edo Tensei, the fallen victims soul is not tied to this corpse able to fall under the user's complete control. Perfect Resurrection gives the corpse the ability to use Canon Techniques the corpse had learned including Custom Clan techniques and also able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the internal Eternal Flame within the corpse as a source. Health Pools of Perfectly Resurrected corpses are equivalent to the original health pool of that entity. Once the revived entities are dispelled or die, they erupt into an explosion of Eternal Flame, these flames carry no damage but can input cores of Eternal Flame into surrounding enemies/targets.
Note: This technique is a constant trait of Eternal Flame and is thus always active and cannot be deactivated.

Declined. First I want to talk about Kinjutsu and Custom Elements. I discussed this with LoK and we're fine with it. I also discussed this with you, but I'm going to reiterate it here for a record that everyone can see. Kinjutsu can be combined with elements to make a Custom Element; but the rules on Custom Kinjutsu restrict the number of techniques possible for it. So 1 CEJ for a Kinjutsu Element would be considered 1 of the 2 possible Kinjutsu CJ that someone can make. This means to fill the element one has to purchase Custom Kinjutsu multiple times (6 to be exact) to get all 12 CEJ. This means that one has to spend 57,000 Kumi to fill the CE. Custom Kinjutsu CE cannot be submitted without at least two Custom Kinjutsu slots already owned. I also wanted this check to be as thorough as possible as Yang combined with Kinjutsu as a Custom Element has the potential to be one of the strongest possible custom combinations. So it's going to fall under strict scrutiny because of how powerful it can become.

Okay, with that out of the way now onto the CE itself. It's interesting. But if my problem can be boiled down to a sentence it's this: it seems to be a way that just circumvents how Edo Tensei works in the RP and NW. That's the basic gist of the problem I have with it. So I'm fine with the concept of resurrection and manipulating life energy/vitality (however we want to term it), but I want to avoid a slippery slope here because it's a bit vague on how these things are classified in the CE. First, I'm not convinced this would work on Edo Tensei. The CE creates Burning Cores to manipulate life energy. But Edo Tensei, by default, have no life energy. All they are is just a husk of dust coalesced on a corpse, with the soul of the original entity inside it. The moment you target non-living entities you suddenly give this limitless potential. At what point is the distinction between say, a rock, and other non-living beings made?

The second issue here is that the embers created from combustion sound like a passive result of clashes. I had an issue with Rexii's Children of Tiamat CE with something similar. Where he basically said that all techniques of his element cause this passive side effect to the terrain, creating S-Rank chitin even when used by a D-Rank of his element. Now that is a bit more of an extreme example, but same idea right? This is basically added onto every technique now as part of the CE.

So in regards to Imperfect Resurrection - I read this multiple times and had to be sure but it's basically just Edo Tensei except it works in the Ninja World. So when someone gets KO'd in the NW we aren't treating them as dead. There's really nothing to resurrect at all. Their life energy is perfectly intact, and all this would serve to do is really burn them more. I can't allow it to be used like this in the NW. Now if death is agreed upon, that's a totally different story. But as it stands now using this on KO'd people just circumvents so many rules. Likewise, it also can't be used to circumvent specializations. Edo Tensei Specialists get a max of 2 Edo Tensei. In some ways, this is better than Edo. In others it is worse. But it shouldn't be able to beat out those specializations - i.e. having a max of 2 Edos at any time.

Alright last off, and most egregious thing, is that Eternal Flame can't be used as a conduit for other Kinjutsu techniques. You can't touch someone with it and trigger Oral Rebirth. That's basically just exceeding what the CE is itself.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Yin forms half of all creation and is representative of the immaterial, spiritual, metaphysical and imagination. In the Manga it was stated that Hagoromo’s use of ‘Creation of All Things’ allowed him to use Yin to create the physical forms of the Tailed Beasts from nothingness. Similarly, Izanagi operates on a similar principle, with Yin allowing an Uchiha clan member to re-write portions of reality through sacrifice of their eye.
Finally, Yin release is defined in the manga as the ‘ability to create form out of nothingness’.

The ability to create from nothing through Yin defies the first law of thermodynamics that ‘nothing is created or destroyed, only transformed’. Similarly, Izanagi and Creation of All Things proves that it is possible to manipulate already existing forms of existence through Yin. From here, it is reasonable to assume that Yin release can yet again defy the First Law and be used to reduce form to nothingness. (Which, in a way can already be seen via Truth Seeking Balls, Hungry Ghost,Tayuya’s doki etc, all of which have the potential to negate or reduce a part of reality.)
Additionally, the canon technique 'Fire Release: Heavenly Prisons' shows that it is already possible to alter the fire element and its qualities to directly interact with the immaterial and conflagrate the incorporeal.


Therefore, this reduction of form will be expressed through the innate qualities of Fire Release, whose qualities serve as the baseline and medium for this element. A highly destructive element, through the introduction of Yin Fire is re-imagined from a physically destructive element capable of destroying all forms of physical phenomena (a hot enough flame can burn virtually anything, including water via high temperatures splitting H20 into oxygen and hydrogen), into an element that has the potential to incinerate the immaterial, incorporeal and metaphysical aspects of the world. Essentially, this element forgoes fires ability to impact physical matter to instead impact energy and immaterial forces.


How it works:

The user will combine their Fire and Yin nature's to form a new element that, visually, will take the appearance of black and gold flames so translucent in appearance that they will seem almost ethereal, and can be made to materialize wherever the user concentrates their chakra - whether it be from their body, the ground or the air. The form of these flames will invoke the immaterial properties of Yin, thus these black and gold flames will be wholly incorporeal. Incapable of interacting with physical matter, these flames will instead phase through physical obstructions until they meet the limits of their range.

Although incapable of interacting with the material, these flames will be highly effective against the immaterial and intangible. The flames are exceptional when it comes to erasing forms of energy - such as chakra, lightning, and intangible elements such as fire, wind, dark release, scorch release and the like. This is due to the fact that such entities have minimal levels of form in the first place, so erasing what little it does have is an easy task for the flames of Sacred Fire. The harder task is erasing the chakra of material entities, such as Earth release or Wood Release. As aforementioned, Sacred Fire phases through the tangible, and as such will simply erase the chakra within such physical entities leaving the technique in question an empty husk. The material qualities of these techniques however insulates them against the capabilities of Sacred Fire, therefore while still effective, the process is more cumbersome and exhaustive, thereby formulating an inherent weakness. (To clarify, Sacred Fire will only be capable of phasing all the way through techniques that it is stronger than. (based on rank) Against equal or weaker techniques, Sacred Fire will still phase into the technique, but then futilely disperse into the technique itself: Either destroying or weakening it, but failing to pass through to whatever might be on the other-side of such a technique. I.e, it could still be blocked or negated by an armour of equal or greater strength; it wouldn't just pass through as though there were no obstructions and attack whatever's hiding inside)

Similarly, Sacred Fire is extremely effective against both absorption and sealing. Both of these principles operate by using incorporeal applications of chakra to affect a target/object. However Sacred Fire will simply erase any chakra that it encounters. Attempts to influence an element that indiscriminately burns chakra, through chakra or spiritual effects, is logically ineffective. Therefore attempts to absorb or seal it will simply be like attempting to encase a burning cloth with another cloth - wholly ineffective unless the seal/absorption technique is significantly stronger.
Just as Fire has the capacity to wreck widespread destruction on naturally occurring physical matter, so too does Sacred Fire possess the ability to erase non-chakra produced intangible physical phenomena - i.e, electricity. Occupying the niche of an element that has the capacity to erase the immaterial world, Sacred Fire is capable of negating magnetic fields, kinetic energy, and even natural phenomena such as forces, and gravity itself. The latter means that, if the user were to transform into Sacred Fire they would be able to free themselves of all influences and freely traverse across the axis of space unencumbered by anything. It is here that the dichotomy between normal Fire, which erases the substantive material, and Sacred Fire, which erases the immaterial and spiritual worlds, can be most seen.

Finally, Sacred Fire has no substantial Damage Value since it lacks any material qualities. Instead, Sacred Fire clashes based on rank - but nonetheless still reflects and abides by elemental interaction rules as usual. (i.e if a S ranked SF techniques clashes neutrally against a A ranked technique, the clash would weaken SF as though it were a normal S rank vs A rank clash, just with the clash itself occurring through a different unique mechanism.)


Finally, when Sacred Fire contacts a living target, it will not do damage by subjecting the victim to kinetic force but instead by dealing damage to the intangible aspects of a human, such as their nervous system, spiritual body, and chakra reserves. (Neurones and chakra pathways are organic physical structures, but ultimately only exist as conduits for forms of energy; electrical impulses, spiritual and physical energies and chakra.) Therefore victims of a Sacred fire technique will, by default, have their chakra pool reduced by an amount equal to the (placeholder) damage value of the Shinenton technique, and this reduction will re-occur at a doubling potency each turn until the aftereffects of Shinenton are purged from the victims system. (can be countered in the same way as Hungry Ghost) Like a flame, this infection will spread if a victim transfers their chakra to someone else. Individual Shinenton techniques may have different effects (to be described within individual CEJ) such as field limiting, or a parasitic effect that is ‘exothermic’ in expression - ‘burning’ at anyone within a particular vicinity to the technique.

