How is more security retarded? Especially after the many recent shootings?
Less entrances and more security or more entrances and less security so anyone can get in and out like it's their home. Gee i wonder what's the better idea to try to prevent these types of tragedies.
Nah, i actually see it. It's absolutely stupid and not progress whatsoever to do something that could potentially lower the chances of a massacre.
Oh you're being serious?
So when the officer is scared at that one entrance to the school and is afraid to confront the shooter, where will everyone run?
What's the procedure for the security guard when the fire alarm is pulled?
What happens when the guard is shot first and the gunman proceeds into the school?
Shall I keep going? You're so strung up on this 'progress' talking point that you're not looking at the obvious. You don't(Legally can't) take away entrances and exits to a highly populated building. When something actually happens and people die because of the lack of exits, everyone will be saying the opposite. 'Hur dur, i think we needz moar dorz'. 'Damm liberulz stoppin' our prawgrez!'
It's not my fault that 99% of the time it's a left leaning jackass, and it takes a left leaning jackass to call the idea "retarded", so i'm sorry for the assumption.
Why? It's a retarded idea.