Declined. A lot of things that need to be refined before this can be approved. First thing first, your understanding of Yin Release is flawed in your justification. You cannot cite Yin-Yang Release's Truth-Seeking Orbs. The first, and most obvious reason, is that they're a Yin-Yang based ability. They cannot be formed purely from Yin; those are the Yin Truth-Seeking Orbs and they do none of what is mentioned in this CE. The true TSB can only be used by the specific bios that were shown using them too. So remove any mention of them. Second, I'm not really sure why Hungry Ghost is mentioned here. Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite that consumes chakra and via established spiritual tether. So, honestly, get this entire second paragraph out of there. It just seems a lot of extra justification that really makes no sense. When it comes to a Yin element, as long as its reasonable, you can just end the justification at "Yin creates form from the imagination."

Second. You still have a lot of problems with what you define as 'material' and 'immaterial.' When it comes to the tangibility of Yin Release techniques we often use the term intangible for them. Think of Madara's Limbo technique; it could equally phase through Water Release as it did Fire Release. Energy isn't intangible. It is just as 'material' as Earth, Wood, Steel, and so on. So a huge part of this decline is really to clean up the terminology so you can better understand exactly what this element is interacting with. Because at the moment, it's really hard to decipher. You might have a clear idea in your head, but when someone else reads this is might be much more jumbled. For reference, see the colored paragraph in the abilities section.

The third paragraph just seems like you're shoving extra abilities in with no actual reasoning for them. It doesn't make sense why Sacred Fire can negate magnetic fields, kinetic energy, or gravity. These are all tangible things. Just because you can't visually perceive them doesn't mean they aren't physically real. It's a similar gripe I had with you trying to say that the nervous system is intangible. And some of the wording in the third paragraph really seems to rip into Force Release's territory, as well as Mystic Fire's.

For your Strengths and Weaknesses, you need to remove the neutrality part. That has to go. An element does not mention what it's neutral to unless it states that it is neutral to everything. Secondly, I'm not sure if a CE is going to be allowed to be intrinsically strong to Fuuinjutsu. Especially now that Fuuinjutsu works on Chakra interactions, rather than rank. I had a similar issue when I made my first draft of Mystic Fire and was turned down, so I'm going to apply the same logic here. This also has no reason to state things strengths to "neutrality clauses." That has to go. Make your S/W's simple. None of this extra stuff like "ash from Fire Release." All these conditions and qualifications generates wayyyyy too much to consider to actually approve the CE.

The core problem with this CE right now is the wording. It's so inconsistent and the definitions of the terms intangible/tangible (with respect to Yin Release), aren't really being respected. In your eyes, you see any energy as intangible. That isn't how it is in the RP. Intangibility is the same as Hands of Sloth and Limbo; they phase through anything, energy or otherwise. I get you want to make Black Salamander as a CE, and that can work. But CE have a very high bar for clarity and consistency and when it comes to an element as complicated as this, it is imperative that it be clear.

What I suggest you do is you sit down and rewrite the entire thing. Make a clear, core, basic concept and build from there. Right now it's doing too much in too confusing of terms. Thankfully I understand Black Salamander to know what you're trying to achieve.

The core concept of Shinenton is simple - if you unleash a flame on an environment, it will burn at the substance elements of said environment (i.e the solids and liquids - even water if hot enough) but do very little to the radiation, energy, and spiritual entities present in said environment. Shinenton is designed to inverse this process, ignoring the prior, and instead, affecting the latter.


Yin forms half of all creation and is representative of the immaterial, spiritual, metaphysical and imagination. It also has the power to create from the imagination, so the idea of a fire-based element that will function inverse to usual flames, afflicting ‘burning’ not on the material of an environment, but instead on an environment’s radiation, energy, and spiritual bodies, is plausible.


How it works:


Shinenton’s impact is determined by the degree of substance that an entity possesses. Bodies with a high degree of substance (with substance defined as ‘the real physical matter of which a person or thing consists and which has a tangible, solid presence that can be easily held, moved, or collided with by other solids and liquids) are highly resistant to the effects of Shinenton, while those that have lower degrees of substance (i.e, energy, ‘the spiritual’, and forms of radiation - which lack substance completely, and gasses and plasma, which possess a lower level of substance) are highly susceptible to its effects.


The reasons for this are twofold - the first is that Shinenton exists on a pane that is somewhat similar to electromagnetic radiation - allowing it to pass through solids and liquids unencumbered. Ergo, it has no real substance, and the energy that it produces is not easily diverted, absorbed or blocked by entities that do. (unless they happen to be techniques)


The second aspect is that in regards to its effects on the environment, Shinenton can be considered as an almost perfect inverse to normal flames. Where normal fire will wreak havoc on the materials within any given environment, Shinenton will not. Instead, the signature ‘burning’ effect of fire will be applied to forms of energy and radiation within the environment, thereby threatening the ecosystem in an entirely new way.


Created by combining Fire and Yin nature’s to form an entirely new element, Shinenton will, visually, take the form of black and gold flames so translucent in appearance that they will immediately invoke the impression of ‘ethereality’. These flames can be materialized wherever the user concentrates their chakra - whether it be from their body, the ground, or the air, and can freely pass through solids or liquids.


It can however be stopped by solids or liquids that are infused with chakra, and due to its nature possesses an inherent weakness against such techniques due to their higher levels of ‘substance’ that Shinenton struggles to undermine. (As opposed to usual where Shinenton would pass through these solids and liquids, it now has to clash with them, and struggles to do so effectively - these clashes will also be internal, these structures may lose their kinetic energy, crumble or lose form, but no external damage will be inflicted as Shinenton lacks the form to do so)


Against energy-based techniques, Shinenton will possess no such impediment, easily ‘burning’ away at forms of chakra that lack a substantial form. This gives it a unique advantage of being strong against absorption and sealing based techniques - as any attempt to interact with Shinenton in that manner is on the same level of folly as attempting to contain a burning cloth within another cloth. Therefore, Attempts to influence an element that indiscriminately burns energies and chakra through chakra or spiritual effects, is logically ineffective.



Similarly, the fact that Shinenton is a form of energy that has been designed to erase phenomena that lack substance, means that should the user transform into Sacred Fire, they would be able to free themselves of all environmental influences and freely transverse across the axis of space, unaffected by gravity, or any other ‘forces’ or forms of radiation.


Finally, lacking substance or the ability to produce ‘kinetic force’, Sacred Fire will instead deal damage by affecting the processes of the body that are based not in the solid material, but instead those that are based in energy, spirituality, and forms of radiation - namely a targets chakra reserve, spiritual body, and nervous system. Therefore victims that ‘burned’ by a Sacred fire technique will, by default, have their chakra pool reduced by an amount equal to the (placeholder) damage value of the Shinenton technique, and this reduction will re-occur at a doubling potency each turn until the aftereffects of Shinenton are purged from the victims system. (can be countered in the same way as Hungry Ghost) Like a flame, this infection will spread if a victim transfers their chakra to someone else. Individual Shinenton techniques may have different effects (to be described within individual CEJ) such as field limiting, or a parasitic effect that is ‘exothermic’ in expression - ‘burning’ at anyone within a particular vicinity to the technique.

Let me break this down because clearly whoever submitting this (Rucken or Scaze) still doesn't have a proper grasp on what Yin Release, spiritual, and physical mean in the RP. When we talk about PHYSICAL vs SPIRITUAL now in the RP we mean something totally different. What is physical in the RP now? Earth Release is physical! But Drackos, that's obvious. Of course Earth Release is physical, you dingus. Fine. Okay. What if I told you that Fire, Lightning, Wind, Sound, Radiation, and even Gravity are all physical. How about that, HUH!?! Do you see where I'm going with this? So you can understand why I lose my marbles when I see the bold/colored segment. I'll even copy paste it here for reference.

Summanus, otherwise known as nocturnal thunder, is an element based off of Ferrofluids, a substance containing molecularly small iron suspended in an oil based liquid, with an attraction to magnetic fields. These properties are present through a variety of Canon sources such as Storm release and Magnet Release alongside it's sand variations, alluding to the possibility of combining the basic element natures to create a hybrid whose sum exceeds it's parts. Through Earth Release, the iron quality is provided, whereas Water Release provides the oil base, and Lightning Release itself is utilised to create the magnetic fields required, whilst also providing it with an electrical charge. This creates a refractive dark liquid element that both contains and is reactive to charges.

How it works:
Summanus is an element achieved by combining the Earth, Water, and Lightning elemental natures, wherein the iron required is provided by the usage of Earth Release, which is then added to oily liquid base through Water Release, and finally made magentised through the usage of Lightning release. Naturally all of this occurs in tandem with one another. Alternatively, the user could manipulate pre-existent earth and water sources, changing them into Summanus through the addition of the missing components via simple chakra manipulation.

As mentioned, Summanus is a refractive dark liquid, one whose functionality closely resembles that of the water element, albeit with additional capabilities. Declined: Well for one, being a dark liquid that reflects light that intensely doesn't make sense. Dark Materials absorb light so by nature the element would be contradicting itself in that way. Secondly, having this element react to vibrations and sound waves is fine but having the electrical pulses it generates be equal to the strength of the technique/vibration it counters is not. Also since you can't control Summanus after it gains its charge from the vibrations, the explosions or "detonation" would be omnidirectional and not always away from the user. That can only be done if the thing you are releasing can be controlled by you i.e. Blast Release. Now on to the strengths and weaknesses. If this CE is oil based, it literally cannot be strong against fire it wouldn't make sense. Especially since its hydrophobic due to its oil like properties. If anything it'd be weak to fire. - Daemon

Declined: The refractive changes are a bit better but still seem really convoluted to just say the liquid is thick enough to block light. Also the logic behind the metal reflecting light doesnt necessarily make sense, since the metal particles are within a liquid that's absorbing the light already the metal wouldnt be able to reflect it. Then you also run into the issue of absorbing light being a trait of Mawscape. And for the vibration ability, its fine to have that ability be a jutsu for the CE, but having all of your ferrofluid techniques(regardless of rank) able to reflect electromagnetic waves of one rank or lower won't necessarily be allowed. The concept of it is fine but it'd have to be a standalone technique within the CE and not an inherent trait of the ferrofluid.

Custom element Japanese name: Takamabi
Custom element English name: High Heaven Fire
The element is based on: Fire Release + Yin
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Takamabi is a Yin based Fire element, created to enhance the ability to a peak level unlike standard ways. This is very reminiscent of Amaterasu, an ability heavily linked to Yin through the Uchiha's affiliation with spiritual energy. Due to Amaterasu being considered canonically as a Fire Jutsu and not a novel element that is the product of two other natures ( Such as Wood or Lava ) it directly suggests the capability of creating an element without the need of a secondary nature while using chakra alone to enhance it.

With the introduction of the Second Mizukage, we were directly shown how Yin Release, and in his case more specifically, Genjutsu can influence and effect techniques to create what can be compared to living illusionary effects in conjunction with Ninjutsu. This suggests the possibility of being capable of infusing Genjutsu into Ninjutsu, and more broadly, the possibility of infusing Yin into techniques to create reality altering phenomenon that are illusionary in nature. These two examples combined create the groundwork for Takamabi.
How it works: Explained simply, Takamabi is created through the combination of Fire chakra with Yin energy. This mixture takes on most physical characteristics of it's parent element: an energic flame state that can be released through a multitude of ways from the user, which are shared by Fire Release's forms: Mainly actual flames or super heated combustive ash released through the user's body or around him. Its actual appearance is that of a near white flame, contradictory of the Yin influence coursing through the element. This can appears as a complex white to silver aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles of a crimson color (though the colorful ripples can be personalized to the user, all colors except Fluorine Yellow (transparent)).

In contrast with other Fire elements, Takamabi does not cause physically burning sensations; actually, the flames feel quite cool, comparable to holding an ice cube in your hand. Because of this, the flames do not pose a threat of burning flesh and living entities physically. However, this flame causes a severely damaging burn to one's spiritual energy and presence, inflicting the damage there. It is this secondary trait of the element that allows it essentially bypass physical damage immunities granted to bodies and deal full spiritual damage unless appropriate spiritual defenses exist.

The primary trait of this element lies in it's ability to alter reality in context of other techniques and even opponents. When the flames of Takamabi techniques are met with the surrounding environment, the reality altering nature of Yin energy is capable of augmenting and physically changing properties of substances, objects and even terrains it remains in contact with. While this is further explored in techniques, this represents itself in examples such as creating a fireball that, upon contact with the earth, creates an explosion of Takamabi flames that burn the terrain in a 5 meters radius, as the flames burn they turn the original grassy plain into a desert-like sand oasis, creating a pocket of reality where there is grass all around a burning ground zero that was turned into a desert. This example of terraforming is also capable of leaving behind illusions and hallucinogenic like dream worlds in areas affected when living entities enter the area of effect. This ability, known as Shinkai or World of the Kami, is the consequence of having a physical substance burn with the flames of Takamabi, and last as long as there is chakra to power the flames, similar to how Amateratsu burns for 7 days and nights, but is different than Takamabi's ability of dealing spiritual damage, as Shinkai will terraform reality but not damage it. Because these augmentations of Shinkai use Yin to literally change the world it's affecting, these "illusions" cannot be broken through chakra surges but through dissipation of the chakra left behind. This means that Takamabi techniques cannot solely be defeated but either absorbed or sealed to prevent the reality augmenting effects on the terrain. These changes will, however, never last forever and at the rate of 5 chakra dissipated per turn, techniques augmenting the field will cease after the chakra for them has dissipated as well, reverting the terraforming effect back to the original terrain. While the immediate changing environment should be a giveaway, Takamabi leaves behind a wispy cold mist like effect when Shikai is in use, like heatwaves rippling over the whole terraformed pocket of illusion, and the occasional crackle of color personal to the user, making it easily discernable from actual reality and non-damaging to the original terrain affected by Shinkai.

Shinkai's effects also extend to living entities, as noted above but in a different way; while these illusions and reality alterations literally change the world as they interact with them, these techniques do similar effects when interacting with a target, albeit while causing spiritual damage. These alterations occur to the target as essentially real illusions, comparable to, but more accurate in use of the term, than Kurama Clan members. This means, that when a Takamabi technique lands on or near the target, in addition to the risk of spiritual damage dealt, the target will experience their surroundings or their mental space ( Such as the area where the Bijuu are housed ) altered and seared into an illusion not unlike Genjutsu itself, yet resulting from the reality-altering and spiritual burning effects of Takamabi. When being "burnt" by the flames of Takamabi, the target will have their chakra system seared into a realistic illusion, where their senses are manipulated into illusion-like effects and hallucinations. This is called the Yomi effect, or World of Dead. While the effects of Shinkai are easily discernable because only the area of effect by the flames are terraformed, and there is a clear heatwave-like ripple around the altered pocket, the effects of Yomi happen when hit directly with the flames of Takamabi, and will have the whole person exude the same heatwave-like ripples in the air, but they won't notice it themselves, for they will be trapped within the illusion.

These illusions are more realistic and resilient due to Takamabi's Yin infusion and properties, and will affect an opponent for as long as there is chakra, dropping at a rate of 10 chakra per turn (Higher than Shinkai), and need to be combated by sealing or absorbing the chakra that is burning the system, or similarily healed by Yang energy, similar to Shinkai's effect on terrain. While they can affect most Genjutsu immunities, including Doujutsu and other Yin-based Genjutsu, the target can still combat the effects of Yomi by using a method 1 rank higher than the required for a same rank basic Genjutsu. For example, the user would be able to purge the Takamabi's searing chakra from a B rank technique by using an A rank Genjutsu Release technique, Full-Body Chakra surges must thus also be significantly higher, requiring an S rank body surge in the aforementioned case. The illusions from Takamabi's chakra can't be released through Pain.

The hallucinogenic illusions of Yomi can be modulated by the user's chakra, creating the desired altered reality to entrap their targets. When a third element physically or spiritually (By a spiritual technique link, or genjutsu, for example) touches those affected by Yomi, they will get burn by the flames of Takamabi, showcase the spreading effect of Fire. This burning by contact requires anyone wishing to help a victim of Takamabi to use the appropriate methods of sealing, absorbing or Yang healing in order to not be affected as well.

Declined: This element is very creative and interesting but does run into some issues. I'll start at the first bolded section and move downward from here on out. First off, the production of this element as a super heated ash likely won't happen for two reasons. Firstly, the element is a cold flame that doesn't burn so releasing it from the body as superheated ash contradicts what you wrote later in the element. Secondly, I'd rather an element like this be a single "phase" sort of element so if you are gonna pick ash stick to ash or if you are gonna pick energy stick to energy (especially due to the SPM rules now). Second, bolded section the changes to reality should work on in a turn based fashion rather than a flat rate of chakra dissipation. Makes it easier for you to adjust the turn limits on illusions when making techniques. -5 per turn is too low anyway for reality warping flames in my opinion anyway. The prior comments apply to the 3rd bolded section as well. Looking at your Example technique, I hope the additional damage per turn until healed thing isn't going to be a mainstay in the CE because that isn't going to be okay since they already have to go the extra mile to break the illusion (can't break it by pain and can only be sealed or broken through stronger chakra surges). Lastly, this is general thing with the CE. What are the limits of the level of reality warping are you able to attain? Is it simply changing the terrain/putting the opponent under genjutsu like effects or can the reality warping get as wild as something like Izanagi? The element is based on: Fire Release + Yin
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Takamabi is a Yin based Fire element, created to enhance the ability to a peak level unlike standard ways. This is very reminiscent of Amaterasu, an ability heavily linked to Yin through the Uchiha's affiliation with spiritual energy. Due to Amaterasu being considered canonically as a Fire Jutsu and not a novel element that is the product of two other natures ( Such as Wood or Lava ) it directly suggests the capability of creating an element without the need of a secondary nature while using chakra alone to enhance it.

With the introduction of the Second Mizukage, we were directly shown how Yin Release, and in his case more specifically, Genjutsu can influence and effect techniques to create what can be compared to living illusionary effects in conjunction with Ninjutsu. This suggests the possibility of being capable of infusing Genjutsu into Ninjutsu, and more broadly, the possibility of infusing Yin into techniques to create reality altering phenomenon that are illusionary in nature. These two examples combined create the groundwork for Takamabi.
How it works: Explained simply, Takamabi is created through the combination of Fire chakra with Yin energy. This mixture takes on most physical characteristics of it's parent element: an energic flame state that can be released in the form of a near white flame, contradictory of the Yin influence coursing through the element. This can appears as a complex white to silver aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles of a crimson color (though the colorful ripples can be personalized to the user, all colors).

In contrast with other Fire elements, Takamabi does not cause physically burning sensations; actually, the flames feel quite cool, comparable to holding an ice cube in your hand. Because of this, the flames do not pose a threat of burning flesh and living entities physically. However, this flame causes a severely damaging burn to one's spiritual energy and presence, inflicting the damage there. It is this secondary trait of the element that allows it essentially bypass physical damage immunities granted to bodies and deal full spiritual damage unless appropriate spiritual defenses exist.

The primary trait of this element lies in it's ability to alter reality in context of other techniques and even opponents. When the flames of Takamabi techniques are met with the surrounding environment, the reality altering nature of Yin energy is capable of augmenting and physically changing properties of substances, objects and even terrains it remains in contact with. While this is further explored in techniques, this represents itself in examples such as creating a fireball that, upon contact with the earth, creates an explosion of Takamabi flames that burn the terrain in a 5 meters radius, as the flames burn they turn the original grassy plain into a desert-like sand oasis, creating a pocket of reality where there is grass all around a burning ground zero that was turned into a desert. This example of terraforming is also capable of leaving behind illusions and hallucinogenic like dream worlds in areas affected when living entities enter the area of effect. This ability, known as Shinkai or World of the Kami, is the consequence of having a physical substance burn with the flames of Takamabi, and last as long as there is chakra to power the flames, similar to how Amateratsu burns for 7 days and nights, but is different than Takamabi's ability of dealing spiritual damage, as Shinkai will terraform reality but not damage it. Because these augmentations of Shinkai use Yin to literally change the world it's affecting, these "illusions" cannot be broken through chakra surges but through dissipation of the chakra left behind. This means that Takamabi techniques cannot solely be defeated but either absorbed or sealed to prevent the reality augmenting effects on the terrain. These changes will, however, never last forever and techniques augmenting the field will cease after the chakra for them has dissipated as well, reverting the terraforming effect back to the original terrain. This is dissipated at differing rates dependent on the rank of the technique, starting at 10 chakra per turn for B ranks and rising as high as 20 Chakra per turn for S and Forbidden ranked techniques, fueled from the chakra present in the technique used While the immediate changing environment should be a giveaway, Takamabi leaves behind a wispy cold mist like effect when Shikai is in use, like heatwaves rippling over the whole terraformed pocket of illusion, and the occasional crackle of color personal to the user, making it easily discernable from actual reality and non-damaging to the original terrain affected by Shinkai.

Shinkai's effects also extend to living entities, as noted above but in a different way; while these illusions and reality alterations literally change the world as they interact with them, these techniques do similar effects when interacting with a target, albeit while causing spiritual damage. These alterations occur to the target as essentially real illusions, comparable to, but more accurate in use of the term, than Kurama Clan members. This means, that when a Takamabi technique lands on or near the target, in addition to the risk of spiritual damage dealt, the target will experience their surroundings or their mental space ( comparable to the area where the Bijuu are housed in the user's psyche ) altered and seared into an illusion not unlike Genjutsu itself, yet resulting from the reality-altering and spiritual burning effects of Takamabi. When being "burnt" by the flames of Takamabi, the target will have their chakra system seared into a realistic illusion, where their senses are manipulated into illusion-like effects and hallucinations. This is called the Yomi effect, or World of Dead. While the effects of Shinkai are easily discernable because only the area of effect by the flames are terraformed, and there is a clear heatwave-like ripple around the altered pocket, the effects of Yomi happen when hit directly with the flames of Takamabi, and will have the whole person exude the same heatwave-like ripples in the air, but they won't notice it themselves, for they will be trapped within the illusion-like world.

These illusions are more realistic and resilient due to Takamabi's Yin infusion and properties, and will affect an opponent for as long as there is chakra, dropping at a rate of 5 more chakra per turn than Shinkai techniques, starting at 15 chakra per turn for B ranks, and need to be combated by sealing or absorbing the chakra that is burning the system, or healed by Yang energy, similar to Shinkai's effect on terrain. While they can affect most Genjutsu immunities, including Doujutsu and other Yin-based Genjutsu, the target can still combat the effects of Yomi by using a method 1 rank higher than the required for a same rank basic Genjutsu. For example, the user would be able to purge the Takamabi's searing chakra from a B rank technique by using an A rank Genjutsu Release technique, Full-Body Chakra surges must thus also be significantly higher, requiring an A rank body surge in the aforementioned case. The illusions from Takamabi's chakra can't be released through Pain.

The effects of both Shinkai and Yomi can vary widely by nature but can still be categorized and detailed in examples and furthermore detailed in submissions. Because Shinkai effects are aimed at non-living entities and the terrain, these can cause changes in appearance, properties and item's function similar to Yin Release: Change Into Heaven. These effects differ from the aforementioned technique because these effects are the inherent aftermath of clashes. Effects can range from simple terraforming such as turning earth into water, conjurations of man-made items, to advanced changes such as decreasing/increasing speed of items, projectiles, or targets, the perception of the passage of time, and similar effects. These can only ever be present after Takamabi Flames have touched a non-living substance/terrain.

Yomi entails the effects of Takamabi's burning sentient beings, and pertains to the conyinuation of the dimension shown in Shinkai, whereas outside the flames one sees a limited portal, and while inside and directly burned by the flames one sees the dimension in full, all around, as if one was transported there, and can interact with any construct created within an overlapping Shinkai and Yomi effect zone. Yomi effects can only trigger in living entities and much like Shinkai effect, cause reality altering effects as well as powerful illusionary effects in the target, combining to create the Yomi world when afflicted, appearing similarly to Tsukoyomi in appearance and to Kurama Clan in function. What differs from this and the Kurama Clan is these are not merely illusions and damage will not end their reality breaking effects. When afflicted and present in Yomi, different effects have been known to be applied though by nature a full list cannot exist here, only in individual submissions. Effects can range from concepts as small as inverted movement and loss of a sense/speed to advanced concepts such as time dilation, space/time movement within a Shinkai zone, manipulation of surroundings and entities and more - all limited via individual technique detailing effects/real illusion on a target.


The hallucinogenic illusions of Yomi can be modulated by the user's chakra, creating the desired altered reality to entrap their targets. When a third element physically or spiritually (By a spiritual technique link, or genjutsu, for example) touches those affected by Yomi, they will get burn by the flames of Takamabi, showcase the spreading effect of Fire. This burning by contact requires anyone wishing to help a victim of Takamabi to use the appropriate methods of sealing, absorbing or Yang healing in order to not be affected as well.

The element is based on: Yang + Fire + Kinjutsu

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Throughout the series, we've seen mediums such as the soil/earth in Forbidden Earth Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil to be used to revive corpses as zombies as a form of reanimation. Yang Release in the context of the series has been shown to have life giving qualities so potent that it allowed Might Gai to defy death after the usage of the Eighth Gate. Eternal Flame aims to combine these two concepts using Life giving flames as a conduit for Kinjutsu usage.

How it works: Eternal Flame is a cross section between the life force manipulating powers of Yang Release, Fire Release, and the unholy powers of Kinjutsu. Naturally, this combination of elements and styles results in an energy based element, an aquamarine colored flame. Unlike normal flames, the Eternal Flame does not produce heat but yet can still "burn" the opponent on contact by filling the target up with intense amounts of Yang Energy causing an intense burning sensation that's characteristic of so many Yang Release Techniques. These flames are more concussive on impact, bursting through solid structures easily or combusting into a powerful explosion. However, the Eternal Flame has unique spin on this concept. When contacting with an opponent or target, the Flames of the Eternal Flame burn the opponent on contact by filling them with copius amounts of Yang Energy, this yang energy in reality is the essence of the Eternal Flame itself, leaving behind a "burning core" of Eternal Flame that lays dormant within the opponent/target, slowly "burning them" over time. This dormant "core" of Eternal Flame becomes active upon the death or KO of the opponent which ties into the next and main ability of the Eternal Flame. As stated before, Eternal Flame is known to "combust" resulting in an explosion of aquamarine flames. The embers resulting from the flame and the explosion can spread to other entities living or deceased, that eventually "grow" into Eternal Flame "cores". This is akin to the embers of a flame being capable of igniting other structures to set them ablaze. This property allows Eternal Flame into quickly spread and affect its targets. These embers contact an entity and "burn" them as mentioned before. Using the target's life energy and body as kindling for a flame, the effects of the ember grows into a fully fledged Eternal Flame "core". When brought into contact with a living target/opponent, this "core" can manipulate the life energy of the target itself, "burning" their life energy as kindling resulting in health drain. This is not damage but rather a continuous draining of the opponents health similar to vampirism to keep the cores going within their living opponents.

Eternal Flame as hinted at by its elemental composition is enhanced through Yang Release but rather than giving it sentience, the user is able to manipulate the life giving energies of Yang through the fire itself which comes into play in conjunction with the element's Kinjutsu affinity. Eternal Flame at it's most basic level is capable of reviving fallen enemies through the powers of Kinjutsu and Yang. It begins with the fundamental concept of Yang being able to manipulate vitality and the energy of life itself, The ability to give life to form. Through the Eternal Flame, the user is able to restore the life force to fallen victims, reviving them as zombie like husks of themselves that emanate a glowing Aquamarine flame from its body. The Eternal Flame invades the corpse of the fallen leaving a "core" of flame within the husk, this flame acts as an "engine" within the corpses body and powers them. The Kinjutsu aspect of Eternal Flame preserves the corpses as husks as well as work with the Yang aspect of this element to facilitate the reanimation and autonomy of the corpses. In combination with its Kinjutsu affinity, revived undead do not have their souls linked to the body and thus is able to have their entire personality suppressed. This results in two forms of resurrection: Incomplete and Perfect Resurrect. Through Incomplete Resurrection, the fallen entities will revive in a zombified state as a lifeless husk able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the flames within their body as a source. In Perfect Resurrection, the revived entity is under complete control of the user, able to use their Canon and Custom Clan techniques in addition to being able to use Eternal Flame themselves. Perfect Resurrections have their original health pools while Imperfect Resurrection will have health up to the rank of the Eternal Flame Technique used to revive them. The combination of Yang and Kinjutsu allows for the resurrection of fallen victims without the need for complicated set up. Logically, this revival property can be used on allies, enemies or even summons. In the case of summons, the flames taking over and giving life to the summoning's body without it reverse summoning upon death. This revival ability of Eternal Flame is known as "Rebirth". (Rebirth will be submitted as a custom outlining the restrictions and time limits on revived entities depending on the rank of the Eternal Flame technique). As stated formerly, opponents on contact with the Eternal Flame while still living will have an Eternal Flame "core" placed within them. This Eternal Flame core will trigger upon their death, reviving them through Perfect Resurrection. Imperfect Resurrection is typically used when the target has already deceased and the Eternal Flame was used on them after their death or KO.

At it's highest expression, Eternal Flame, through its "Rebirth" application can be applied to users of Eternal Flame as well. In this application, Eternal Flame can return life force back to the user's body and reanimate the user's corpse, using Yang energy to restore life to the body, restoring the user to their near prime condition similarly to Oral Rebirth (this application would be it's own standalone technique). In essence using a Perfect Resurrection on themselves. Which can be primarily be done by generating the Eternal Flame within ones body to have it activate upon a met criteria ex. death. Lastly, these unholy flames can be used as a conduit for Kinjutsu able to use Kinjutsu throughout the flames within reason. This allows users of Eternal Flame to for example use Oral Rebirth on an ally by having them interact with the flames. As well as a mechanism to counteract other forms of Kinjutsu. For example, if an Edo Tensei gets hit with an Eternal Flame technique, the Eternal Flame is capable of overriding the Edo Tensei contract between the Edo and its owner having the Edo Tensei come under the Eternal Flame user's control by placing an Eternal Flame "core" within the Edo.

Rebirth allows for two different forms of resurrection: Imperfect Resurrection and Perfect Resurrection. These husks have HP equivalent to the rank of the Eternal Flame technique used to bring them back. They are also capable of using Eternal Flame techniques using their internal Eternal Flame as a source. Perfect Resurrection entails the revived entities to be revived as more perfect versions of themselves. Unlike Edo Tensei, the fallen victims soul is not tied to this corpse able to fall under the user's complete control. Perfect Resurrection gives the corpse the ability to use Canon Techniques the corpse had learned including Custom Clan techniques and also able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the internal Eternal Flame within the corpse as a source. Health Pools of Perfectly Resurrected corpses are equivalent to the original health pool of that entity. Once the revived entities are dispelled or die, they erupt into an explosion of Eternal Flame, these flames carry no damage but can input cores of Eternal Flame into surrounding enemies/targets.
Note: This technique is a constant trait of Eternal Flame and is thus always active and cannot be deactivated.

Declined. First I want to talk about Kinjutsu and Custom Elements. I discussed this with LoK and we're fine with it. I also discussed this with you, but I'm going to reiterate it here for a record that everyone can see. Kinjutsu can be combined with elements to make a Custom Element; but the rules on Custom Kinjutsu restrict the number of techniques possible for it. So 1 CEJ for a Kinjutsu Element would be considered 1 of the 2 possible Kinjutsu CJ that someone can make. This means to fill the element one has to purchase Custom Kinjutsu multiple times (6 to be exact) to get all 12 CEJ. This means that one has to spend 57,000 Kumi to fill the CE. Custom Kinjutsu CE cannot be submitted without at least two Custom Kinjutsu slots already owned. I also wanted this check to be as thorough as possible as Yang combined with Kinjutsu as a Custom Element has the potential to be one of the strongest possible custom combinations. So it's going to fall under strict scrutiny because of how powerful it can become.

Okay, with that out of the way now onto the CE itself. It's interesting. But if my problem can be boiled down to a sentence it's this: it seems to be a way that just circumvents how Edo Tensei works in the RP and NW. That's the basic gist of the problem I have with it. So I'm fine with the concept of resurrection and manipulating life energy/vitality (however we want to term it), but I want to avoid a slippery slope here because it's a bit vague on how these things are classified in the CE. First, I'm not convinced this would work on Edo Tensei. The CE creates Burning Cores to manipulate life energy. But Edo Tensei, by default, have no life energy. All they are is just a husk of dust coalesced on a corpse, with the soul of the original entity inside it. The moment you target non-living entities you suddenly give this limitless potential. At what point is the distinction between say, a rock, and other non-living beings made?

The second issue here is that the embers created from combustion sound like a passive result of clashes. I had an issue with Rexii's Children of Tiamat CE with something similar. Where he basically said that all techniques of his element cause this passive side effect to the terrain, creating S-Rank chitin even when used by a D-Rank of his element. Now that is a bit more of an extreme example, but same idea right? This is basically added onto every technique now as part of the CE.

So in regards to Imperfect Resurrection - I read this multiple times and had to be sure but it's basically just Edo Tensei except it works in the Ninja World. So when someone gets KO'd in the NW we aren't treating them as dead. There's really nothing to resurrect at all. Their life energy is perfectly intact, and all this would serve to do is really burn them more. I can't allow it to be used like this in the NW. Now if death is agreed upon, that's a totally different story. But as it stands now using this on KO'd people just circumvents so many rules. Likewise, it also can't be used to circumvent specializations. Edo Tensei Specialists get a max of 2 Edo Tensei. In some ways, this is better than Edo. In others it is worse. But it shouldn't be able to beat out those specializations - i.e. having a max of 2 Edos at any time.

Alright last off, and most egregious thing, is that Eternal Flame can't be used as a conduit for other Kinjutsu techniques. You can't touch someone with it and trigger Oral Rebirth. That's basically just exceeding what the CE is itself.

When contacting with an opponent or target, the Flames of the Eternal Flame burn the opponent on contact by filling them with copious amounts of Yang Energy, this yang energy in reality is the essence of the Eternal Flame itself, leaving behind a "burning core" of Eternal Flame that lays dormant within the opponent/target, slowly "burning them" over time. This dormant "core" of Eternal Flame becomes active upon the death of the opponent which ties into the next and main ability of the Eternal Flame . When brought into contact with a living target/opponent, this "core" can manipulate the life energy of the target itself, "burning" their life energy as kindling resulting in health drain. This is not damage but rather a continuous draining of the opponents health similar to vampirism to keep the cores going within their living opponents.

Eternal Flame as hinted at by its elemental composition is enhanced through Yang Release but rather than giving it sentience, the user is able to manipulate the life giving energies of Yang through the fire itself which comes into play in conjunction with the element's Kinjutsu affinity. Eternal Flame at it's most basic level is capable of reviving fallen enemies through the powers of Kinjutsu and Yang. It begins with the fundamental concept of Yang being able to manipulate vitality and the energy of life itself, The ability to give life to form. Through the Eternal Flame, the user is able to restore the life force to fallen victims, reviving them as zombie like husks of themselves that emanate a glowing Aquamarine flame from its body. The Eternal Flame invades the corpse of the fallen leaving a "core" of flame within the husk, this flame acts as an "engine" within the corpses body and powers them. The Kinjutsu aspect of Eternal Flame preserves the corpses as husks as well as work with the Yang aspect of this element to facilitate the reanimation and autonomy of the corpses. In combination with its Kinjutsu affinity, revived undead do not have their souls linked to the body and thus is able to have their entire personality suppressed. This results in two forms of resurrection: Imperfect and Perfect Resurrection. Through Imperfect Resurrection, the fallen entities will revive in a zombified state as a lifeless husk able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the flames within their body as a source. Imperfect Resurrection is typically used as a generic mechanism of revival, able to bring back generic husks at will. This allows Eternal Flame to resurrect generic corpses which can vary from human corpses to animal corpses etc. Through manipulation of life energy and the flexibility of Kinjutsu, these revived generic entities can have their physical properties changed to give them more arms, heads, wings for flight etc similar to Ring of Hell. Allowing in variation characteristics of these undead and varying level of strength, both of which are dependent on the Eternal Flame technique itself. The number of undead revived per technique also depends on the Eternal Flame Technique itself. Imperfect Resurrection will have health up to the rank of the Eternal Flame Technique used to revive them. In Perfect Resurrection, the revived entity is under complete control of the user, able to use their Canon and Custom Clan techniques in addition to being able to use Eternal Flame themselves. Perfect Resurrections have their original health pools while The combination of Yang and Kinjutsu allows for the resurrection of fallen victims without the need for complicated set up. Logically, this revival property can be used on allies, enemies, Yin-Yang Creations or even summons. In the case of summons, the flames taking over and giving life to the summoning's body without it reverse summoning upon death. This revival ability of Eternal Flame is known as "Rebirth". As stated formerly, opponents on contact with the Eternal Flame while still living will have an Eternal Flame "core" placed within them. This Eternal Flame core will trigger upon their death, reviving them through Perfect Resurrection. Imperfect Resurrection is typically used when the target has already deceased and the Eternal Flame was used on them after their death. At it's highest expression, Eternal Flame, through its "Rebirth" application can be applied to users of Eternal Flame as well. In this application, Eternal Flame can return life force back to the user's body and reanimate the user's corpse, using Yang energy to restore life to the body, restoring the user to their near prime condition similarly to Oral Rebirth (this application would be it's own standalone technique). In essence using a Perfect Resurrection on themselves, however in this application the user's soul is still tied to their body. Which can be primarily be done by generating the Eternal Flame within ones body to have it activate upon a met criteria (ex. death.)

The final property of the Eternal Flame is based on how it interacts with targets, specifically the living. Through the Eternal Flame and its ability to manipulate life force as well as it's affinity with Kinjutsu, the user is able to blur the line between life and death through direct manipulation of their life force. Living entities struct with the Eternal Flame will become "closer" to a death-like state and to the afterlife itself while simultaneously placing a "core" on them (as stated before). Foes struck with the Eternal Flame go through a zombification process in which a physical necrosis takes hold of the body. Thus target's struck with the Eternal Flame have the affected area fall limp as the life energy is manipulated out of that specific section of their body. Life Energy ripped from the target can be stored within the Eternal Flame itself and redistributed to other targets allowing the flames to easily facilitate an empowered Imperfect Resurrection, this can manifest as increased speed of the undead, increased health pool etc or applied to an existing Perfect Resurrection for similar effects. The amount of life force stolen from the target is dependent on the Eternal Flame technique used.

The users Eternal Flame manipulates the vital energy giving life to form through the use of its Yang compotent while the Kinjutsu aspect of Eternal Flame preserves the user's control over the beings, resurrecting them as zombies. The flames encompass their body and invade it putting the fallen entity under the user's control. The revived enemies, summons, allies etc will have flaming Aquamarine eyes as well as an ever present flame radiating throughout their body, acting similarly to an internal engine. Rebirth allows for two different forms of resurrection: Imperfect Resurrection and Perfect Resurrection. Imperfect Resurrection entails the user bringing back fallen entities as zombified husks with an internal burning core of the Eternal Flame. These husks have HP equivalent to the rank of the Eternal Flame technique used to bring them back. They are also capable of using Eternal Flame techniques using their internal Eternal Flame as a source. Perfect Resurrection entails the revived entities to be revived as more perfect versions of themselves. Unlike Edo Tensei, the fallen victims soul is not tied to this corpse able to fall under the user's complete control. Perfect Resurrection gives the corpse the ability to use Canon Techniques the corpse had learned including Custom Clan techniques and also able to use Eternal Flame Techniques themselves using the internal Eternal Flame within the corpse as a source. Health Pools of Perfectly Resurrected corpses are equivalent to the original health pool of that entity. Once the revived entities are dispelled or die, they erupt into an explosion of Eternal Flame, these flames carry no damage but can input cores of Eternal Flame into surrounding enemies/targets.
Note: This technique is a constant trait of Eternal Flame and is thus always active and cannot be deactivated.

The element is based on:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Summanus, otherwise known as nocturnal thunder, is an element based off of Ferrofluids, a substance containing molecularly small iron suspended in an oil based liquid, with an attraction to magnetic fields. These properties are present through a variety of Canon sources such as Storm release and Magnet Release alongside it's sand variations, alluding to the possibility of combining the basic element natures to create a hybrid whose sum exceeds it's parts. Through Earth Release, the iron quality is provided, whereas Water Release provides the oil base, and Lightning Release itself is utilised to create the magnetic fields required, whilst also providing it with an electrical charge. This creates a refractive dark liquid element that both contains and is reactive to charges.

How it works:
Summanus is an element achieved by combining the Earth, Water, and Lightning elemental natures, wherein the iron required is provided by the usage of Earth Release, which is then added to oily liquid base through Water Release, and finally made magentised through the usage of Lightning release. Naturally all of this occurs in tandem with one another. Alternatively, the user could manipulate pre-existent earth and water sources, changing them into Summanus through the addition of the missing components via simple chakra manipulation.

As mentioned, Summanus is a refractive dark liquid, one whose functionality closely resembles that of the water element, albeit with additional capabilities. The element's main point is it's reactivity to magnetic fields, where it's shape rapidly changes into different forms, typically one's containing jagged and spiked edges. Due to it's oily composition and functionality, this makes the element quite adverse, as it behaves as a hydrophobic element, one capable of repelling fluid. As for it's refractive properties, the element's 'oily composition' absorbs light and sends it through each of the element's 'iron grains' which are capable of reflecting light, enabling the element to take in light sources and prevent blinding to the user. Due to each grain containing these properties, the reflected light can be made to not blind the user and allies through controlling how the light is reflected when it makes contact with Summanus, although this can not be used to blind opponents. Due to typically existing with an innate charge, products of the element appear to be in a constant flow, wherein the constructs appear to be breathing to a certain extent, with the produced element itself being capable of achieving flight easily through said manipulation of electrical charge.

Summanus can also be utilised as a surfactants, allowing other liquids to spread faster, or alternatively be used to enclose objects, such as tech/tools, toxins, and poisons within them to be protected or selectively released at later points through manipulation of the magnetic fields. Combined with the elements high energy harvesting capabilities, this gives a high potential to cause significant damage under the right conditions. The elements energy harvesting capabilities comes in it’s reaction towards external vibrational and sound forces that come into contact with the element. These forces would cause the automated omnidirectional release of electrical charges from the liquid one rank lower than the strength of the technique's strength, with them being aesthetically coloured in a mixture of golden, royal purple, and black. When forcibly released as such, the user would have no control over the charges, and it would prevent the user from manipulating Summanus surfactants and toxin enclosing functions, wherein stored materials will be released outwards away from the user, regardless of the fact the Summanus is inherently durable to such forces. However, these charges can be triggered though the user himself by collapsing the liquid upon itself, forming the necessary vibrational forces to produce the charges in a controlled fashion. Combined with the elements naturally appearing to be a dark breathing, this application often gives the appearance a touch of flare through the uniquely colored charge, giving it’s name Nocturnal Thunder/Summanus.

Declined: The refractive changes are a bit better but still seem really convoluted to just say the liquid is thick enough to block light. Also the logic behind the metal reflecting light doesnt necessarily make sense, since the metal particles are within a liquid that's absorbing the light already the metal wouldnt be able to reflect it. Then you also run into the issue of absorbing light being a trait of Mawscape. And for the vibration ability, its fine to have that ability be a jutsu for the CE, but having all of your ferrofluid techniques(regardless of rank) able to reflect electromagnetic waves of one rank or lower won't necessarily be allowed. The concept of it is fine but it'd have to be a standalone technique within the CE and not an inherent trait of the ferrofluid.

Custom element English name: Chitinous Vestige Release

The element is based on: Sea of life + Fuuinjutsu

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): This element is based on the sea of life’s ability to alter living things on the genetic level, being an ability unique to the roleplay it’s difficult to prove this particularly ability in the manga context, however when combined with fuuinjutsu which is capable of absorbing chakra the ability of Chitinous Vestige becomes possible. Also chitin itself exists in the series as beetles and bugs exist, given the sea of lifes abilities to alter life modifying and altering afflicted organic matter in to corrupted chitin should be possible.

How it works: This element works similarly to the jutsu in the sea of life canon list, however this form unlike the canon variant is solid in nature, being many microscopic solid pieces that form lattice like designs, so while it can still have limited malleability it’s always in a solid state. This solid state allows the lattices to be formed as fuuinjutsu seals for the express purpose of absorbing chakra inside the chitinous shapes created by the element, unlike most custom elements however chitinous vestige is entirely defensive in nature so while this ability to absorb things is powerful it can never be used in an offensive way, only defensive and supplementary. This release will essentially create solid constructs that can clash with enemy techniques and absorb the chakra from them, they then remain on the field and using the absorbed chakra begin to convert the land around their location into more chitinous vestige at a set rate. Any living thing that remains in contact with this element, will be affected by the amino-geis at the standard rate outlined in the children of Tiamat rules. Despite its inability to cause damage Chitinous Vestige excels at terrain control and inhibiting adversaries, though it should be noted that unlike the regular sea of life the Chitinous Vestige can not be shifted in to different forms like the vile haze or the liquid standard form. Visually speaking the element appears like regular chitin in the real world, however this form is altered by the sea of life at a fundamental level, taking on a grey appearance with cracked glowing red lines throughout. Chakra absorbed by the element from opposing techniques is not returned to the user of the element, instead being stored directly in the chitinous vestige and spent to convert the surrounding area. Once the chakra stored in the object has been spent it will crumble to dust, however the ground it has converted will not revert to it's original state and will remain as chitinous vestige unless it is destroyed or converted.

This chitinous vestige when clashing with an opposing technique will be capable of absorbing it based on the standard fuuinjutsu rulings, once a technique has been absorbed the chitinous vestige will plant itself in the ground and begin converting the terrain around it at a rate of five meters per turn in all directions. Anything that comes into contact with the converted ground will be afflicted with the amino-geis.
Note: Each turn the dragons teeth uses ten chakra to convert the surrounding area, used directly from the reserves of chakra it absorbed from enemy techniques.

Breaking the detainment requires the enemy to use a technique with more chakra than the vestige can absorb.

Declined. Reading through this a couple times I couldn't help but realize this was a really long winded and complicated way to just say you convert dirt into chitin. This isn't an ability that is particularly unique when it comes to the RP; Earth and Steel are the first two skills that come to mind when I think of that. But there is no need for Fuuinjutsu, or anything like that. So that just leads me to believe that this is just an attempt to make the Sea of Life affect things that aren't living - i.e. the terrain. So I'm not necessarily opposed to it, but doing it this way seems convoluted. The CE overall seems to lack an identity aside from just being solid Sea of Life.

The other major issue here is this one line: "Once the chakra stored in the object has been spent it will crumble to dust, however the ground it has converted will not revert to it's original state and will remain as chitinous vestige unless it is destroyed, converted terrain will always be considered S ranked in terms of durability." This has to go because it seems to me that you could make any technique of any rank just freely create something that is S-Rank.

This element is based on the sea of life’s ability to alter living things on the genetic level, being an ability unique to the roleplay it’s difficult to prove this particularly ability in the manga context, however when combined with aspects of fuuinjutsu which is capable of absorbing chakra the ability of Chitinous Vestige becomes possible. Also chitin itself exists in the series as beetles and bugs exist, given the sea of life's abilities to alter life modifying and altering afflicted organic matter into corrupted chitin should be possible.

How it works: This element works similarly to the jutsu in the sea of life canon list, however this form unlike the canon variant is solid in nature, being many microscopic solid pieces that form lattice like designs, so while it can still have limited malleability it’s always in a solid state. This solid state allows the lattices to be formed as fuuinjutsu seals for the express purpose of absorbing chakra inside the chitinous shapes created by the element, unlike most custom elements however chitinous vestige is entirely defensive and supplementary in nature so while this ability to absorb things is powerful it can never be used in an offensive way, only defensive and supplementary.

This release will essentially create solid constructs that can clash with enemy techniques and absorb the chakra from them, they then remain on the field and using the absorbed chakra begin to convert the land around their location into more chitinous vestige at a set rate. Any living thing that remains in contact with this element, will be affected by the amino-geis at the standard rate outlined in the children of Tiamat rules. Despite its inability to cause damage Chitinous Vestige excels at terrain control and inhibiting adversaries, though it should be noted that unlike the regular sea of life the Chitinous Vestige can not be shifted into different forms like the vile haze or the liquid standard form. Visually speaking the element appears like regular chitin in the real world, however this form is altered by the sea of life at a fundamental level, taking on a grey appearance with cracked glowing red lines throughout. Chakra absorbed by the element from opposing techniques is not returned to the user of the element, instead being stored directly in the chitinous vestige and spent to convert the surrounding area. Once the chakra stored in the object has been spent it will crumble to dust, however the ground it has converted will not revert to its original state and will remain as chitinous vestige unless it is destroyed.

Uniquely the chitinous vestige will, through the usage of certain techniques, begin to corrupt small creatures inside the ground like worms and bugs. These corrupted amalgamations will be drawn inside the vestige and erupt from a cocoon of the element, rendering the chitinous vestige inert but creating a powerful minion or minions. However this presents the user with a choice between expanding their terrain control or sacrificing it for a minion.

Anything that comes into contact with the converted ground will be afflicted with the amino-geis.

Note: Each turn the dragon's teeth uses ten chakra to convert the surrounding area, used directly from the reserves of chakra it absorbed from enemy techniques.

The cocoon has a HP value equal to it’s rank, modified by being made of the sea of life, I.E an A rank has 80 hp an S rank has 100 hp. After being on the field for one turn, the cocoon will hatch revealing a monstrous creature with the same health points as the cocoon, this creature is capable of utilizing the sea of life however the sea of life will be in a solid form similar to chitinous vestige and will act as a prison for enemies struck by them, similar to the binding sand coffin, leaving victims paralysed physically even after suffering damage.

We've seen elements created in the anime/manga that are using either Yin or Yang in complex mixtures with naturally occurring elements such as Typhoon, Blaze and Black lightning. Naturally these elements doesn't chemically or physically are allowed to exist but because that they are infused with aspects that are beyond our comprehension, Acewrath can be formed and have its core based in that of fire release and allow to be yielded unique properties that are described below.
How it works:
The element Acewrath is using natural fire chakra in combination with Yin to create formidable and otherwise unnatural attributes that comes with the element. Using fire as a base, Acewrath release will pertain a malleable and energetic kind of pure flames as the base of how the element works. It can be used to breathe out from the users mouth, they can channel it through their hands and feet as well and use all four of those focal points as release points. Acewrath release cannot be formed from thin air, it has to have the user as its point of origin, akin to that of fire release. Acewrath release has two major aesthetically differences to that of fire release. One being that it is a mixture of blue and crimson red in its color, which lets anyone distinguish the differences between the two. The pattern is often chaotic and random. Due to the fact the fire chakra is enhanced by the users Yin aspect, it will be considered neutral to all elemental interactions, but it can also be used with more chakra more consistently which usually can give Acewrath release an upper edge in elemental interactions. There are a few factors that makes Acewrath release stand out and explains why it is needed to be used with Yin mastery.

The flames are purely energetic but can, on the users command, pertain a completely intangible state. This usually costs a move and additional chakra depending on the technique. What is not depending on the technique and goes for all usages of this transformation, however, is that during its intangible state it can warp/phase through any obstacle but can at the same time deal no damage or spread or absorb chakra. It simply, briefly, cease to exist and cannot be tracked or can be seen by anyone or even be sensed by anyone. Through shape manipulation, the user can still manipulate the Acewrath release in this form.

The properties of the flames are unimaginable hot and carries a property that is speculated to exist in our universe, called a Kugelblitz. What one can take away from that is that due to the massive amounts of purity and intensity, the Acewrath release creates an attractive pull that can essentially "suck" chakra towards it and thus increases its size. This is also something that is references to once the element makes contact with a physical object, such as the ground or flesh. The fires doesn't simply spread like your average campfire, no, they will instead create a focal point where it directly hits and create a body of pure energy that will start to absorb chakra from techniques nearby it interacts with to it and consume it. The absorption pull gets more intense the more chakra the user inputs in the technique, but can be avoided by essentially getting out of its way or using non-chakra based techniques. If an element is infused with the same levels of chakra it does not get pulled into the Acewrath release but it can still be consumed by it. If it contains more, it doesn't get absorbed or affected at all. It is therefore technique dependent. Chakra absorption is also a property of Yin release and can be justified through that aspect. A technique can never absorb more chakra than that it consists of itself unless more chakra is input into the technique through external means, elevating the technique's total chakra output. It's also important to note that even though it absorbs chakra, it has no strength to energy elements but will simply absorb the chakra of all elements it comes in contact with. Consuming chakra does not increase the damage or chakra output of the technique either, it only increases its size.

The other unique property with Acewrath release is that upon hitting a target with a mind, a ninja, clone, summoning etc. The target will feel tremendous pain but the Acewrath release does not only burn a targets body but also their life force. The overflow of Yin will cause an unnatural unbalance to a targets naturally aligned Yin/Yang ratio and essentially it will consume the targets Yang ratio and burn away their life essence. This scales up to technique rank and can also be technique dependent but remains a fact for all of the Acewrath techniques that this is a property that comes with it. Due to this, a target will find themselves stripped from physical strength and in some cases also be stripped from using Yang/Healing in an effective way to counter potential damage they take. Naturally, this only affects living entities and has no affect on techniques but it can be considered when clashing with Yang infused elements that have healing properties, crippling them. The same can be said for medical techniques.

"The sword erases chakra on touch with any chakra infused technique and thus make the entire clashing technique lose its construction. The maximum amount of chakra that can be deleted is set to 100 chakra per turn. Intercepting techniques with the sword is similar to the infamous Uchiha war fan." You just gonna delete 100 chakra from any jutsu that you hit? Even most YY techs do not have 100 chakra or higher, meaning this gonna be able to delete a good 90-95% of the entire RP's techniques with a swing - PER TURN. This aint even limited with an overall usage limit. Like......

Then we get to the entity that lives in the sword; not a living sword like Samehada but an entity said to be living within the sword, whatever that means. But okay. It then says you can infuse 20 chakra into a technique for a +40 boost despite the limit being +10 chakra infused towards a +20 damage boost. An established rule for several years now. So I thought this was already a wild sentence to state but I held out hope, maybe the restrictions would slap enough that it works. But I forgot the actual how it works needs to actually work. Yours is achieved by basically replacing your chakra or replacing their chakra, idk how or which. But then you basically replace your chakra(???) with your chakra(?????) and the effects of whatever Gen related tech plaguing you are auto ended. Now, the damage taken helps this out a lot, ngl. But the HOW this works doesnt make sense. This entity is both erasing and replacing chakra? This doesnt logically work with every Yin and Gen related tech, especially most MS level Gens so Idk how this one would just do this.

I knew this was gonna be wild when I saw Yin, ngl. I just knew we were in for a good one. However, that first paragraph was really toned down. I was like "He's done it, he's come up with a banger and not a ban". Then I got to the actual description and fam... You made Hayabusa Flames? "They're intangible, cant be interacted with by the opponent, cant even be SEEN or tracked or sensed by anyone. Oh but I can still control it btw" You smoking some Void Infused Dick if you think this being approved. Then you had the nerve, the audacity (I'm in shock) to basically give this a Black Hole as a passive ability. Deva Path doesn't need to be replicated bro, I promise you.

Then wait, wait wait, DJ bring that back. This is a Yin powered CE. It automatically has a much higher base chakra input than other techniques before you even add chakra boosts and you trying to absorb anything of lower chakra? And even say if it matches it in chakra it wont be pulled into the CE but still consumed by it.

Then the kicker, the next paragraph basically detailing how this can cause so much damage and unbalancing of energy that not even Yang can heal it. Idk when you learned Yang but this is exactly what Yang is capable of, healing damage done and altering the balance of the body. The only way would be able to cause damage Yang cant heal is if the damage was spiritual and explicitly stated that it effected the mind like Genjutsu. This does not do that so... yeah.

Doujutsu:
Declined, honestly, this is still problematic. But the first two submissions were so bad, it makes this one look better. Like I legit told the others, Idk this one might be a hit. But even it has issues. Your way of explaining how things happen is poor because you just say "This has the ability to do this because it does and this is how it is." What about this actually causes the Yin soul draining effect? Not that this itself is a problem, but it's seemingly tacked on just to have it there. I also dont think this logically makes sense to even restrict access to things. At least in this technique. Yin to reduce access to Yang is......huh? You also tripping thinking this growing up to 6 times its size lmaoooo. A potential 15 meters wide sphere is not going to happen with this. Also these parts: "The target will also have a large portion of their chakra being drained from them by 100 chakra points per hit." "The user gains access to create any form they want from the spheres and enhances the total chakra outpu(+50)"

While these flames are, like fire acting as an energy element, they can also subside in thin air and become intangible, this is called Ethreal. It doesn't matter what rank or technique it envelopes but this convertion will cost a move slot(although it happens instantly) and during this, the flames are ceased out of existance. When the user of Acewrath does this, however, they completely lose control over the technique other than deciding when they will re-appear back into our realm once again which can be done at any time the user makes them vanish. It's important to know, however, that while these flames are vanished, they can also not travel, meaning they only re-appear where they were when ceasing to exist. When these flames are intangible/ceased of existence, they can deal no damage or be interacted upon whatsoever. Their location will also not be visible through any means either as their chakra has also "vanished". Causing the Acewrath to re-appear after this also costs a move but is also instant. It is, however not something that can be done infinitely during battle and is restricted (see technique examples below).

Acewrath once it's present is an extremely hot element to the touch and radiates heat through all materials with ease with the single exception of air as that would make Acewrath suicidal for usage. Note however that this doesn't mean that Acewrath is weak towards wind techniques but the heat radiation is ceased in air for this obvious reason. Ignoring any sort of barrier or otherwise physical/chemical properties that would isolate heat, Acewrath spreads through material like a virus in a bloodstream and heats up the interior and exterior of material it interacts with to the absolute peak heat before the material changes in terms of transition. If an Acewrath technique is superior in the wake of a clashing technique it will simply consume it entirely, but for clashes remaining neutral in damage or damage exceeding that of the Acewrath technique, the element will not spread through the material. However, on a neutral body such as present water sources or rocks, trees, the spread only reaches through any object depending on the original Acewrath technique was used. I.E a mid-range Acrewrath technique may only spread 15 meters into a 1000 meter tall mountain etc. The fact that Acewrath heats up a body to its chemical breakpoint just enough not to undergo phase transition is a purely deceiving attribute. Water will become 99 degrees warm (just below boiling point) - metals and earthen like substances will be heated up to a glowing color that is on the tip of their natural melting point etc. It is important to know that sources "infected" by Acewrath can also be influenced by Ethreal, but only up to the range allowed.

If Acewrath (depending on the techniques rank) touches any organic body it will spread through that body and cause internal burn damage rather than latching on to the targets skin/armor etc. This damage is considered spiritual rather than physical in the Damage/Health system as the chakra Acewrath contains also is holding a spiritual aspect which is the whole reason they can enter Ethreal in the first place. Damage done by Acewrath can be healed normally and expelled from a body using chakra surges just like genjutsu. However, this is effect is only for living beings with sentience. Creatures, statues or even trees that lack a mind have normal elemental damage interaction and are consumed by the flames if they are of higher rank/damage. Because the damage is spiritual rather than physical it needs to accommodate the rules of healing that sort of damage when hitting an opponent.

Description: Ethreal is the technique used to manipulate Acewrath techniques present or in use to become effectively erased from existence. This technique ceases all traces of the element present on the field and erases its chakra and all physical interactions with it. While this technique is in use, the user loses all abilities to use new Acewrath techniques and the ability to control the ones used prior to this technique. The user can only decide when to bring the flames back into its regular form. Once they are brought back, they are literally brought back in the same place and damage as they were before they vanished. The chakra is returned and thus the element can again be seen/sensed by sensory/dojutsu etc. The only thing that the flames can interact with in Ethreal state is shapes or techniques that uses different dimensions for travel making them an effective counter for techniques that exists outside the current plane of reality - however, the user is still unable to manipulate the flames in this state whatsoever.

Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle with a two-turn cooldown.
Note: Bringing Acewrath into the Ethreal state and or back costs a move but is considered instant.
Note: User cannot perform Acewrath techniques while Ethreal is in effect.

-Declined- I spent quite a while reading this and honestly, I just can't see a decent pathway for you to make this approvable. The whole "cease existing" thing is really stepping on Hayabusa toes and that ability was already problematic enough, then there's the thing with saying it can radiate through materials like barriers without stopping or being affected, which is pretty busted and part of another CC funnily enough, Nekura. What you've got here is a combination of Hayabusa and Nekura CCJ with some added side effects.

Custom element English name: Mucus Release

The element is based on: Natural Energy + Water

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Mucus Release is based on the natural occurrance of Natural Energy infused oil, which is used to enhance the training in manipulation of Sage Energy. After a long period of time, Natural Energy is infused through Fauna and Flora and aggregates into a viscous and oily substance that serves as a physical manifestation of Senjutsu.

With Mucus Release, the a Senjutsu user manipulates their Water Chakra to create a vessel for their own Senjutsu harnessing abilities, and expedites the process of the creation of the natural occuring oil, reproducing the viscous oil charged with Natural Energy.

How it works: The user of Mucus Release utilizes the knowledge of Elemental and Natural Energy Tranformation of Chakra, combining both on the spot to produce an entirely new element that takes on the properties of both Water Release and Senjutsu. The process requires a median point between Water Elemental Conversion, where the user's chakra retains the physical properties of water, in an incomplete vessel, which is then infused with the process of converting their own chakra into Natural Energy. The process of Converting chakra into Natural Energy entirely consumes the harnessed Chakra, but retains the physical vessel and physicality it had become, that of Water, thus creating the element known as Mucus. This process happens instantly and simultaneously to those that are capable of performing this Release, though it is a process separate from the Harnessing and Conversion of the Chakra Reserves within the into Natural Energy that is required in order for the user to activate Perfect and Imperfect Sage Mode, or variants of Senjutsu like Sage Transformation and Dokkodo.

Mucus is a viscous and oily liquid, ranging from translucid yellow/golden to a darker orange/red, though some users are known to produce different hues and shades ( Personalized to the user ). It's much denser than Water though travels with similar speed. The user is capable of applying Shape Manipulation in order to produce blasts, jets, waves and other constructs, similar to Water, as well as disperse Mucus as vaporized droplets of oil, similar to a very thick mist. The Generic appearance of the element is that of a dense and visibly colored Oil, though techniques can be submitted that take advantage of mist-like dispersion and translucent coloring to camouflage the Mucus to the naked eye.

Mucus Release behaves similar to natural occurring Sage Oil, and Natural Elements. In the process of it's creation, Chakra is wholy converted into Natural Energy, thus behaving as a chakra-less substance, not unlike Natural Lightning or Water. This property prevents Chakra Sensors from interacting with the oil or being able to Sense it apart from visually seeing it, but Senjutsu users will still be able to clearly perceive it. Being composed of Natural Chakra, it can't be interacted with by techniques that affect Chakra, such as Sealing or Absorption-type techniques, as demonstrated in Katasuke vs Ao.

Mucus' oily viscosity wich can either take on a syrupy and glue-like consistency or a thick and dense pressurized property to damage through physical impact. Against other Elemental Ninjutsu, it will take on the properties of Natural Occuring Elements, being neutral to same rank techniques in clashes. It can still be pushed back, split apart, decayed, frozen, melted and the like by stronger ranked techniques. Against Yin, Yang and Yin and Yang techniques, though, Mucus is considered stronger, due to the nature of Senjutsu, likewise against Organic techniques, such as Aburame, Inuzuka, Organic Elements, Taijutsu, etc. It remains neutral to Senjutsu techniques, related to Summoning Animal, Wood and Sage of Six Paths Sage Modes, which can tolerate the detrimental effects of Natural Energy infusion but are offset by Mucus' physicality. Against Senjutsu related abilities outside that, Mucus is considered weaker, as these abilities tolerate Natural Energy detrimental effects and also overcome Mucu's physicality, such as Dokkodo's Kenjutsu, Sage Transformation Taijutsu and similar.

Instant contact with Mucus will induce rapid petrification of organic materials, especially in targets untrained in Senjutsu. This is one Mucus main property in defeating organic elements and beings, the second being a mutogenic property. Petrification is related to an overdosage, overwhelming or rapid/instant infusion of the natural energy within Mucus. Gradual or constant dosage of Mucus induces mutuational property on the target. This can be used aggressively to overload the targetted organism with cancerous growths, apoptosis of cells or even dramatic bloating and tissues explosions. Declined. Here's my problem with elements that involve Natural Energy like this. It essentially is forcing you into Sage Mode to perform it. And Natural Energy has no 'physical manifestation.' That's just impossible and contradictory to what Natural Energy is.
